Location is in vibrant in heart of china town near to twins towers and famous KL landmarks. Thanks to Hotel receptionist Mr. Hassan, we were able to take check out fast and smooth. Really appreciate has assistance.

• Robert (9/5): Great value in Chinatown. - Excellent central location in Chinatown, nice facilities, clean rooms. There are many other Swing & Pillows hostels, including one in Petaling Jaya which is easily confused with Petaling Street. In fact, the y call this one Swing & Pillows Chinatown for that reason. They need to change the name on Booking. The address is correct.
• Timiya (5/5): - Good location in the China Town, vers central. Internet was working well. Dirty sheets. Rats in the building, also could hear them above/behind the room walls The shower water heater was very loud and noisy when taking a shower. It felt like a rathole in the room - quite small, bad lightening and the dirty sheets we didn't see first because of fhe bad lightening... It is not worth the price, for the same you can find more decent places around. .

• Franklin (2/5): Absolutely blessed that I was able to void my stay and go to another hotel, absolute trash - The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure, and the pillows were nice. That's literally it... Nothing else good about this hotel. My reservation was cancelled a few hours after checking-in, so they let me just leave for the price of deposit, 50 ringgit. That seemed fair. Absolutely filthy, there was a giant rat in the lobby running around trying to escape. Luckily I had a payment mishap, as they're cashless and I had a problem with my debit card, and I was able to leave. The instant you get inside the stairwell to go to the lobby, it's damp, moist, smelly air. Stale, and disgusting. All the staff and guests in the lobby were just pouring sweat, disgusting. The room itself had no privacy, you could hear everything in the room next door, you could hear the front desk guys, the room had NO amenities (no soap, no shampoo, only a towel), no water in the room, and the judging by the state of the lobby I didn't trust the glasses in the room nor the water machine. There seem to be brothels or some weird sketchy little doorways along the path leading to and from the hotel, and the pimps are very aggressive and dangerous. Highly recommend NOT staying here or in this area. Also, the whole market is sketchy smelly men trying to sell you knock-off items. STAY AWAY!! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!! GO TO OYO 761 down the road instead, they're much cleaner, more professional, and much safer. The staff was so phony and two-faced at this hotel as well, talking badly about me in Urdu because they thought I can't understand (I look Korean) and I understood every dirty word they said. Avoid this hotel. AVOID!

Instalaciones muy correctas para el precio y personal muy amable. Al estar en plena calle principal, según la habitación puede escucharse ruido.

• masae (7/5): もう泊まらないかな… - スタッフの理解も対応も早くて的確なので助かりました。色々なところにアクセスしやすく便利です。 防音という感覚がないのか？というくらい生活音が全て聞こえます。隣の部屋の人の用を足す音も聞こえますし、どこからか奇声も聞こえて、ちょっと怖かったですね。ゆかもベタベタしていました。あとは今、工事中なので、ホテルまでの入り口がわかりづらく、一言説明が欲しかったです。スタッフはよかったのに、他に悪い点が多くて残念です。

• Manal (7/5): - It’s near everything: in the heart of petaling street ( chinatown), near bukit bintang, central market… The room is quite big and comfortable. The office forgot to notice our booking, which we already paid for, so when we came by they told us we have no room and we kept waiting there until the problem was solved. I hope it was a one time problem!

• Melanie (7/5): - Es ist direkt an der Petaling Strasse. Die Location finde ich dennoch top, denn hier in der Umgebung sind viele tolle Plätze zu besichtigen. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Hotel war aufgrund der Baustelle nicht ganz so einfach zu finden. Das Zimmer ohne Fenster hat mir persönlich jetzt nicht so gefallen. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, man hört andere Hotelgäste von nebenan oder auch vom Flur.

El personal, en una actitud poco profesional, nos pidió dejar una review antes de devolvernos el deposito. Es algo difícil de encontrar por la noche.

• Sofía (6/5): El precio no se ajusta del todo a lo esperado - La ubicación, aunque es cierto que la calle estaba en obras y cuando cae el sol no se puede pasear por la zona, ya que solo están abiertos los soportales laterales que están llenos de indigentes durmiendo en la calle y da bastante respeto. La habitación deja mucho que desear, está muy lejos de cumplir las expectativas del anuncio, habitación pequeña, baño con ducha encima de la taza del water sin un buen sumidero, por lo que todo el tiempo estaba todo encharcado. Las habitaciones tienen paredes tan finas que se escuchan las conversaciones de los de al lado.

• FUXING (1/5): A terrible experience. - Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The online ratings felt unrealistic! The entrance to the hotel was very difficult to find! First of all, when checking in, I was told by the front desk that I couldn't pay in cash and only after negotiating later was I agreed to pay cash for check in. Secondly, the water went out multiple times during the stay which was very bad. When I woke up on the first night, there was water all over the room and my shoes were even wet from the water that seeped out! Third, the power went out midway through the second night of the stay. Fourth, you don't need an alarm clock early in the morning, the sound of construction roaring outside the house will definitely wake you up. Lastly, when checking out, the front desk asked me to scan the rating system for a rating, which seemed like a mandatory rating! I refused before I was given my deposit back and checked out! Will never stay at this hotel again!

The only entrance is via a large amount of steps there’s no lift available and as the property is inside the market taxi’s cannot come to the entrance of the property to drop guests off. Access is very difficult, best to avoid if you are elderly, have sore joints or are travelling with young children. The rooms and bathrooms could have been cleaner.

• Martina (8/5): Very good - Clean room, floor. Nice staff. I expected better quality based on the pictures. It is in the neighbourhood Chinatown which is very dirty. It is located right in the middle of the market which I didnt realize before. I found a cockroach in the elevator and a couple of rats close to the market in the evening. I would not look for accomodation in the area again.
• Mirko (3/5): Poor - The location is good, central and with lots of shops and things going on around it. On our arrival at 3am we were told that the room was charged via Booking. However, at 8am we were sharply woken up by a very insisting knocking on the room door requesting to pay. I don't understand why if the room wasn't paid for, why they couldn't just wait to tell us so, especially taking into consideration that we had left a 50 RM deposit that we would have to claim back at check out. Not to mention that after waking us up, we were asked to change rooms without any further explanation, which we declined. Also, at night it was very loud. Lots of noise coming from the hallway and people speaking out loud. The room was cheap and central, but still, wouldn't recommend it.
