• Mirza (7/5): Very good apartment with potential to be excellent. - Good location close to the Bus and underground stations. Clean apartment with very nice, fully equipped kitchen. Power plug adapter for European plugs available in one room. Somewhat smaller rooms than expected with quite small beds (120cm i think). Blinds are not very good and if you are sensitive to light, it will wake you up at sunrise. Pillows are very thin and not that comfortable. Furniture and walls have scuffs so it looks quite dated.

Check-in was straightforward and the host was easy to communicate with throughout. Location was convenient for getting around as well. Would definitely stay again
• Henry (10/5): Convenient Stay, Highly Recommend - I had a great stay at Nine Elms Property while traveling for work. The place was very clean, and the host was polite and welcoming. The baggage drop service was really convenient, and the customer service was outstanding throughout. Highly recommended! The only minor downside was the presence of some stairs, which might be a consideration for those with mobility issues —but everything else more than made up for it.

• Thodoris (1/5): - Τα σεντονια στον καναπέ ήταν βρώμικα και είχα μυρωδιά από κάτουρο….πηραμε δικά μας σεντόνια και όταν του είπαμε ότι ήταν βρώμικα ήρθαν τα άλλαξαν έβαλαν και βρώμικα και μας πήραν και τα δικά μας σεντόνια….η τουαλέτα μύριζε άσχημα και στο τέλος ο κύριος μας είπε ότι την χαλάσαμε κιόλας 🤣

Nusipirkau ausų kamštukus ir triukšmo nebeliko 🙂 Vandens srovė vonioje tikrai silpna - mano plaukai ilgi, tai užtruko, kol juos išsiploviau. Virtuvėje nebuvo - aliejaus, nors keptuvės buvo. Buvo puodų, keptuvių, kurių nebuvo galima naudoti ant indukcinės viryklės, nes jie per maži. Spintos durys vos atsidarė vienam kambaryje, o kitame buvo nuimtos, bet vyriai palikti, kas gadino vaizdą. Spintos lentynėlė buvo sulūžusi. Sofa buvo su dėmėmis, kas vėlgi gadino bendrą vaizdą.

Personnel soucieux du bon déroulement du séjour et trés arrangeant.. un peu bruyant mais mauvaise isolation des fenêtres... cela reste un appartement en ville .!!!
• Rubén (9/5): Agradable estancia en un barrio muy tranquilo y cercano al centro de Londres - El apartamento superó con creces nuestras expectativas.Ubicación genial, a 2 min andando de la estación de metro de Nine Elms, que conecta muy bien con el centro (15 min). Además, estaba súper limpio y con un mobiliario nuevo. La cama era cómoda y genial para dos personas. Los armarios son muy espaciosos y además incluyen utensilios como planchas de ropa y secadores para pelo, algo que viene genial. La cocina es espectacular, incluye de todo y super nuevo también. El baño estaba súper limpio y era muy espacioso. Por último, los anfitriones eran muy atentos, se preocuparon antes y durante nuestra estancia porque todo fuese genial y nos dieron todas las facilidades del mundo. La verdad que lo recomendamos al 100%. La verdad que nos gustó todo.
• Ada (10/5): Limpio y cómodo cerca del metro y bus. - No me lo esperaba tan cerca del metro y dela parada de bus que te lleva a todas partes . Rapidísimo en la línea Nine elms. La temperatura genial. Hemos dormido muy bien y todo estaba muy limpio. El dueño estuvo súper pendiente de si necesitamos algo y fue muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Hay un supermercado sainsbury al lado donde puedes encontrar de todo. La cocina muy limpia y nueva , tenía lavavajillas, tostador y microondas . Todo lo necesario para fregar y artículos de baño . Todo estaba bien. Quizás una cafetera hubiera sido bueno para el desayuno .

• Ana (9/5): Un súper alojamiento en Londres. - El alojamiento es muy cómodo y funcional. Es un poco más pequeño que en la foto pero la ubicación es ideal y tiene todo lo necesario para alojarse varios días. El personal es super atento y servicial, siempre están ahí para lo que necesites. La cocina está super equipada. El internet a veces no funcionaba pero reseteando volvía a la normalidad. La ducha está un poco rota y no se sostiene bien pero con unos arreglos todo perfecto.

• Nicolas (9/5): Superbe emplacement, hôtes à l’écoute et très sympathiques - La localisation est parfaite. Vraiment à 1mn de la station Nine Elms. Les contacts avec les propriétaires ont été nombreux, nous avions des messages tous les 2 jours pour savoir si tout se passait bien ou si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Ils ont été vraiment à l’écoute de nos besoins et très sympathiques. L’appartement était propre et les lits de bonnes qualité. Le logement n’est pas fait pour 7 personnes : seulement 5 chaises, les toilettes sont dans l’unique salle de bain et l’espace de vie est restreint. Je le conseillerai plutôt pour 5. Les canapés lits étaient inconfortables au niveau literie.

