• Anamaria (6/5): Overall, the stay was disappointing due to poor maintenance, missing amenities, and issues that were never resolved by s - it was close to the attractions we wanted The property looked quite different in reality compared to the photos online. While it was generally clean, there was noticeable dust in several areas which made it feel less well-maintained than expected. We were also disappointed with the hot tub experience. The water appeared dirty when we arrived, and although staff said someone would come to change it, nobody ever did. We later discovered that the hot tub wasn’t working at all. The kitchen was also missing several basic items, including wine glasses and spoons, and there was no coffee provided for our stay. Overall, the property has potential, but the attention to detail and maintenance needs significant improvement.
• Demitro (10/5): - Добрый день. Во первых, местоположение. Всё близко, Можно пройтись ногами. Во вторых, сам район, тихий, ухоженный, спокойный,супермаркет рядом.Uber приезжал за считанные минуты. В третьих, в апартаментах всё есть. Стиральная машина, посудомойка, отопление, сушилка не нужна ,потому что спокойно можно высушить вещи на батареях. Короче....всё было хорошо.... Последний нюанс. У нас был полёт в 22:00. Я спросил Хамза ,можем ли мы остаться как можно позже и сколько это будет стоить. В нашем случае, эта возможность у него была и он нас оставил до 18:00 За приемлемую плату. Не забудьте запастись переходником, его может не оказаться в апартаментах и если вы из Европы, то не сможете зарядить даже мобильный. Но в окрестности есть магазины и его можно купить.

• Aurora (9/5): Un ottimo e accogliente spazio dove abbiamo avuto modo di sentirci a casa, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e struttura be - Era spaziosa e accogliente, fornita di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Anche la posizione ottimale, che ci ha permesso di spostarci spesso e volentieri a piedi. All’arrivo purtroppo le luci dei due bagni non erano funzionanti ma è stato un problema risolto tempestivamente dallo staff.

• David (8/5): - Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación del alojamiento, cerca hay un supermercado Sainsbury y está próximo a paradas de autobús y metro. El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades que se indican en el anuncio. Los electrodomésticos funcionan muy bien, la red wifi bastante bien. Y la calefacción funciona muy bien, algo que se agradece en los meses de frío. El problema más importante que tiene el alojamiento son los vecinos de arriba, que a las 3 am entran en su vivienda haciendo muchísimo ruido, gritando, discutiendo e incluso dando golpes a muebles y puertas. No está bien aislada, por lo que se oye todo y te despiertan casi todas las noches.

The TV was broken first someone was to come and fix and after than no one said a thing to us. We waited and waited my child was so bired The heating was acting up on us. it was so cold in the night and then heats the house during the morning. Couldn't find the WiFi password. We were without network the whole time.

Hamza was very welcoming, always available by phone, great tips for eating in the direct vicinity. When going out for diner, be sure to visit Theo’s (5 minutes walk) for great pizza, very nice and easing going staff and delicious Calabrian chili oil.
• Alison (9/5): Excellent property and great location - Excellent property. A very good sized with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lovely living space and kitchen and dining area. Had in it everything we needed. Really good location very easy to navigate to the nearest underground station which was only a 6 minute walk away. Clean and a great amount of toiletries at the property for us to use too. Comfortable beds which gave us a great nights sleep too. Nothing not to like

Прикольные ставни на окнах вместо занавесок. Благодаря им не так будет из окон. Очень холодно в квартире: центральное отопление включается только вечером перед сном. Ночью и весь день отключено, поэтому очень холодно. Из окон дует везде. Очень напрягают везде расположенные таблички с напоминанием о тишине: дверью на хлопать, на лестнице не топать). Соседи сверху не придерживаются этих правил и ведут себя очень громко. Ремонт очень дешевый.

