• Federico (7/5): - Posizione, abbastanza spazioso Gentile il ragazzo del check in Pulito Scarsa insonorizzazione la strada è molto rumorosa anche se passano poche auto ma ci sono continuativamente turisti che urlano e i carri del mercato di San Lorenzo. Male wi-fi funziona poco. Acqua calda nel bagno ci mette 10 minuti ad arrivare. Sedile del wc rotto. Niente sapone di cortesia. Scala di accesso molto ripida

• Éva (3/5): - Közel van a Dóm, a nagy piac A becsekkolo link katasztrofális... 3 órát gyakoroltunk vele, végül megkerestük a közeli bőrdíszművest, ő segített, de még neki is feladta a leckét, olyan bonyolult volt. Ügyfeles nincs, internet nincs, hiába kértük, jeleztük... Igazából csak hitegettek,hogy megjavítják.. Korlátozott net , ezt írta a net... Vagy az egész ház azt használta, vagy eleve nem fizettek elő rá.... Nem ajánlom..

• Stefano (8/5): - La miglior cosa dell'appartamento è la posizione, esci di casa e sei al centro del mondo e proprio per questo la zona è troppo rumorosa anche di notte. Non mi è piaciuto il bagno. Mancavano il sale, lo zucchero e l'olio, elementi essenziali per poter cucinare. Inoltre non sarebbe male rinnovare gli arredi. Il mio giudizio nel complesso è positivo.

• ioulia (5/5): - The only good thing is the location ... right next of the piazza San Lorenzo!! Many things: bad matress, cold and not cuvets, really tiny bathroom , no cleaning suplies they hadn't emptied the trash cans, and the worst off all was the endless noise 😔
• Nicolas (4/5): - Decepcionante. 15 metros hay un depósito de los carros que venden “cuero”a las 21 los empiezan a guardar hasta las 23 y a las 6:30 los empiezan a sacar, imposible dormir un desastre deben guardar no más de 50 cachorros de esos. Asimismo la propiedad no tiene aire entonces hace mucho calor en todas las dependencias. Un tema aparte es que no hay wifi las especificaciones dicen que hay pero no funciona estuvimos 4 noches en esas condiciones es carísimo. El baño si sos una persona de gran porte no entras. No lo alquilen

• Şant (10/5): Nice location to stay definitely - The building itself is a pretty historical building, in between train station and duomo square, very close to both, centrally located, easy to reach The toilet is small, but it was a fun experience to try to fit in, so we found it funny instead of a bad experience

• Despina (8/5): Perfect location! An old, charming florentine house with pros and cons. - The location was perfect! Near San Lorenzo and Duomo and very close to the train station at the same time. I loved the windows looking down the street. Next to piazza del mercato centrale, you have everything you need. Hosts were very helpful! I read some reviews about morning noise and I admit that it is true but it's ok. Since you live in the center I guess you should expect that. Plus, I am a morning person so I didn't mind that at all, I kinda liked it! The two beds were very good, the third one in the living room didn't have to be covered by those green bedsheets. White, just like the others, would be perfect. Bathroom was basic.

• Manish (6/5): Good location but lacking apartment facilites - Excellent location right in the old town centre next to Santa Maria Novella station. Everything is easily accessible and didn't have to take trains or buses People book apartment to cook meals but no salt and pepper or cooking oil provided. For a 4 day stay, only 2 toilet paper roll and one trash bin liner given. Noise can be bit excessive in the night up till 3 am sometimes as it's right in city center. I have left a bottle of olive oil in kitchen. Hope you keep it there for future guests to use.
• Ben (7/5): Street noisy in the early morning! - Perfect location, ample space. Early morning noise of rubbish tips being moved around - really loud and disturbing!
• Alejandra (4/5): Disappointing - Location and apartment was big Noisy, there was noise on the street every night and during the day there was construction on the street. Bathroom was uncomfortable, very narrow and toilet flush not working properly. Not enough toilet paper left.

