- Lisa (1/5): Stay away - The location and view were wonderful, as someone who travels to Montreal often if I had a different experience with the property manger and just basics I would have stayed again. Cancelled 40 minutes before check in then rebooked and spent 3 hours trying to get in only to have to stay a night at another hotel and the worst communication from the property as well as booking. Stranded there and lost out I. Plans for our trip. Still fighting for my first night refunded and money owed to me. Hours and hours on the phone and via emails and messages. Nothing from the property. While there for two people given one face cloth a hand towel and two towels for four nights. No dishwasher pods or anything to wash dishes. Broken dryer that appears from reviews is not new and my wet clothes I needed for my trip did not dry! Broken drawer just left by them on the floor. No access when I did get to check I. Which is also on other reviews. Need new manager and perhaps a credit for this stress from them or booking. Booking has gone from being my top to bottom for the stress they have added as well.

- Stephanie (3/5): The views don’t make up for disappointing experience. - The views from the apartment. After boosting of a seamless check in process our experience was terrible & left me waiting with a baby in the lobby for 30 mins. The apartment is in need of some refurbishment & does not look like the pictures. The oven & none of the plugs in the bedroom worked for example; I had no response from the manager during our stay when asking if the oven could be fixed. Apartment does have a coffee machine, but there was no pods to use which was frustrating on the first morning. Parking has to be pre booked, which is not clear on the listing.

- Denys (3/5): Deluxe Scam: You will not get your deposit back and the listing description is inaccurate. - The location was superb and view is very nice and it stops there. Unfortunately, communication is really a big problem with Alexandra and it's not the language. All communications are done by the bot and if you ask questions or want to do a request you get ghosted.
For example, when we let know Alexandra when we are arriving she did not reply at all, and we had to wait 30 minutes at the door to get in with other guests of the building.
They demand $100 CAD Deposit that you will probably not get back, as we learned. Funny thing that the first she demands when you arrive, even though we send the deposit the night prior and receipts. So much for prompt communication.
The listing is not accurate it's only 1 bedroom, the other is a living room. There were a lot of scuff marks around the place, peeled drywall, and the duvet was torn and missing a cover. When I texted Alexandra about my concerns I was ignored.
We left the unit in the same condition it was given to us and requested our deposit back. The hosts only responded after we wrote a review. They then asked us to remove the review in exchange for returning the deposit. That seems to be the real purpose of the so-called deposit and their high ratings—you don’t get to see the honest reviews

- Check out entre 12h et 00h spécifié, raison pour laquelle on choisit ce logement mais on se fait harceler d’appels dès midi et meme à la porte. On se fait menacer par les gérants d’engager des procédures contre nous.
Je tiens a préciser que j’utilise booking depuis des années et que je suis membre genius max. Je fais le tour du monde et des hotels etc mais j’ai jamais fait affaire à une telle escroquerie.

The messages from the person overseeing the property were sent through Booking.com, but they were not checking my responses or answering my questions. I assume they normally rent the apartment elsewhere and aren't checking Booking messages (but I didn't know this and didn't know how else to contact them). I started using the email they provided (alexandervilleneuve10@gmail.com) in Booking auto messages to try to connect with them about access once we got to the location and I got no response after sending several texts and emails to the email provided in Booking.com messages. We arrived at the property at 4pm (check in time) and still had no response. I texted, emailed, and messaged, but no response. They had asked me to message them 15 minutes before our arrival, which I did several times 2 hours then 15 minutes before we arrive with no correspondence back. I finally tracked down the company's phone number through Booking and called them directly; no one answered. Then they messaged me back from that same number and told us they would unlock the front door and give us the unit number and elevator access in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later, NO RESPONSE. We had started looking for somewhere else to stay since we could not get into our place. And we had a dinner reservation at 5pm. We were getting so frustrated. At 4:30pm, I wrote a message to the company's phone number letting them know that I was very frustrated. I got a text from the number telling me that I was supposed to let them know when I was arriving 15 minutes before I got there, which I did TWO times that day. Luckily, someone let us into the lobby space, then the company finally gave us elevator access and the unit number so we could take us stuff up to the unit. The keys WITH THE CARD ACCESS attached (which we needed to get into the building!) were in the unit. How were we supposed to get in without these?

