- Alatoru (1/5): Very disappointed - The location is fantastic for the purpose of our business in the area (London Management Centre). The WiFi was none existent. The beddings were old, worn and dated. No hot water in the shower. The company didn't respond to resolution in time and this is unacceptable. There was a previous reviewer that mentioned that the property was dirty, so they sld have ensured this was resolved promptly prior to advertising it again for another person. It dirty and dusty on our arrival, no hot shower inthe middle of winter for about 5days of our stay. No WiFi for the entire time. To make it worse, they refuse to answer the phone, text or email when contacted. We had to go through booking.com customer service to get their attention. Y??? 😔