• Zishan (7/5): Awesome location but bad sleep - The location was awesome! It’s so nearby to different tour spots, or the train station. It’s spacious and has three beds. Diana was helpful and responsive. The bathroom was not as bad as what’s been mentioned from previous reviews. At least we had space to turn around in order to take a shower. If you are a light sleeper, it’s terrible with the noise from outside. We couldn’t sleep because of the party ppl walking by. I guess that’s the problem of this good location. Addition to that, there’s no ingredients in the kitchen and the toilet was terrible narrow. This is same as other’s reviews. When we had the first night there, the central system was broken, and there weren’t enough blankets, we couldn’t sleep because it was freezing. Diana was helpful to ask the tech team to fix it. I’d suggest to improve to stability of the central system no matter it’s winter or summer. I could imagine it’d be hot in summer if the system would be broken.

• Amanda (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great - Consistent hot water for showers If you are not fussy the apartment is adequate for a visit to Florence and is central to everything. - English speaking taxi can be booked on +39 055 4242 Just to mention but didn’t impact our stay at all. - Curtains are sheer and the street lights stay on all night so there is light in the room constantly. - The bathroom is small and a bit quirky but usable. - It is directly opposite a garage for street vendors who are there early mornings from 0400 getting ready and then late 2400 packing away.. - Light switches don’t necessarily work but has adequate lamps throughout. - Wi-fi is hit and miss

• Francis (9/5): We had a lovely at Florence. The house was very welcoming and comfortable to stay at and very close to everything:). Wif - It was very close to station and the city centre. Wifi connection wasn’t good.
• Jenny (10/5): Exceptional - Location was amazing!! Apartment was adequately sized for a family of 4 and was spotlessly clean. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom was provided. I was a little worried about staying in this apartment as there were a few negative reviews about the cleanliness, the noise in the area and the beds. However, the apartment was spotless, the beds were comfy and we kept the windows shut at night to keep the mosquitos out and didn't notice any noise at all as the windows were very effective at blocking out the noise. There were fans in all 3 bedrooms so keeping cool(ish) was not a problem. I would definitely stay in this apartment again, it was lovely to stay in the centre of Florence in an authentically Italian city apartment! Highly recommend it. The bathroom is pretty narrow and does narrow to it's smallest point where the toilet is so if you have longs legs you may find this uncomfortable. My husband and I are pretty short so it wasn't really an issue for us.

• Nadia (5/5): Height restrictions for staying here - Location was very central. Large cebtral apartment very spacious. Kitchen was a bonus. This apartment is better suited to staying outside of summer months. Bathroom was the thinnest room I've ever seen. I am 1.6l4m tall and my knees touched the wall while on the toilet. If you are over 1.5m tall you need to sit sideways on the toilet!! This should have been disclosed before booking, the shower is also teeny tiny. The kitchen is a bonus, however, if you'd like to use the kitchen it is not stocked with anything, not even salt so keep this in mind. The glasses are also absolutely tiny, suitable for one mouthful of water. There should be some larger glasses available. There are no curtains in the bedrooms only sheers. We read the reviews regarding the noise from the market and brought earplugs to sleep, which was fine. Please be aware there is no air-conditioning and this apartment gets incredibly hot! We ended up sleeping on the floor in the back room away from the windows as the 'coolest' option. We also had to sleep with our travel neck pillows. The check in process is also very clunky. You need to meet someone at a designated time to get the keys there is no lockbox. So if you are traveling with only wifi this will be very hard. Our representative was late, leaving us on the street in the scorcing heat after a full day of travel. She was apologetic, but it was not ideal. To get into the apartment, there is a very narrow flight of stairs.

• Matias (5/5): Good Location - Ugly apartment - Only the location The pictures showed on the Booking page are beautiful but far from reality. The apartment is old and in a place with a lot of street noise. Even the master bedroom has not curtains, the mattresses seems worst that hospital type and the bathdroom so small that you can't sit correctly at toile seat unless your heigth is less than 1.4 meter . I think that even booking is responsible of this, cause somebody must check the sites listed. Florence is so beautiful that you forget about the ugly apartment which you stay.
• Hirad (4/5): Disappointing - There were 2 garages in the street that are used by locals to park their heavy wagons. Everyday at 6 in the morning they take the wagons out which makes a lot of noises and made the stay unpleasant