Les gestionnaires ne répondent pas au téléphone. Aucune solution de relogement. Nous avons quitté les lieux car nous n'avions pas la possibilité de faire dormir notre enfant, nous ne somme pas venus dans cet appartement pour faire la vaisselle et le ménage des locataires précédents. Une HONTE ! Les photos de l'annonce ne correspondent meme pas au mobilier present.
Si nous avions voulu passer la nuit sur un matelas gonflable nous aurions pris une reservation dans un camping ! Expérience DEPLORABLE. Passez votre chemin !

We waited for two hours. We could not get in the building until someone was going in. ALEXANDER WAS NOT REPLYING BACK TO CALLS OR MESSAGES. We thought it must be scam. We wanted to can el but Alexandra messaged to tell us Room was ready.
Apartment door was locked until cleaning lady opened and apartment was cleaned but it smelled like bad body odor probably from cleaning lady. We will never book these private apartments again it is not worth it. Better to stay in a known hotels like Marriott or Sheraton

Extremely tight space: bedroom door barely opens, hits the bed — jammed at one-third range.
Floor 19 with no real view — just facing the Bell Centre, nothing special.
Not very clean — apartment needs better upkeep.
Overpriced and absolutely not worth the money.
Misleading booking process: after payment, they demand ID by email and deposit via e-transfer before giving check-in instructions.
Deposit return was a nightmare: more than 10 days of chasing with endless excuses, including “the responsible person is on vacation.”

- Bader (1/5): I would not come back again even with 50% discount. - The building is new and security is striked We were unable to access the property, and there was no response from the host. And it wasn't easy to wait outside the main door. And we were given unit number 1908 and found a lady cleaning very late, more than an hour after our appointment; she left without picking up the garbage. We booked a penthouse with river views, according to the pictures, but we ended up with a unit facing another building. No internet password was given despite the frequent messages to the host. The furniture was very bad, and the bed was bigger than the tiny room.

Best location in the downtown next to metro station and directly on the bike path connecting to the islands and to the city. New clean apartment with fitness studio and sky lounge access. Lack of communication at checkin, no answers to the emails and very unclear deposit instructions. Messages seem sent by an automated AI system without human oversight. But after checkin everything went well.

- Guest (4/5): Terrible communication and dishonest practices - The posted pictures and description do not correspond to reality. The 2nd "bedroom" is indeed a bed placed in the living room. They requested a $100 deposit and then offered to reimburse the $200 parking fee, but they have not responded to any calls or SMS messages regarding reimbursement. The apartment does not respect fire code with fire alarms wrapped in plastic. The worst service ever!
- Guest (1/5): Worst rental experience of my life. Zero support from Booking.com. - We paid for and had confirmation of a 2br unit with an additional rollaway bed; we were given a 1br with a second bed in the kitchen area. The smoke detectors were covered in plastic and therefore inoperable, presenting a huge safety risk that was not addressed. BR door did not open fully. BR window would not close completely. We found laundry in both the washer and dryer upon arrival. Unit had clearly not been cleaned properly. There were only 4 sets of dishes for a family of 4 staying three nights, no dishwasher detergent provided. Wifi was horrible. Property management was not onsite. Via text, PM offered to move us to a 2BR, then told us that we were 'lucky' to even have that unit, then promised a refund, and finally just stopped responding. Booking.com was made aware throughout the stay/afterward via the app/website/phone and did not respond to any requests for support.

