Your experience might differ. - View and space Unresponsive owner to an access issue (broken lock on to apartment entrance affecting all residents, had to be helped in by other occupants). No return call from owner. Lots of rules and notes which makes you feel unwelcome. Maybe the owner has had bad experiences in the past but it comes across as quite passive aggressive and unfriendly.
