• Alexandru (1/5): BEWARE of this place. It’s missleading at best (but lying actually) - The fake pictures in the posting This place is a scam. I don’t even know where to start. Even the title is a lie. There is no private pool and definitely no hot tub. There is a pool on the top of the building which is accessible to all residents of the building from the 3rd floor (many). The smell in the unit is absolutely horrible. it smells like pickled cabbage / sewage pipes. Many things are about to break or already broken. The upstairs bathroom tub does not evacuate water properly. Even a short shower becomes a bath because the water does not go down. The tub itself yellow/filthy and not cleaned properly. The downstairs WC water was also running non stop (I fixed it because it was extremely noisy and couldn’t sleep). The sound insulation is close to none as you can hear the cars on the street as if they are in bed with you. There is no lighting in the living room outside of a secluded lamp which makes it difficult to dine. The parking place is also a scam because they don’t take your license plates or anything. You don’t get assigned spaces and the garage is wide open (barriers are always up) so you don’t actually have to pay for anything. They just squeeze as much as they can from you. I feel I have been scammed and I should receive a full refund.

• Marcus (8/5): We all honesty had a great time and none of those issues hindered our stay. I usually don’t even write reviews but at th - We all had a wonderful stay. It was nice to have two bathrooms, made our group of three a bit more manageable. The beds and couches were comfy. The balcony in the main bedroom was very nice, larger than I thought. The rooftop got a lot of sun and had a real nice view of the beach. Pool was nice. A lot of restaurants near by and pretty close to the beach. The tv was big and it was nice that it adjusts. People in the building were friendly. The AC was very touchy most nights we were either sweating or we were freezing, and during the day the condo was freezing. There’s a drain in the bathroom upstairs that leaks constantly and it’s quite noisy plus it drips on you while you shower. The tv was nice but not being able to watch anything other than Netflix was a bummer. It would’ve also been nice to watch tv in our room. When you used either the washer or dish washer it smelled like mildewy water throughout the whole place. We were glad we used them once on the last night. I also feel like I should mention that “private pool” is apparently for the building while you made it seem like it was ours entirely, wasn’t a problem at all, actually no one really used it, but you should word it differently.
• Rudy (9/5): - Situation géographique exceptionnelle, à 500m du Pier de Santa Monica et à 100m de la plage. L'appartement est spacieux, la piscine en roof top est superbe, la résidence est bien entretenue et calme. Accès direct à la piscine depuis l'appartement, c'est un plus. Le parking en sous-sol est grand et sécurisé. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés, expérience fabuleuse en famille. La propreté à notre arrivée : maniaques, refaites le ménage! Certains équipements mériteraient d'être changés : lave-vaisselle, moustiquaire trouée, store de fenêtre de toit en mauvais état
• Svetlana (9/5): Modern apartment right by the beach - Excellent location - 5 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes to the Santa Monica Pier. All amenities you need inside the apartment - fully equipped kitchen, bathroom. Strong Wifi, TV with streaming services. Spacious parking. The noise from the pipes in the smaller bedroom.
• Solange Cielo (8/5): - Tenía buena ubicación , era linda Tenía cosas rotas , olía mal y la dirección prooorcionada no era la del hospedaje lo cual nos ocasionó incomodidad ya que tuvimos que trasladarnos caminando con maletas y niños pequeños a la otra cuadra a la vuelta .

• Tothos72 (5/5): - Location excellent, Garage in the building. Nice stuff. They was bringing the missing towels. The washing machine was not workig. The accomodation promised to have it fixed, but it never happened. The dishwasher was not working either. For one day the freezer also did not work, went up until 5°C. The AC unit on the roof was so noisy, that we barely could sleep. When I mentioned the problems to the property, I got only meaningless answers.

Pool on rooftop was awesome my 10 yr old son loved ❤️ it Liam was great host met at location and provided keys and quick tour of unit. Private parking and had spaces available right next to elevator to get to unit.. Place was very clean and fully furnished all appliances worked in excellent condition. N/A

We were a bit sceptical at first as I booked this due to location. The new apartment was just around the corner and was beautiful. Brand new, roof top pool/bbq/gym area. Great customer service.
