- Adrian (6/5): The apartment was a bad experience, but our time in Milan was great. - The area was great, close to Dergano Square, at a reasonable distance from Esselunga (a very good supermarket), and well connected to the metro — just 10 minutes to the railway station and 15 minutes to the Duomo. We arrived on a Friday evening and found almost nothing provided: no toilet paper, no liquid soap, no dishwasher detergent, and no bowls (so we couldn’t even have cereals for breakfast). The apartment was clearly not prepared to receive guests.

- Ekaterina (9/5): Superb - For a business trip is a great option. The apartment has everything you need. Near cafes, stores. Near the subway, about 10 minutes on foot. Not far (about 15-20 minutes on foot) Locenti station of the train S
You can very quickly get to the center and to the exhibition FieraMolano.
Good and kind neighbors, no noise.
Checked in early, thank you. No
- Francesca (9/5): It was great. - We’ve absolutely liked the location and the facilities. The only thing we didn’t like is that we have been given only one towel per person.

- Gerard (3/5): This experience ruined my stay in Milan. I’m a long-time follower of booking.com with active monthly overseas travels. I - Nice and clean apartment with complete amenities The apartment is on the third floor. If you have heavy luggage and/or travelling with an older person, it’s not convenient as the building doesn’t have a lift or elevator. The profile doesn’t mention this. The check-in was not smooth because there’s no written note or guide on how to check in. The staff (third party platform) only sent videos on where to find the key and how to enter the apartment . The problem is that I was given 3 keys. One for the building door, and the 2 keys I assumed for the apartment door since there are 2 key holes . It was not explained that 1 key is to be used for both door locks or key holes. I alerted the apartment staff at 11:20PM that I coudn’t open one of the 2 locks since I used the wrong key unknowingly. The clueless staff didn’t know about this and just told me that he lives far away and doesn’t have a car to assist me. I also wrote a note to the booking.com platform and got advice that it’s not a hotel with 24/7 assistance. So I was advised to just get a room from another hotel and resolve the issue the next day. Poor me, had to walk to a nearby hotel, and requested the desk clerk to allow me to pass the night at their lobby.
- Sneha (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was spacious and the location was near to metro. Around 7-8 minutes walk. The apartment was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. Very difficult for old people to reach the place.
Could have mentioned in the posting.
- Zuzanna (5/5): The apartament was okay but the personnel was very rude - The apartament looked okay and the location was good - 5mins away from the metro and then 18mins direct ride to duomo. BUT!!!
There was a hassle with getting the keys - our plane was delayed and we had to check in later, which caused a problem cause they have a schedule of giving keys - so we had to rush with an Uber.
Then the guy had the audacity to comment on my looks. :) I have pink hair and he literally told me that I shouldn’t dye my hair this color cause it BRINGS BAD ENERGY AND DAMAGES MY BRAIN BADLY and he knows that cause he is a healer and my friend should read me ancient Indian texts so that I get better???? How outrageous is that?! And how could you even say that to your client?? And even though I didn’t want to continue the conversation, it was difficult to make him stop and leave. HORRIBLE WELCOME EXPERIENCE!!
Also it was very cold in the apartment. The AC was not working properly at first and the one in the bedroom was not working at all.
The shower was damaged - water was constantly flowing from both shower handset and rain shower. The cleaning could be improved. Pictures attached.