- Vedran (1/5): Sketchy deposit handling - The first email I received stated that the security deposit would be 100 CAD. However, upon arrival, the hosts demanded 500 CAD instead. When I pointed out that the email clearly mentioned a 100 CAD deposit, they suddenly changed the amount to 300 CAD. The hosts required the deposit to be paid prior to check-in.
The inconsistency and abrupt changes seem very sketchy and made me feel uncomfortable about the entire arrangement.

Arrivé sur place: un seul lit queen size, un canapé pas convertible..
Après de nombreux messages (personne très réactive mais appartement ne correspondant pas du tout à l annonce..): on récupère un matelas gonflable; ingonflable malgré 2 pompes, qui se dégonfle au bout d’une heure..
Menage très moyen ( canapé plein de miettes et autres ..)
Pas de machine à café.
Immeuble pas du tout airbnb friendly : personnel du lounge très désagréable car nous sommes équivalent Airbnb..

- riccardo (8/5): - La vista è stupenda e indimenticabile, noi siamo stati nel piano più alto ed indubbiamente è stato fantastico, ottimo anche il fatto ci sia una piscina, sicuramente un alloggio eccellente specialmente per la vista dalle finestre Il deposito deve essere rilasciato subito dopo il check out, non è piacevole lasciare depositi ovunque ( in Canada funziona così) e dover pure attendere oltre 10 giorni, il voto sarebbe ancora più alto senza questo fastidio
- Norbertus (1/5): Nul ! - Rien n’était comme promis, surtout qu’on on n’a pas eu le bon nombre de chambres…. La chambre n’était pas prête, on nous a fait attendre avec des mauvais excuses et mensonges. La literie séchait encore dans le sèche linge et la lave-vaisselle contenait des affaires pas lavées. On a annulé sur place vu les défauts et on a dû trouver autre chose au dernier moment. Au moment de la réservation, au-delà des formalités booking.com, il fallait encore faire des pas supplémentaires : envoyer copie de son passeport (à un inconnu donc….), pmt de 100 cad$ (entretemps remboursé). Pas pro et pas claire.
- Jessica (3/5): Très décevant, beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est - L’emplacement État des lieux plus qu’ordinaire: tas de serviettes possiblement sales et autre laissé sur l’îlot.
Vitres avec plein de traces de doigts….j’ai dû attendre 15/20 minutes dans le lobby avant d’accéder au condo. Expérience très décevante, je ne recommande pas.

Un matelas gonflable qui s’est dégonflé dans la nuit. L’équipe nous a ramené un autre matelas gonflable qui s’est aussi dégonflé.
Pas de rideaux sur toutes les fenêtres
Pas de tasses pour 4 personnes pour prendre un p’tit dej. L’équipe nous a ramené des couverts complets pour 4 personnes.
Les chaises sont abîmées, ainsi que le lave-vaisselle (le panier supérieur ne roule plus)
Le sèche linge ne fonctionne pas (on s’en est rendu compte une fois la lessive terminée…)
Les serviettes utilisées par les précédents locataires étaient encore présentes dans le placard
Des restes dans le frigo
Bref une expérience mitigée …
Adapté pour un couple mais pas plus.

- Steve (2/5): We had to leave, we were given the wrong room - it had only 1 bed instead of 3 beds we had booked. - Nothing. We didn't get the chance to like anything - we cut our stay short from six nights to one night, and we only stayed one night because it had gotten late by the time we managed to negotiate our early departure through Booking.com. We were given the wrong room (Deluxe Junior Suite) which only had one bed instead of the room with three beds (Deluxe apartment) that we had booked. We therefore had to cut our stay from six nights to only one night because we did not have enough beds for our family (and we only stayed the first night because it had gotten too late to take our young children anywhere else). The host offered a solution, camping beds and an inflatable mattress - obviously this solution was not OK for us for our planned six night stay. The inflatable mattress deflated during the course of the first night and I ended up sleeping most of it curled up on a two-seat sofa - not good.
The very concerning thing for me is that when we managed to negotiate our early departure late on that first evening through Booking.com, the host immediately re-advertised the room that we were in on Booking.com as the Deluxe Apartment with three beds (a queen bed and futon in the bedroom, and a sofa-bed in the living area), rather than the room it actually was (the Deluxe Junior Suite, with only one queen bed in the bedroom and a two-seat sofa that did not pull out into a sofa-bed in the living room).
I can accept that mistakes are sometimes made, and I was prepared to accept an unfortunate mistake had been made in our case, but by immediately re-advertising the room as the Deluxe Apartment with three beds rather than the one-bed room it actually was this was clearly not a mistake but blatant misrepresentation of the room - shame on you, clearly the same sorry scenario will now play out for the next family booking the room and expecting three beds.