The apartment was clean, well maintained and exactly as described, with good facilities and a comfortable layout that worked well for our time in London. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly attentive, checking in regularly throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed, without ever being intrusive. It made the whole experience feel well looked after and stress free. Overall, great value for money and a place we would happily stay at again. Nothing in particular

• Olivia (6/5): Decent stay, few quirks to be aware of - Location is ideal as it’s on the same block as the underground and sainsburys. 10-15 minutes on the train at you’re at a main attraction. Staff was very responsive, let us drop bags early for £25 and offered recommendations Nothing I didn’t like per se but an honest review as the word luxury is in the booking title: There’s a huge crack in the sitting room window The hot water / heat went out and needed to be reset 1-3 times a day/night (easy enough process but not ideal when you wake up cold mid night to do it) The beds are ok but you can feel the spring in your side in the room with two beds. It is a 3.5 floor climb up the stairs to get to the flat

• Priscilla (5/5): Posizione e host eccezionali, ma la struttura presenta ancora alcuni margini di miglioramento. - La posizione della struttura è ideale per raggiungere il centro di Londra, infatti la fermata della metro "Nine Elms" si trova a meno di 5 minuti a piedi. L'host è stato eccezionale, sempre reperibile e pronto ad intervenire per risolvere le diverse problematiche riscontrate durante il nostro soggiorno. Purtroppo al nostro arrivo, l'appartamento presentava diverse problematiche, tra cui: - Un divano letto sporco e senza indicazioni per l'aprirlo. - Uno dei due letti matrimoniali sfondato. - Il lavandino del bagno che non scaricava - Solo 4 sedie per 6 persone in soggiorno. - Doccia con poca pressione - materassi dei letti molto morbidi, simili ad un letto ad acqua (personalmente affondavo, ma questi sono gusti) La notte stessa abbiamo contattato l'host, che prontamente il giorno seguente ha provveduto alla risoluzione dei problemi. Tuttavia il nostro soggiorno era ormai compromesso. Per migliorare la struttura consiglio anche di : -Sostituire il vetro rotto in salotto ( entra aria) - Pulire i termoconvettori, poiché, essendo pieni di polvere, sono inaccessibili a persone allergiche come me - Eliminare le fughe nere dalla doccia - Sostituire le mattonelle del pavimento rotte in cucina.

• Evelina (10/5): Great stay - Very comfortable, clean. Exceptional personel, especialy host, he was making sure that our stay was as pleasant as it can be through all our stay. Very good location, there are lots of bus stops near, as well as one of metro stations.

Very good communications (once you're sorted with using WhatsApp rather than booking.com). Well equipped kitchen, nice table / dining area. Good shower. Good wireless connection. Very busy noisy road (it was summer, we needed to open the windows at night). But then you are in London, guess it's to be expected! A second pillow would be nice.

• yuanzhen (9/5): Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay in a great location. - The apartment was clean and well-maintained, conveniently located near the tube station with a supermarket close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room could get a bit noisy due to street traffic. Also, the windows only had basic roller blinds, which let in quite a bit of light from the sides—blackout curtains would be a big improvement for sleep quality.

Some select points: -hard to find keybox. -Dirty narrow hallway. -Front door extremely hard to open (because of heat I was told) - Windows are very small in living- and bedrooms. -Surface was clean, but beneath and behind everything was not ok. -Traffic from street (main road) was loud even through closed windows. - Apartment was hot (heatwave during our stay) -Overview pictures were from another apartment. -Bathroom fan not working. We rent a lot. This place did not match the description. Before receiving codes for keys we were required to to send in screenahot of booking and picture of ID. Should not have done this. As result found that somebody else had given a review 10/10 Excellent on my behalf. Cannot recommend this place. Am waiting to hear response from Booking.com.

Booking.com does not protect customers - nothing good about the place except that it is close to the tube The place is absolutely filthy and dirty. The floor was filled with hair and dust to the point that we had to brush it ourselves to get rid of them. Wiping the floors also shows how much the place was not cleaned. The dining table had dust all over and was never cleaned. The sofa is dirty to the point you do not want to sit or sleep on it. The kitchen is dirty as you can see dust on cups and plates and there are hair all over the floor as well. The bathroom has mold all over the shower. The tv cannot be used as there are no outlets near the chord so its just a decoration. The place is not shown as in pictures. EVERYONE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Attaching Pics for evidence and they do not do justice. The place is dirty. Also you cannot use the shower while you use the sink. Should have told us that in the description before booking. Classic baiting. Place does not show as advertised. Host and Booking.com did nothing to accommodate us and we had to leave the place since it was so dirty at 2am. We only stayed 1 night out of 5. Booking.com does nothing to protect you from properties such as this. I will never use booking.com again

• Liis (9/5): But I would definitely book again. - We stayed at their accommodation on 13-15.03.2025. The location was great. The apartment was perfectly suitable for 5 people. All the information was received on time and getting the key was not difficult at all. The first thing we noticed was the front door. It seemed to be so swollen that it had to be pushed open and closed with force. We hope we didn't wake the neighbors. There were no dishwasher tablets. In one bedroom, the bed springs were so noticeable that it was uncomfortable to sleep.

Heating was functional during our stay without any problems. Very concerned lessor asking everyday if everything is in order provoking fears that something is not. • Mcgrath (9/5): Theater trip to london - Very modern, warm and clean. We were on the 3rd floor so alot of stairs, we were fine with this.The facilities around were also good. A 3 minute walk to nine elms underground, We got to Victoria Station, with 1 change at Embankment in less than 20 minutes. Beside nine elms underground , it has a large sainsburys and starbucks next door! We also walked for less than 10 minutes to get to a restaurant. The owners of the apartment are always contactable and respond to you instantly with any questions you may have. Would definitely stay here again. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. We used the spare mattress to put on top of it.

Perfect location as rhe station is literally 2 minutes away, and it’s a quick ride to the city center. The area is safe, and the host provided clear instructions for check-in. • Les (4/5): Definitely not as advertised - The sofa bed in the lounge resembled a spring from a trampoline, the beds were broken and packed with cushions beneath the mattress, the W/C was a incredibly compromised on space whilst using the toilet, the shower had insufficient pressure, the host was keen for checkout with numerous texts asking for an estimated check out time, early check in was charged at £15 per hour, and all communications were via WhatsApp texts rather than telephone.
