The house smelled a bit musty.

- Joshua (3/5): - Great location! Nice area. Decent parking and easy to get in and out. Mould in the bathroom. Lots of light globes missing or not working. Kitchen was unclean, tiny and pretty much unusable. The bed was too low and uncomfortable. No wifi. No air conditioning. Not enough power points.
- Michael (2/5): Totally disappointing and not worthy of Booking.com - The location was very good if you have a car. The property description was deceptive.It is not a seperate house but an Art Studio divided into 3 dwellings.
The initial impressions were very disappointing - the garden was full of weeds and fake, faded flowers; the exterior was covered in cobwebs. The interior furnishings are "tired". There were very limited provisions in the kitchen. The partition wall of the second bedroom is paper thin and there is a crack in the cornice, letting in light from the adjoining accommodation, the occupant of which talked, laughed and used foul language until 1 am, so that my friend occupying the bedroom, was unable to sleep until well after 2 am.
This property should not be listed on booking.com. For the fees charged, it is well below standard. The owner has not offered any sort of compensation.
I should be grateful if you would pursue this with the owner.
- Angela (6/5): We enjoyed the space and the quiet location. - It was very spacious, with a full sized fridge and a washing machine. We had to ring to get the key code, we think our booking had not been recorded correctly.
We were assigned a parking space but it was not accessible in our hatchback. We asked permission to park in a nearby space, but it was some distance from the actual entry.
