• Philip (8/5): - Excellent location. Very clean and well looked after apartment. Just a few minor things, could not find hair dryer toaster was not working properly. Nothing that would take away from the overall experience.

• Jeanette (7/5): - The location is good. The accommodation inside is nice, clean and comfortable.we booked for 2 nights. The building the apartment is in is very old. You can hear the people in the apartment upstairs. It wasn't what I expected for the price. I also don't think the apartment is big enough for 4 people.
• Markus (10/5): Schöner Aufenthalt, sehr sauber und zentral - Super zentrale Lage, Supermarkt in der Nähe, Schlüsselübernahme einfach, Wohnung sehr sauber, Geschirr vorhanden auch für Kinder :-) Konnten sehr guten Kaffee kochen :-)

• Iryna (10/5): We had a great stay and truly appreciated the hospitality. Thank you very much! - We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. The location is excellent — a very convenient and safe area within walking distance of many famous London landmarks such as Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament and the Thames embankment. It made exploring the city very easy without needing much transport. The apartment itself is small but very cosy, clean and comfortable. Even though it was quite cold outside during our stay, the apartment was very warm and comfortable inside — we even opened the windows to let in some fresh air. The flat has a nice, tidy renovation and everything you might need: a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, which is very convenient for travellers. The bathroom is modern and well arranged, and the bedroom bed is very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. When we had a small question about the bedding, the host responded immediately and very kindly helped us find everything we needed. The only small thing to note is that the apartment is perfect for two people, but if four people stay, sleeping on the sofa in the living room is not quite as comfortable as the bed in the bedroom. A simple mattress topper for the sofa could make it much more comfortable for guests.

• Agustin (3/5): WIFI never worked. Staff not concerned about it - Well located and clean WiFi never worked. I notified it immediately, but I just received a standard message saying "restart router" However, I don't even think there was a router in the flat but just a small device that seems to be only a WiFi amplifier of a router installed in another flat Shown in one picture) Not having WiFi nowadays is a serious inconvenience, and I was travelling with three teenagers who kept on protesting about it. However, the staff didn't show any interest in giving a solution. Instructions on how to arrive and how to get the keys were also not clear, and that made us waste quite some time. NOT RECOMMENDABLE

• bertrand (8/5): - Emplacement parfait a 10min a pied de westminster, arrêt de bus a 1min a pied qui peut vous amener dans tout londres Prix très abordable ( pour Londres) vu l'emplacement de l'appartement L appartement était très propre et joli Cuisine équipée Machine a laver et sèche linge Le canapé lit n'est pas confortable La douche est tres difficile à régler ( pour le chaud froid ) Appartement humide , mais ce qui nous a le plus déranger c est quil n'y avait pas de rideau occultant et surtout beaucoup de bruit à cause de l'appartement du dessus a 6h du matin Il manque un adaptateur pour les prises française ce que l'on a retrouvé dans tous les autres hébergements que l'on a fait a londres Le conseil que nous pouvons apporter a la propriétaire ce serait de laisser un adaptateur et pourquoi pas fournir un petit kit avec masque de nuit et bouchon d'oreille pour les problèmes mentionnés ci dessus Pour résumer, appartement tres pratique pour la visite de londres mais pas fait pour se reposer

• Kim (10/5): Excellent area to explore the city, safe and quiet. A nice apartment - Lovely modern flat in the heart of the city. Nice shops and bars within walking distance. There was no television, which would have been nice

Llegamos de noche y la primera impresion no fue buena, la ubicació del piso, entrada, escaleras. Tambien tuvimos problemas para abrir la puerta. Es un bloque de pisos muy antiguos, pero el piso estaba todo reformado y correcto. En el baño hay una bañera muy en alto que dificulta la salida. No se puede regular temperatura de la ducha, impossible poner agua templada. El sofà cama muy incomodo, se clavan las juntas de separacion. No se adequa al precio, pero pagas por la zona que es muy cèntrica

• Monia (10/5): Grazioso appartamento nel centro di Westminster - Appartamento molto carino, pulitissimo, tutto nuovo, addirittura con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Letti comodi. Zona tranquilla, ma a 15 minuti a piedi dal BigBen. Intorno alcuni pub. Le chiavi le ritiri ad un negozio all'angolo. È più bello dal vivo che in foto. Per un altro soggiorno a Londra lo sceglierei sicuramente. Per dire una piccolezza: la porta del bagnetto era difficile da chiudere e la vasca da bagno è un po' alta.

• Tabitha (8/5): Great experience. - The location was away from the tourist trap area, but near enough to take the Santander bikes to other areas. Bike stand right outside. Short walk to Tate. Cheap, local breakfast cafes and pubs. The wifi did not work the last day. Sparse in decoration and not so cosy lighting in the living room. Could do with a carpet and some side lighting in the living room. Only one bedside light.
