Every amenities are in walkable distance, including Gronau train station. The property was organised super cool. I love to stay again. I mostly like that the private parking is equipped with EV charger (type 2) for the guest cars. Everything is very well planned and organised. Thanks to Anja and the team. Please notify the guests, to take out the cloths after their washer / dryer is completed. I waited for 2 days to wash my cloths.
• George (9/5): Excellent room/facilities and best place and value in Gronau. - Huge room. Nice kitchenette. VERY modern and spacious. Comfortable. Easy to check in and check out. Towel warmers in bathroom. Balcony was great. Good WiFi. Close (2 minute walk) to a nice, big K+K grocery store. You need that in Gronau as finding a cafe for coffee/a bite in the morning is hard as nothing opens until late morning. It's a very sleepy town with not much activity early or late, but a very charming village. So recommend stocking up at grocery store. Apartment has a nice kitchen and fridge. Liked that it had full-size washer/dryers available. Having to take the trash out myself to a shed and then having a suggestion from the host (on a card) to tip the housekeeper seemed a bit cheeky to me. Climate control in the room seemed to work, but you can't feel or hear it so was not sure how; it took a while to change the room temp but it did -- so I think it worked. Tried calling host for a question on heat at night but no answer. All that said, though, I recommend this property and would definitely make this my preference to stay when in Gronau.

The apartments were just excellent! Everything was thought out to the smallest detail. The location is very close to the center. The hosts are very kind and responsive. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Definitely will book again next time!