Superbe vue et encore emplacement génial J’ai réservé une chambre avec 3 lits et malheureusement il n’y en avait que 2. Il manque un petit livre d’info pour le fonctionnement des choses dans le condo, ex : - comment ouvrire la porte du balcon, la sortie sur ́lĺa rue de la montagne est à P1 et non au RC.Comment se déplie le canapé, parce que nous n’avons pas trouvé. Impossible de se connecter au réseau et pas de réseau sur la tele non plus

- Marie-Eve (7/5): Très beu séjour! - Super moment, la vue est magnifique, le lit super confortable et le condo est bien cute! Petit balcon pour profiter de la vue. Belle piscine, on a passer un très beau moment. Heureusement nous n’avons pas prévu de s’en servir, mais lave-vaisselle non fonctionnel et four non fonctionnel.

- Stephen (7/5): A good apartment, OK location but not a hotel. - The rooms are, reasonably well equipped and were clean. The staff responding on the text messages were responsive, polite and able to resolve issues within two hours. The rooms are a good size. There is a washing machine and kitchen so preparing meals with the equipment provided is possible. Booking.com described our booked room as having a sofa bed - it did not in the room we were allocated. Booking.com website kept removing the ages of our enfants during the booking process, stating they were aged less than 1 incorrectly. This meant the facility was not expecting them. The check-in process is by text message - so poor - staff were responsive but when there are issue to sort there seemed to be no physical presence or assistance from receptionist. The check-in process involves entering via the back door (see photo of locked rear lobby) - away from the main reception where there are building facility management people at a reception station. Throughout our stay we saw now one - even resolving the lack of beds was dealt by leaving extra beds outside the room for us to install and make up. This is not a hotel, it’s an apartment block, booking.com created a perception and expectation this was a hotel. Leisure facilities are tired, small and not up to hotel standards. The balcony is not useable - rough concrete floor and no furniture. We had insufficient towels for our numbers and one night stay.
- nathalie (5/5): Déçu au niveau rapport qualité prix. - Un appartement avec une vue exceptionnelle, Clim efficace, machine à laver et sèche linge. Mal orienté au départ dans un autre appartement plus petit qui ne correspondait pas à la commande, nous avons attendu 45 mn pour intégrer l’autre. Les meubles sont de premiers prix, dommage cet endroit pourrait être plus accueillant et être à la hauteur du prix de la location. Le sauna ne fonctionnait pas, la piscine n’est pas celle de la photo .

- Teah (4/5): Go somewhere else - Convenient to all False advertising was not a 2 bedroom. It was one bedroom with a bed behind a curtain. Filthy apt. Bathroom has not hooks not toilet paper holder. No lights in bedroom. Dishwasher filled with dirty dishes. Towels in dryer. Sheets were cheap and no duvet cover just bare inside fillers.
- Denise (10/5): Location, amenities, comfort, views, service were all unbeatable. Fantastic and highly recommended. - Spectacular was the appropriate word to describe this magnificent apartment. The views are stunning, there’s light in the apartment all day long and the location is great- close to stores for shopping and to Griffintown for leisure activities and the Atwater market. The subway( metro) is very close to the apartment as well and the apartment was clean and comfortable .Super easy check-in and check- out and great service from the management staff. Can’t think of a thing!
