• Priscilla (8/5): Good place - The location was very good, very central, we could find a supermarket and small shops nearby. From the balcony you could see part of the mountains and we loved that. The managers were very kind to solve some problems with appliances that we had. The cleanliness of the place. At first glance, everything looked very good. The bathroom needed a major cleaning, the paintings were very dusty and under the beds it seemed that it had not been cleaned a long time ago.

• Brittany (1/5): Far from a luxury stay in Canmore - The location is easy to get to and from. The pool / hot tub are truly the only reason I would consider going back to. Upon arrival I could see that the luxury was far from what I was expecting. You could easily see dirty walls, shower, table legs and chairs were dirty and not cleaned properly. When we arrived I went to set up the play pen for my baby and it was broken. I called and spoke to the owner and was told there was nothing that he could do and I would have to sleep with my baby or just put them on the bed. I sent another message but it was not even acknowledged and I was just asked to rate it 10/10. I then brought up a few concerns and they were all dismissed. We ended up finding an awesome rental company who was able to provide us with a new playpen at our cost. The next day the owner or someone dropped off a new playpen but it was a little late. Had zero communication about them or anyone dropping by to drop it off. I have added some photos of some very large dust bunnies and grime in the bathroom. A used dental flosser 🤢 the shower and walls. There was food all in-between the cupboard and stove. The kitchen cupboards are in poor condition, one of the latches being broken on arrival and call see they tried to fix it. For having to pay a $100 cleaning fee to get something so dirty is just gross. I've stayed at many different accommodations and have never seen one so unkept and dirty.

• Debra (9/5): Beautyful spacious Condo, enjoyed the pool/outdoor hot tub and underground parking - Spacious, well stocked, clean and comfortable. Heat difficult to turn down. Even when adjusted came back to 21 string night and slept poorly due to heat, sore throats and stuffy noses in mornings.

• Olivia (10/5): - Really clean and comfortable place. I highly recommend it if you travel with young kids, as they will love the pool ! Location is perfect and the hosts are responsive and very accommodating.

• Melodina (10/5): Wonderful place for family to stay. - It has everything I need. A house away from home. I can cook food for a picky eater with allergy problem. I can do laundry if clothes are wet and dirty but did not have a chance to do it. It has diswasher and a fridge. I can make coffee and has a pitcher with filter. A safe place to be and has underground parking. The elavator #1 is not fixed and underground parking smell bad. It’s dirty and dusty. The carpet in the hallway looks old, dusty, dirty, and needs cleaning. The bathroom has no locked door.

• Zeon (9/5): Great place to stay for families. - Plenty of space for our family of five. The room has everything you need including a washer and dryer. Great mountain views. Kids loved the pool and slides. Access to the car parks is a little tricky and finding your room from the basement is a mission. Quite a decent walk into town from here.

• Linda (8/5): Beautiful suite. Once the code issue is resolved - no concerns. - The room was lovely and the amenities were great. The building is being renovated but it did not affect our stay. We unfortunately had quite a time with the code to get into the room. When it worked we put all our personal items in & went to get luggage. Then we couldn’t get back in the rom which was disconcerting. Fortunately our host was available to give us another code & we could get in.

Nice kitchen had everything. one of the bed sheet had old red spots, the shower soap dispenser were not working, only one was working (for me it was ok) but could be a challenge for someone else. Plus the swimming pool was very far from room and because of construction going on in corridors it was difficult to go through them. (this should be informed to client beforehand.)

• Ellenore (10/5): Wonderful getaway with reasonable pricing and lots of amenities. - Location was great. Short walk to everything and away from railway tracks, so quiet. Suite was very clean. A few pieces of cutlery were dirty but otherwise very clean. Fridge was spotless and no odor. Lots of tea and coffee and basic spices and cooking oil available. Indoor outdoor hot tub was nice and very hot. Beds were very comfortable As in all condo rentals the frying pans were non stick and starting to flake off the Teflon. Ceramic pans or stainless steel would be better choice to supply. The building is getting some renovation done and one day was very noisy. Not anything that could be avoided to keep the building in good shape.

The parking sucks-limited. I spent another $60 on parking. Luxury condo-not so much. Not sure what luxury in the description referred to. There was also no view of the mountains as the description said.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Great location. - Location was perfect . The directions into the garage, apartment and amenities were very clear. Outside the apartment the hallways were very dirty the carpet was bubbling up everywhere.. The light in the bedroom flickered, so beyond sleeping I didn't use that room and worked at the kitchen table instead of the cute little desk. No measuring cup, musty smelling towels and the conditioner wouldn't come out of the dispenser in the shower- minor things really, but that's where the value for $ comes in.

• Bernardo (7/5): Good - I liked the place, the apartment is clean, is close to everything. The kitchen utilities were clean. Comfortable beds, easy access to the room, parking. I liked the autochecking. I did not like that during the booking the did not say that the pool was closed. When we arrived at the hotel I went with my kids to the pool and it was closed to maintenance. I think it is better to say that before.

The check in process was extremely easy and convenient. We came with 2 vehicles and there was no room to park an additional vehicle. There was no outdoor parking lot and street parking close by was almost impossible to find. For a complex that big there should be additional parking. Everybody was complaining about that. There is a huge empty area out front that was not and cannot be utilized.

• Jordan (3/5): Awful!!! - Bedroom and kitchen was spacious. property was very dirty and dusty!!! The owners are dealing with big water leak in the bathroom. We talked with the building maintenance guy. He said they have been dealing with this for a month now. The Owners didn’t mention this to us until we checked in. We came home after shopping and there was water dripping from the ceiling and running down the wall in the bathroom. We had to clean up the water and wait for maintenance to show up. Super annoying when your on vacation with your kids and your new born baby keeps waking up. In total, We had four visits from maintenance and three from the Plummer before they sorted it out. informed the owners and all they said is “We feel sorry about this”” Maybe don’t rent out your unit before your water leak is fixed!!!! We won’t stay here again.
• Thomas (3/5): This facility and the apartments are not luxury at all - they are standard ! - Location The apartment was worn out, doors broken, window handles broken, shower doors not working proper/broken. Water damage in the bathroom, light fixture taken off and placed on the counter, was looking like construction site, The bathroom was very dirty. Kitchen utensils are not useable. Coffee maker not working proper, pans are old, no can opener, cutting knives not usable (broken, cracked, tips broken of, not sharp - dangerous) etc. It was a shame to see, in how poor conditions our apartment was. It did more or less the job for our stay, but it was for sure a surprise!

The walls are paper thin. The people above and beside were easily heard. We knew if they were walking, running water or pretty much anything they were doing it was heard. Under the beds, around the shower and the patio door do not get cleaned.

• Wendy (4/5): It was OK but we would not stay there again - location was very good and the restaurant as well as the pool. several maintenance issues(coffee maker needs to be replaced and very slow drain in bathroom sink.The term ‘luxury’ should be dropped as the unit appeared tired. Also the picture in the add showed a dinning table and chairs with backs. What was in the room was a small round table with 4 tiny stools with no back. This was not suitable for our needs.
