• Edwina01 (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious accommodation. We o ly stayed as a couple. There is one bedroom with a double bed so would be good for a couple with one child. There was a sofa bed but did not use it so that would also function as an extra bed so could easily suit a family of 4. The property also had facilities such as crockery which is also a bonus as you don't find in all properties. The host was also very accommodating and would assist with any issues. Left something behind and offers to post/collection, very thoughtful

• Pris (8/5): Comfortable apartment for a family! - For our family of four it was an excellent choice! The beds are comfortable though they are sofa beds each room has its own tv and the best part is the kitchen since it has coffee, sugar, pasta even rice and all the utensils and spices to cook, which you won’t have at a fancy apartment! Our kids enjoyed the play ground which is very safe and they could even played a soccer match with a neighbor! Host was courteous and responsive. It could have extra sheets and covers.
• Rim (9/5): We had a very nice stay close to London. - The location is so good. 5min walk from the subway to London, you can get there in 10min. The neighbourhood is nice, there are big and small supermarkets and a fresh bakery. The building is secured and you can park your car in front for not even 5€/day. The appartment itself is more spacious than expected. The rooms are a nice size and very quiet at night, we slept well. The kitchen area is big enough to cook and eat in. There's a bathroom + a separate toilet. My kids loved the playing area next to the building and at 1km there is a big skate park. The host was very friendly, he was there to let us in the appartment and was easy reachable via whatsapp. He leven eft some toys and treats for the kids. Price quality this is a good appartment to be this close to London. We would book it again in the future. The water currency in the shower is a bit low but you can also take a bath.

• Eduard (8/5): Great Value and Host, Minor Improvements Needed - Our host was very kind and attentive, and the apartment came with some convenient treats. It offered good value for money, especially considering its convenient location (just a 5-minute walk to the underground) and the generally high prices in London. The apartment was clean and met all the basic needs for our family of four (2 kids) during our long weekend stay in the city. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the main bedroom was comfortably spacious. It's situated in a safe residential area. The sofa bed in the living room is suitable for a couple of nights but becomes uncomfortable with extended use. Upgrading this piece of furniture would greatly enhance the experience for families staying in the apartment. Additionally, the low water pressure detracted from the comfort of showers after long days exploring the city.

• Catherine (8/5): Very good - The flat is in a gated community in stockwell, it feels very secure and safe. Secure parking available onsite for 2.85 a day via ringo app or can park for free outside gates at the roadside. It was nice to have a balcony. The space was sufficient for our party of 3. It's well kitted out for families with toys, games, books and what looks like a playpen available under the bed. Good kitchen with dining table. Great space for a short stay. Comfortable and convenient. Host friendly and pleasant. Checkin very smooth and quick. Water pressure in shower is very poor. It was ok for one night but would probably use the bath instead if staying longer.

Quiet area, 10 min walk from Stockwell tube station and with good bus service close by. The photos are accurate. (The extra beds are basic pull-out armchairs).

• Oscar (8/5): Pleasant apartment close to central London. - Location was excellent, close to the underground (7 min walk). Host was friendly and very responsive. Property was just like on the pictures. Wifi didn't work. The sofa bed was not pleasant to sleep on (very hard and small).

My kids slept on two separate sofa beds in the living room and we had our own bedroom. Quiet neighborhood but super close to bustling Brixton. Check out the Stockwell skate park a 5 minute walk away. Apartment clean and owner super responsive and kind. Everything fantastic, thank you!
• Svetlana (9/5): Highly recommended! - The property is in the close proximity to the underground station (~ 7 minutes to walk), is warm, cosy, with a nice view on the surroundings from the windows and loggia. There are all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, breakfast provided, and there are a couple of grocery stores around. Children's playground near the house is fenced, as is the basketball court. The staff is very welcoming and responsive. The property is great value for money, would love staying there during our next trip! Nothing to complain about :)
• Marek (2/5): The sheets were washed, the dishes were clearly used and there was not enough for 4 people, - I only liked the location It was dirty,there was food in the fridge and it was opened like somebody else was living there, the car park was a scam because he said you had to pay £7 per day but it was not true it was only £3 per day,
