• Patrisha (1/5): TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Never ever again, the worst in my life - Good position near the station (even if the street is too noisy since early morning and we couldn’t sleep well), this is the only positive point. My nightmare holiday !!! I would like to share our special holiday occasion to celebrate my daughter's birthday in Athens, staying at Sunny Group Real Estate managed by Mr Vagelis in this building at Peristeri. When we arrived in the Peristeri station, we called Mr Vagelis Manager of the group and he said that he would be there to give us the keys. When we arrived there the office was closed, and there was no one to get the keys and enter our room. We called him and another number of the office and waited long time and finally the cleaning lady gave us a code to get the keys from the box drawer. As soon as we entered the apartment, we noticed that the room in question was different from the one shown in the photos on website when we booked. The website showed a round beautiful jacuzzi in the living room for 2 persons but The Jacuzzi was different and smaller just for one person. The bathroom was very narrow and small and you should sit in the toilet in the side and you couldn’t close the toilet door because of the big flexible derange pipe in the middle with a shower that water leaked everywhere. The bathroom door was open, and a tub drain hose ran through it, with the motor side open and exposed in the middle of the room we couldn’t use that because we didn’t know how was working with that drainage pipe. When putting our clothes in the closet, we noticed that the drawers were broken and unusable. The day after I tried using the jacuzzi to relax while I unpacked my bags, but when I got in the tub, the water was cold and the shower didn't work either. When we called, he said he'd call a plumber tomorrow. The next morning, we went out on the terrace to have coffee, and the chair was broken. The next day, we went out all day, and in the evening, we returned to take a shower and use the tub.

• Daniela_BC (7/5): Great but not so great - The apartment is easy to find, it's big with a confy bed. Also, has nice restaurants near. We asked for the apartment with the jacuzzi like the pictures, but was given one with a tub and jacuzzi functions. The jacuzzi was leaking beneath it. We anounced the owner, he told me he would come to fix it but it was the same. The refrigerator was dirty and had some fruits and vegetables left from previous client or who knows from when after the smell.
• Mike Cox (5/5): It's Different! - Door handles falling off doors. (Bathroom, bedrooms, patio doors).The advert gave you the impression that you could see the Acropolis. This is not the case, you are approximately 9 miles from this ancient site. Car parking is extremely tight to manoeuvre. Take care, this needs two people.

Urbāns skats caur plašajiem logiem ar labu skaņas izolāciju. Sēdi burbuļvannā un vēro kā pilsēta kūsā! Brokastis diemžēl nepatika. Mini kafejnīcā ap stūri. Tikai kafija un bulciņas pēc izvēles.

• Mike Cox (6/5): It tries really hard - The owner was very welcoming and helpful. Most of the door handles fall off when touching the doors. It's a bit like the Greek version of Faulty Towers. We opted for the three-bedroom apartment. Sadly, this had a small caravan-sized fridge. The main bedroom light did not work. We checked in at 16:00hrs and the owner was still cleaning. We took the towels out of the washing machine and hung them out to dry. There was no rubbish bin in the apartment. Looking at the advert, you think you are renting an apartment overlooking the Acropolis. Sadly, you are miles from this attraction. The car park is extremely tight. The outdoor furniture is missing its legs and is held up by a piece of wood.
• Miljana (10/5): The apartment is amazing and perfect for families! Highest recommendation possible! - It was perfect, my highest recommendation for this property! We traveled with 2 kids, and for the family this is better then a hotel. Apartment has perfect location and underground parking garage, it has 3 bedrooms and a huge living and dining room (with espresso mashine even), the kichen is fully equipped. Apatrment has 3 terraces, one of them has a jacuzzi! It Its 2 smart TVs connected to Netflix, one in living room and one in one of the bedroom. You have a jacuzzi in bathroom also. Everything in the apartment is perfectly clean and new! It's 3 min walk from metro station and the main street where you're able to shop, have lunch or have a drink and sweats in great locals. Breakfast spot it's located 2 m from the property, you can have burgers, sandwiches, sweets and the selection of beverages is incredible. The greatest thing for me personally was perfect coffee and the selection of the coffee they are making. The host Vagelis is somebody who i must mention because he was so professional and helpful , you don't see that very often.
• Veronika (1/5): Bad - Didnt even see the inside of the appartment. They forget to leave me the keys. Thats not the problem. It can happen to anyone. But its unprofessional to close your only one contact phone you have. I arrived after midnight they where informed about the time and still there phones were closed. As a host my self of appartments I m available 24/7. Unprofessional. I almost sleep outside.
• Sirashen (10/5): Exceptional - The host, Evangelos was superb. Anything we needed he attended to even on a public holiday. He was super friendly and helped us navigate through Athens. Excellent location to get to and from the metro stations. The place was clean and spacious. The jacuzzi did take a long time to heat up. But it was perfect once it reached the right temperature. Our advice is to leave it on for about 4-5hours before using it.
