• Mario Giovanni (6/5): Poteva andare meglio - La posizione, il box auto e i doppi servizi sono una comodità che ho apprezzato. Dopo un lungo viaggio, vorresti accedere all'appartamento il prima possibile e invece ti ritrovi in una vera e propria caccia al tesoro. Premetto che si viaggiava in tre con auto. Prima di accedere al box auto devi recuperare le chiavi e, nel frattempo, non hai un'area di sosta temporanea. Per ritirare le chiavi devi comporre un numero sul citofono, accedere all'atrio e aprire la cassetta della posta inserendo un codice a 4 cifre, all'interno della quale trovi: 1) 7 chiavi con una targhetta con scritto sopra box auto; 2) un telecomando (che non funziona); 3) una scatola a forma di lucchetto da aprire con un altro codice a 4 cifre in cui ci sono 4 chiavi senza targhetta. Quindi, dopo che hai recuperato le 11 chiavi e un telecomando inutile, puoi aprire il cancello e accedere ai box. Nessun Box è contrassegnato da un numero, una lettera o un simbolo, devi trovarlo tramite la visione di un video che ti viene inviato sul cellulare e nonostante il video, abbiamo avuto difficoltà. Dai box auto si accede, tramite una porta, all'ascensore che porta al piano dell'appartamento. Peccato che le porte sono uguali e senza indicazioni. Arrivati davanti alla porta dell'appartamento, dopo qualche tentativo per aprire, finalmente siamo all'interno e notiamo subito il freddo eccessivo degli ambienti. Dopo aver ricevuto le dovute indicazioni abbiamo spento la climatizzazione in tutte le stanze e, nonostante l'attesa di uno spegnimento totale, ci siamo accorti che la ventilazione era ancora ben percepita con rumore annesso. A quel punto abbiamo ricontattato il numero di riferimento e la signora gentilmente ci ha risposto che non era possibile che ci fosse ancora ventilazione una volta spento. Ora, non dico che il cliente ha sempre ragione ma, chiudere così equivale a dire che stavamo sollevando un problema inesistente. A quel punto ci siamo convinti che la signora non conoscesse l'appartamento. Ci sarebbe ancora tanto da dire ma mi fermo qua.

Owner was very kind in allowing us to check in and responded to our texts. The lock to the building is hard to figure out, be energetic when turning the key. Be aware the shower doesn’t have door (but is normal in Europe).

• Justin (10/5): Great base for any trip to Milan, well worth the money! - It was clean, convenient to get to and use as a base to explore the city since it was very close to the metro and was only 3 stops away from the duomo. Its exactly as described and shown in photos, Bryan was very easy to communicate with and very flexible given my travel arrangements. (thanks again, Bryan!) The place was clean and organized. Overall, the apartment and the experience was great and I wouldnt mind booking with Bryan again if I find myself back in Milan! Nothing

The location is good, with the metro station just a short walk away and plenty of restaurants nearby. Communication with the hosts was smooth and clear. • Dina (9/5): Super clean space with very cooperative host, recommended - The place is very clean and has all the needed facilities, the location is just close to the porta romana metro station with only 10 minutes to the duomo. One room with double bed and private bathroom one room with single bed and double sofa bed in the reception. There are another bathroom and a nice terrace also. The heating system is not working properly and we couldn’t adjust it. Temperature was good in the rooms but too hot in the reception. There is no floor towel in the bathrooms and no enough toilet paper. Otherwise all is good.

• Mm (9/5): Superb - It’s a modern, up-market residential development tucked in a quiet street, equipped with a lift and paid car park. The metro station is just a few minutes away and you will reach the Duomo in 3 stops. And there are plenty of eateries around. Very convenient indeed! Host is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. There’s a double room and a single room. So if you are a group of four, someone has to sleep on the sofa bed in the living/dining room. Providing an additional set of keys and adding a floor/foot towel in the bathroom will definitely help.

• Ashish (10/5): Exceptional - Modern apartment with all amenities in a nice complex. The balconies are wonderful and add to the spaciousness. Communication was excellent and accessing the apartment was easy. The location was good in that it was close to the city centre but it did get lively at night around the corner. No issues with the apartment. Do note there are mosquitos in the neighbourhood (in July) so it would be wise to carry bug spray and keep the windows closed.

Very well connected by car to the Ring Road of the city. Supermarkets, restaurants and fast-food in the close vicinity. Large terrace with view to an interior courtyard, quiet and nice. Modern equipped and comfortable amenities. Very good air conditioning. Safe parking in a basement slot, for an extra cost. Very helpful hosts, including even the cleaning lady who spoke for me in Italian with the non-English speaking personnel of the car rental company. Nothing to declare :)

• Sara (10/5): Surprisingly awesome - a luxury experience in an apartment. - It was easy to get the keys by following the instructions sent be the host. The apartment complex had an elevator, so my mother didn't need to walk up the stairs with her sore knees. The front door is like a bank vault - very secure. When you walk in, you see the apartment is so fresh and new - very impressive as everything is high quality and tasteful decor. Beautiful big shower head raining down on you is magic after a long day of travel. Soaps and shower gels provided too. Even though it is a lively neighbourhood outside - the sound is not easily heard in the apartment and so we slept very well. There is also an excellent pizza place almost immediately across the road that the host recommended and we tried - it was so good, amazing food. Very hard to say anything because the place is so amazing (we even tried to stay longer but all booked up). One very small thing is when you sleep in the single bed, there is an electrical outlet right beside where your face is so it can be a bit disturbing when you sleep on one side. That is all I can think of - and it feels silly to mention it.
