• Pauleen (4/5): Check in was difficult. Finding and getting into the property was hard - No breakfast is provided. Location was good except for the trams which were right outside the bedroom and living room window. not much to like about this apartment. I honestly thought I had been scammed when we finally found the unmarked front door. Check in was a disaster. Took us about half an hour and many phone messages and finally had to get a face time caller to help us unlock the apartment door. They had given us the wrong instructions to the keypad. No apology. This was not the first time this had happened. wish I had read the reviews better. Only one set of keys to the front gates. Furnishing and rooms are very tired and do not reflect the nice pictures. Entry stairway is very dark and dangerous. worse apartment we stayed while holidaying in Europe.

• Nikita (6/5): - The location is fantastic. 2 stops away from central station, plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. The check in process was a disaster. Stood outside the main door and the online button sent to us to automatically open the door did not work. We called the helpline and he couldn't help, fortunately someone else came outside. Then there was a 2nd locked door that was not mentioned in the check-in process at all. A door we had no way of getting through. Incredibly someone else came out the door and we got through. The 3rd door to enter the apartment, the instructions said turn the key right and the door knob left. We tried this multiple times. It turns out the instructions were the exact opposite of what they should have been. This was all at 9pm so there was a real chance we could have been stuck outside for a long time. Absolutely awful check in instructions. The sofa inside has broken armrests. The way the shower door was located meant the floor would be absolutely soaked. They say they provide shower gel, it's literally the smallest bottles possible. Furthermore there's no where to put the soap in the bathroom. We had to leave it on a random shelf opposite the sink. It just felt like all these problems could easily be solved if the company actually cared.

• Thomas (9/5): Great apartment for a working traveler. - An amazing apartment for a solo traveler for work. The communication on whatsapp was excellent. No issues finding and getting into the apartment late at night.
• Andrea (4/5): Disappointing - The location The staff was like ghost, I didn’t find remote for A/C and I have asked many time where they were but not answers.

• Yizhar (4/5): Disappointing - There was no battery on the electric lock of the door. We could not enter inside ans we needed to sleep on the floor outside the apartment. Neither booking.com nor the apartment owner tried to supply a solution to this situation

• Catherine (8/5): Very good - Great location. Great sized apartment. Well equipped. Had trouble checking in, while we did have a last minute booking we were not sent any check-in instructions and calls went unanswered for a short period, they did say there were issues with the messaging system but was still annoying. The AC’s were a little temperamental.
