- Saiful (4/5): DISHONEST HOST (TIDAK JUJUR) - Nearby to midvalley Swimming pool under renovation. NO INFORMATION SAYING ITS TEMPORARY CLOSED!! Parking is NOT FREE! ALMOST RM20 for my stay (16 hrs stay) Toilet slippery no proper cleaning make it smelly. Shower & shampoo bottle empty.
- Kit (8/5): Very good - Comfy room. They don't provide you with free parking, you need to park either roadside or paid parking. Toilet sewage system is bad, on and off can smell the sewage in the room.

- Faisal (5/5): So far so good - Room ok. Channel TV perlu diperbanyak seperti HBO, Netflix, music. Not far to ISEC. Security hozem ok. Garbage tak diangkut sudah 2 hari. Staf hozem tak humble.
- Nor (7/5): Good - Very clean and quite place. House is very nice and beautiful. Strong wifi and got tv with many channels! Location easy to find. I dont like the parking! 1. Need to pay for parking. Hourly charges is quite expensive. Very hassle need to pay every time out from the building. 2. Alot of reserved parking for tenants with no proper sign at the parking lot. They put up a sign but we couldnt see it becos the rope that hold the sign had broken. I accidently parked my car in one of the reserved parking becos i didnt see any sign (THIS IS MANAGEMENT FAULT, NOT ME! THEY SHOULD FIX IT) then my car got clamped the morning I had to rush for my convocation day. The worst part is I need to pay for RM50!!! Very bad management!!!