• Greta (8/5): Per chi vuole avere la comodità di decidere se mangiare fuori o a casa è perfetto soprattutto se si è in tanti e con bam - La struttura era molto spaziosa un bel appartamento comodo per noi che eravamo in 6 i letti comodi anche il divano era comodo per dormire con tutto l’essenziale e come posizione ottima vicino ai mezzi e supermercato La pulizia potrebbe migliorare noi abbiamo dovuto rilavare il pavimento avendo un bambino piccolo e il vetro della vasca un pezzo non sta chiuso e si apre e in fine gli inquilini del piano di sopra fanno casino fino a tardi una sera hanno messo la musica fino alle tre di notte ma il casino è finito alle sette del mattino che urlavano

El sofá realmente es para una persona, ya que la parte donde debe dormir la segunda persona es más pequeña y los pies quedan colgando. Pedí entrar al apartamento antes ya que el vuelo llegaba temprano. Simplemente para dejar equipaje y no cargar por la ciudad con él y el propietario me lo denegó. Es algo que los hoteles te facilitan. Un saludo.

Lokal wymaga lekkiego odnowienia: brudne ściany, spuchnięte ościeżnice drzwiowe, odpadające klamki, uszkodzona prowadnica drzwi prysznicowych. Inwestycja w stolik i 2 krzesła na taras mile widziana.

• Silvia (10/5): Increíble estancia y localización en Londres! - El apartamento es muy amplio, pudimos estar los 4 muy a gusto y con la privacidad necesaria al tener dos habitaciones y 2 baños separados. La ubicación es genial, te puedes mover a cualquier punto en autobús a 3min o en metro a unos 5-10min. Hay supermercados cerca y muchos restaurantes, está en una zona con ambiente pero en cuanto entras a la calle es tranquilidad total. Nos encantó que estaba totalmente equipado, muchos extras y productos a disposición del huésped. El trato con el dueño ha sido genial, muy amable y siempre pendiente a cualquier cosa. Sin duda repetiremos si vamos a Londres! En realidad nada, todo nos gustó. Si pusieran una mesita con sillas en la terraza sería genial para disfrutarla en verano si hace buen tiempo.

• Rebecca (8/5): Lots of room and a great location - The location of the property was great. It was a few blocks from bus and train stations. The flat was roomy and had ample seating in the living room area. There was a private patio which was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet. It was nice to have a washer available. The host contacted me several times before we stayed at the property and made sure that he answered questions very quickly. While I would stay at the property again, there were a few little things that could be improved. The patio was great, but there was not any furniture out there so it wasn't as usable as it could have been. The front bedroom has massive windows which let in light from the streetlight - the window covering doesn't really block this. It would have been helpful to have directions on how to use the stove/microwave and washer. A few basic kitchen items were missing, such as potholder. The host was super responsive and offered to bring us anything that we needed, however, you don't always think to look for some items until you need them. Overall, there were more positives then negatives.

• Luis (8/5): The value for money stay. - I appreciated the proximity of this accommodation to the main parts of the cities, which resulted in affordable rates for Ubers and other transportation services. Overall, the house itself is wonderful for the price, with a very attentive host who has been in contact with us days prior to our trip in case we needed anything or even to inform us how things work in the house in case we needed help. The house boasts nice and clean amenities throughout. Of course, there is room for improvement, but overall, we had an amazing stay at this accommodation and would definitely recommend it. There is nothing significant to highlight. If you plan on staying for an extended period of time, I recommend bringing your own belongings.

It was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra linens. You can really tell that care and attention go into keeping the place in top condition. The location was perfect—just a short and pleasant walk to many of the city’s main attractions, with bus stops and train stations nearby, making it super easy to explore the area. Despite being so central, the property was peaceful and quiet, offering the best of both worlds. A special shoutout to the property manager, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Whether it was answering questions or offering local tips, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended—we’d definitely stay here again!

Additionally, it’s conveniently located, it’s within walking distance to key attractions, bus stops and train stations. • Ahsan (10/5): Overall we had an amazing stay, really felt at home at property and would definitely book again. - We made a tentative booking as we felt a bit nervous but the host was very helpful and quick at answering any questions we had. So we chose to stay here. The location is excellent! You are 4 mins walk away from bus stop where buses go towards every tourist attraction. So we didn’t even use underground and loved exploring around in the buses. The property size was very good. We were six with two kids and felt at home. The best part was backyard, kids loved playing outside. The property was very clean, well maintained, kitchen was functioning and was perfect for us as a family to cook. As we checked out a couple of tourists came along and told us that this property was in an old music video. “ Come on Eileen” 1985. So felt very special lol. Check out the video on YouTube. Nothing as such. Just one chair had a broken leg which needed removing from property.
