• Sukit (7/5): เป็นอพาร์ทเม้น เน้นนอนเป็นหลัก เหมาะกับราคา - เดินไปย่านชินจุกุ ประมาณ 15-20 นาที ใกล้ aeon & family mart ผ้าม่านในห้องนอนมีคราบรา กะทะกับจานหรือถ้วยในห้องเล็กไป ใส่อะไรมากไม่ได้ ชักโครงไม่มีระบบฉีดน้ำ
• Claudia (1/5): Pésimo - Nada bueno Pésimo ! En un subterráneo, sin wifi, lo arriendan para 4 pero no caben ni 2 personas. No hay donde dejar maletas, no hay enchufes, ha baratas en la entrada …. Nada bueno !

• Fabian (7/5): - Um unteren Ende der akzeptierbaren Ausstattung Zustand der Wohnung, ist schon eher grenzwertig. Es macht einen sehr unherzlichen Eindruck und als ob man einer der letzten Gäste nach 30 Jahren vor einer wirklich nötigen Renovierung oder Make-up. Die Lage ist aber top!
• Carlos (2/5): - Location is quite good close to shinjuku station The place is so small, it was dirty as well, heating was not working properly it was so cold
• Total Bali (9/5): Really close to the main areas, nice size apartment for Japan, the 2 double beds were comfortable - The beds were really comfortable, the apartment had everything you needed and was in a great location. I would come back and stay there again. The internet speed was very slow and I think this could be improved

• Bertrand (7/5): Bonnes prestations mais quartier résidentiel à 10 minutes du métro le + proche - Appartement lumineux et fonctionnel. Le propriétaire est réactif aux messages. On n avait pas noté que l appartement était en sous sol. Lave linge à l extérieur . Un peu loin du métro surtout lorsqu’on est chargé. Peu de prises électriques accessibles dans la chambre.

• Sukhdev (7/5): AirBnB style room. Clean and quiet, 15 minutes walk away from the main Shinjuku station. - 1. The bedroom was nice and big to fit us and our two small kids. (4 people) 2. It was clean and quiet location 3. The hosts were very responsive via the chat messages. 4. Having a small kitchenette was a good convenience. I could make breakfast for the kids. 5. We all slept well as it was quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. 6. Toilet was clean and working well. 1. The WiFi was not working and we weren’t able to even discover the router/WiFi from our phones. So I had to use my 4G connection throughout. 2. One of the beds was broken and the wooden planks under the mattress kept falling so I had to fix it “every night” before sleeping, so the kids could sleep properly. But otherwise the mattress was comfortable and the kids slept well. These two issues were inconvenient. I would have expected for the “premium” price we paid both these issues wouldn’t be there. (I communicated to the host too about these issues, they were responsive and acknowledge to look into it for the future. But it would have been perfect, if they offered a slight discount to what we paid or just sent someone asap to look into it - it would have made the value we got match what we paid). We stayed 8 nights, so was expecting some sort of immediate attention to the issues we had. It caused slight inconvenience to us. But we managed as we were out of the room in the morning and back after the whole day and only came back at night to rest. As we were on a holiday, we tried to not let the issues bother us too much. And had a calm stay. :)
• Michael (7/5): Previous tenant didn't check out. Unit seemed fine - Previous tenant didn't check out, left their items in the unit and took the main keys with them. The unit seemed fine as it looked clean for the 3 hours we spend there (decided to find another place as there's no feedback of the previous tenant). Might need to figure out how to get rid of the mosquitos in the unit and change the lock to a keypad system to avoid having this occur again.
• Martina (8/5): Very good - Cozy structure even if a little small for four people. Very clean. Friendly staff and quick to answer our questions. Convenient location, with a maximum 20 minute walk you can reach Shinjuku central station, with two other stations a short distance away. A little small for four people.
• Gen (5/5): Passable - location is far from the train station, it's more than 20 minutes walk the place is dirty when I arrive, there are trash in the window and under the bed. bed sheets are not clean. there are 2 large beds that occupy the room that walking around is difficult. i got a room in the the basement, where wifi is not accessible.
