- Felix (10/5): Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Basel - Die Lage war für unser Besuch in Basel ideal und sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und einen grossen Balkon. Alles was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten war verfügbar und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Was nicht ins Bild zur sauberen und gepflegten Wohnung passte, ist der Schimmel im Bad. Decke, Fugen und leider auch der Duschvorhang müssten dringend gereinigt oder ausgewechselt werden. Die Lüftung scheint im Bad nicht zu funktionieren und vermutlich deswegen kommt auch der Schimmelbefall.

Central location and well connected, spacious, living room/kitchen and bedrooms really neat and clean, good kitchen facilities, quiet and well insulated/ heated. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in Basel. A few things could have made our stay more relaxing. The number of emails was a bit overwhelming, and one included an incorrect key code, which caused some confusion later. There were also several signs around the flat warning of penalties (e.g. 35 CHF for dirty dishes, 700 CHF for a lost key), which might be better listed in a single online document or email rather than displayed throughout the flat. Conversely, some useful details were only available via QR code, despite the listing saying a printed copy would be on the coffee table — having that in paper form would have been helpful. Overall, though, the property was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay — we just hope this feedback helps make it even better.

Everything looked clean and new, and we loved the little details, such as some chocolates waiting for us when we arrived. We had an issue when we left and the hosts helped us even after our checkout, which we really appreciated.

- Piotr (10/5): It was a very good stay in the Swiss Capital City of Museums - The apartment is located in Kleinbasel, close to tram stop. It is easy to get to the city center by tram. Basel Card is provided by the apartment for free. Instructions are clear and bilingual (German/English), In the Apartment there is a kitchen corner in the living room, two separate bedrooms with double beds. Beds are comfortable, aparrtment is very quiet at night. A supermarket is in 5 min. walking distance, the Badischer Bahnhof is also nearby. All in all, really good place for a stay with the family. Photos of the apartment on booking.com are reliable.

Die Betten waren bequem, und auch die Lage war praktisch. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Komfort. Nicht so gut gefallen hat mir, dass die Sauberkeit etwas besser hätte sein können – es war nicht schmutzig, aber nicht ganz gründlich geputzt. Ausserdem gibt es nur einen Schlüssel, was bei mehreren Personen etwas unpraktisch ist.

- Aileen (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions. The apartment is quiet, spacious, clean and bright. The beds, sofa beds and pillows were very comfortable. The closet space in the living room area is a great plus. The location is also great; it's within walking distance to shops and bus stops that are about a 15-minute ride to Basel SBB. It's very close to the Germany and France border, about 15 minutes by tram. We would stay there again!

- Susanne (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen großzügig, umfangreich ausgestattet und ruhig. Alles ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist genial und auch Sonnenschutz ist vorhanden. Zur Begrüßung gibt es ein paar kleine Leckereien. Die Unterkunft liegt nicht weit vom Bahnhof und ist mit Bus oder zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Wohnquartier wirkt modern und gepflegt. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell im Zentrum oder bei anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Service ist gut eingespielt und informiert regelmäßig über alle wichtigen Informationen zur An- und Abreise. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Zusammengefasst wir würden wiederkommen. Die Sauberkeit ist schon gut, aber mit Luft nach oben. Zu genau darf nicht hingeschaut werden (Krümel auf Stühlen, Haare vom Vormieter, Spinnen an den Fenstern, Staub in den Ecken). Das lässt sich aber schnell beheben. Die Pflanzen wirken vernachlässig, aber das Gießen ist untersagt – vermutlich würden sie sonst übergossen werden. Pflanzenfreunden blutet da etwas das Herz ;)

- Carla (10/5): - De lokatie, het appartement zelf, d3 faciliteiten. Alles in het appartement was top De lokatie om de sleutel van het appartement te vinden, we kwamen aan toen het donker was. We zijn 1,5 uur bezig geweest om de sleutel tw vinden kregen hulp van een bewoner van het appartementencomplex en goddank ook snel email contact met de eigenaar. De foto waarop stond hoe we de sleutel moesten vinden was veel te klein.

Comfortable bed, lovely balcony, pleasant area to dine and lounge. Transport connections were great. Just a few minutes tram or bus into centre. You can actually walk if you wanted to too. Communication from the owners was excellent, very helpful and clear instructions on how to check in and out. The pillows were a little soft for our tastes but that is just a personal preference. Only thing is could suggest a choice of a harder style to be available. Certainly not a major thing by any means. Place was fabulous.
