- Olivier (8/5): Appartement calme et moderne à 2 pas de Kreuzberg - L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité de Kreuzberg ou de Frieferikshain, à 2 pas de l'Uber Arena et de l'East Side Mall où nous avons pu stationner notre véhicule. L'accès est sécurisé et l'appartement très calme, il donne sur la cour intérieure de l'immeuble. Etant au RDC, il n'est pas forcément à recommander pour des gens qui chercheraient une vue ou un maximum de lumière ! A notre arrivée il y avait eu un souci de ménage, et la propriétaire a réagi très vite et efficacement pour corriger le problème. Rien en particulier, l'appartement est confortable, calme et pratique.

Das Ein- und Auschecken problemlos geklappt. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und total hilfsbereit. Die Lage wirklich top, genau gegenüber von der East Side Galerie, sehr zentral.

- Steve (9/5): Perfect base for arena concert with easy access to the city centre - Superb location for a concert at the Uber Arena (literally 2 mins from inside the apartment to outside the arena). Nice area, right opposite the East Side Gallery but still only a short Uber ride into the centre for all the main tourist hotspots there. We also got a hop on/hop off bus ticket which stops close by. Well equipped little kitchen in the apartment allowed us to make breakfast at home during the stay as well as a couple of other meals. Nice breakfast bar area made it a comfortable space to eat there too. Minor drawback not being able to leave luggage anywhere in the building on check out but that was communicated in advance along with options for luggage storage at the station approx 10 mins walk.

- Sergey (9/5): Geniale Location für das Erkunden von Berlin - Die Unterkunft liegt super bequem direkt an East Side Galerie, 3 min von Uber Platz entfernt. Alles was man in Berlin braucht, ist sehr schnell zu erreichen! Ankommen, Bleiben und Abreisen ist super organisiert und per App kommuniziert. Der Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen Utensilien, keine weiteren Wünsche übrig. Parken mit dem Auto hat gut geklappt in East Side Mall, 7-10 min zu Fuß von Apartment entfernt! Vielen Dank an Kathrin für sehr guten Aufenthalt. Alles gut gefallen!

Ausreichend Handtücher und Pflegeprodukte. Dinge wie zB. ein zusätzliches Bett + Bettwäsche, Kinderhochstuhl, etc. welches mE in eine Abstellkammer gehört (da keine Nutzung angefragt) wurde direkt im Zimmer platziert, so dass die Whg. nur eingeschränkt nutzbar war. Garderobe, offenes Schranksystem und Fenster komplett zugestellt. Zu dunkles Licht im Badezimmer.

- Dorota (9/5): Berlin is a vibrant city full of culture, history, and modernity, perfect destination for a trip - The apartment is located in a new, modern building very close to the railway station and a bus stop, not to mention the UBER Arena, making it an excellent location. The apartment is warm, well-equipped, cozy, and clean. The only thing missing is an iron, which would be added to facilities in the apartment.

There were restaurants and a little pop-up Christmas market in the plaza at the arena making the area absolutely perfect. Would recommend, and will use, any time I'm in Berlin from now on. It was spotlessly clean, really quiet and had everything we needed - a lovely coffee pods and welcome pack as a lovely treat. Directions were clear and very welcoming. It took me a while to figure the heat as it was quite cold when we arrived late at night.

- Laura (9/5): Zentral, ruhig, modern, super Ausstattung mit liebe zum Detail und exzellenter Service! - Das Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage in einem modernen Gebäude und ist trotzdem ruhig. Die gesamte Abwicklung von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise ist super organisiert, sodass man sich schnell zurechtfindet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und auch an Kindergeschirr und Frauenartikel wurde gedacht. Der vorhandene Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen erleichtern einem das Reisen mit kleinen Kindern bzw. Säugling. Eine kleine Unannehmlichkeit konnte, dank der hervorragenden Erreichbarkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeitenden schnell gebessert werden. Heutzutage ist dies wirklich erwähnenswert. Alles in allem eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft, die einem den Berlinaufenthalt verschönert. Mit Kindern sieht man natürlich auch in Ecken, die wahrscheinlich nicht in der täglichen Reinigungsroutine vorkommen.

Daire içi de bizler için büyüklük olarak yeterli ve temizdi. Binadan çıktıktan sonra bir iki dakika yürüme mesafelik alanda restaurantlar da bulabilirsiniz. Ayrıca ev sahibi Kathrin son derece ilgili ve yardımcı idi . Çok teşekkürler. Tekrar gidecek olursak yine burayı tercih ederiz.
