• PL (10/5): Apartamento muy bueno calidad-precio - La ubicación es perfecta, muy céntrica, con tiendas, restaurantes/cafeterías y paradas de metro/tranvía muy cerca. También estás muy cerca andando de muchos sitios de interés. Es amplio y las camas muy cómodas. Como única pega diría la ducha, ya que perdía agua.

• Veronika (6/5): - Bylo to v dobré lokalitě. Všude blízko a přitom velmi klidné. Pokoje prostorné. Opravdu velká spokojenost. Velmi malé ručníky. Spíše ručníky na utírání rukou nežli na osušení těla. Koupelna velká, ale sprchový kout protékal a když se vysprchovalo více lidí po sobě tak tam nebylo čím koupelnu vytřít. Do kuchyně by byla vhodná aspoň jedna utěrka na nádoby.
• Kristýna (7/5): - Klidné místo, vhodné i pro rodinu s dětmi. V kuchyňce vše potřebné. Autem těžko přístupné, je nutno s tím počítat.

• Margaret (6/5): Good location. Dated apartment needing upgrade. - Location was excellent and the apartment was warm even though it was cold outside A bit run down. Walls need painting and furniture needs replacing. The chairs were particularly unfit for purpose - broken seats which slopes down and were very uncomfortable. Wall lights don’t work. Dishwasher didn’t work very well. Bathroom had leaks from shower, toilet and washing machine.
• Julya (7/5): - Хорошее расположение, первый этаж. Комнаты просторные. Было в принципе чисто. Не хватало стульев. Так как бронировали на 6 ,а стульев 4. Вся техника есть. Неудобно,что ключи брать в другом месте. Тем более если тяжёлые чемоданы. Был какой-то неприятный запах, в ванной были постоянно лужи. Наверное протекает душ, потом и с умывальника протекало. Но если починят, то рекомендуем

• Kamila (8/5): - Me gustó muchísimo la ubicación del piso. Está a 10 min de la estación central y 15 min del Puente de Karol. No puedo decir que no me gustó algo.Lo único que por ejemplo a mí me faltaba una toalla para secar las menos en la cocina o una extra en el baño. Pero es solo un comentario. La estancia era muy agradable y sigo aconsejando el piso.

• FAN (1/5): - Very unsafe experience. A scammer sent 7 fake messages through the official Booking.com chat pretending to be the host. This shows serious security issues — fraudulent messages reached me through the platform itself. The host was unresponsive and just told me “don’t worry about the scam,” without any help. Booking customer service was slow and couldn't reach the host either. I felt completely unsupported and unsafe. Future guests should be aware: this place is not secure.
• Sudenaz (4/5): Disappointing - Location is very good and close to tourist spots. They only gave 1 hair towel and nothing else. How are we supposed to dry our bodies? Also the shower was floating and floors were always wet because of it. Very bad experience.
• Jessica (7/5): Spacious apartment in Central Prague - Spacious apartment, had all the essential amenities we needed - kettle, toaster, washing machine, coffee maker etc. Located in central Prague. Lots of small details need improving, e.g. the curtains were too difficult to close, the plugs to the lights in the bedroom could only be plugged in when left dangling across the space - could both be remedied very easily. The lift didn't fit our buggy, only one person and one suitcase could use it, which is no use to a family of 4! We had to carry the buggy up and down the stairs. Key collection was from a different location 15m walk away - this was annoying for us as travelling with kids and had been on a very long train journey. There was a TV box but no instructions on how to access channels. Bathroom was newly refurbished but the shower seemed to leak water onto the floor all over the place... Central location meant it was quite noisy at our bedtime (which is early!) No tea towel to dry dishes.
• Pia (8/5): Spacious apartment in a good location - Spacious apartment on a quiet side street, so no noise disturbance. Two beds in separate rooms. Suitable for overnight stay, we did not cook. The bathroom was really spacious and the shower was good ( no bath tub which was good). This apartment was really cold when we arrived. There were no instructions for the heat control, but luckily we found one on YouTube and also managed to change the language of the control to English. Apparently there is no heating in the bath room, we certainly couldn't figure out how to get it warm. Only one towel per person, no small towels, no hand towels. The overall image could be improved.
