• Przemysław (9/5): 83 Eldridge St - Lokalizacja, w pobliżu delikatesy, sklepy , azjatyckie knajpy, blisko do metra. Na plus wyposażenie mieszkania i metraż, 5 pokoi z możliwością spania w każdym. Kontakt z personelem, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Klatka schodowa, wejśćie po schodach na drugie piętro (3 kondygnacja). Nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale komuś może nie odpowiadać.

Не работала плита (снимал именно квартиру с плитой чтобы можно было готовить для своих маленьких детей), не работал холодильник, на мои неоднократные просьбы плиту и холодильник не починили (ужасное отношение персонала объекта), ужасный запах в подъезде, который проникает в квартиру.

• Simona (6/5): L’unica cosa positiva: la posizione! - L’appartamento è carino e moderno, dotato di qualche plus come i saponi per il bagno e la doccia La spazzatura del palazzo è stoccata al pian terreno con il puzzo che arriva fino al piano dell’appartamento. Il personale che gestisce l’appartamento risponde solo a messaggi e non ha mai tenuto in riferimento delle nostre richieste e necessità
• Domenico (8/5): - Casa tutto sommato ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo considerando i prezzi di ny. La casa era come da foto ed ha tutti i servizi essenziali. Ho apprezzato molto che ci hanno lasciato la casa oltre le 11 , siamo pptuti andar via alle 14 30. Non mi è per niente piaciuto il fatto che nell indirizzo non c e il numero civico e all aereopprto senza numero civico non ci facevano passare i controlli. Non rispondevano al telefono e internet nn funzionava...per fortuna dopo 1 ora.ci hanno fatto passare conun numero a caso... METTETE IL NUMERO CIVICO!! La casa è buia nella parte conune e nelle stanze piccole .. bisognava sempre avere la luce accesa ma questo ok è un dettaglio.
• Laetitia Ferret (8/5): Globalement c'était très bien. Idéal pour une famille. - L'appartement est bien situé dans le quartier de Chinatown, Métro à proximité. Idéal pour 4 adultes et deux enfants. Les informations pour le check-out n'étaient pas correctes. Nous avons eu froid la nuit et le matin dans l'appartement.
• Clive (5/5): Budget accomodation in a good location with modest amenities. - The location is good - 200m to a subway; 7 minute walk to Little Italy. It is on the top floor of a grotty building with only narrow stares. The apartment has that fetid New York smell of poor ventilation. It was orginally 2 X 2 bedroom apartments. The corridor now joining them makes the two middle bedrooms box rooms where the bed fills the whole space. The bed linen was clean but old. The remote control in one bedroom did not work, leaving reruns of Gunsmoke as the only option .The kitchen provides a space to sit, but cookimg would be difficult.

• Mirko (6/5): Familienurlaub in New York - Sehr guter Kontakt. Alle Fragen wurden vorab beantwortet. Ab der Landung am Flughafen hatten wir einen direkten Ansprechpartner. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist fußläufig zur U-Bahn in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Auch finden sich gute Supermärkte in der Nähe. Die Schlafräume haben Klimaanlagen. Für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Zeit gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns immer sehr sicher gefühlt. 2 Schlafzimmer haben TV Geräte. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir am Abend mehrere Wanzen auf dem Fußboden in der Küche vernichten müssen. Auch sind im Laufe des Aufenthaltes Kakerlaken hinzu gekommen. Der Abfall wird innerhalb des Hauses unter der Treppe gelagert. Da wir noch warmes Wetter hatten, stank es die ersten beiden Tage massiv bis in die gemietete Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3. Etage. Steile Treppe und kein Lift. Für schwere Koffer problematisch. Nach dem Wetterwechsel mit kühleren Nächten drang kalte Luft durch die schlecht isolierte und ausgeschaltete Klimaanlage. Für Urlauber mit gehobenen Ansprüchen nicht geeignet.

• Tom (6/5): - De communicatie met het team was zeer goed. We kregen directe respons op onze vragen. Dank je wel. We zijn veel kakkerlakken tegengekomen (meer dan 10...). Niet zo hygiënisch... Er was geen gas in het appartement, dus we konden niet koken op het gasvuur. De tweede dag werd er wel een vervangtoestel op elektriciteit voorzien. Goed dat er airco was, maar toestellen zijn zeer luid. Er worden wel oordopjes aangeboden. Prijs/kwaliteit appartement niet in evenwicht.
• Claudia Patricia (8/5): A good place for tourists. - The apartment is very well located; just two blocks from a metro station and close to several places to eat and buy groceries. The hosts are attentive to any requests, and the beds are comfortable. The space is also quite spacious. One suggestion, which I already shared with the host, is to check the stove’s gas supply.
• Bibek (10/5): Exceptional - Convenient location. Easy to get everywhere in Manhattan. Had some issues with the hot water and gas not working but there was an issue with the whole building rather than just the apartment. The team and the owner came to a satisfactory solution.
