• Tracy (7/5): Great location and communication eithe the host - The location The bathroom needs a revamp and smells damp, the television needs moving to the bedroom wall

• Dawn (1/5): Grim and not that clean - Location Dark grim apartment, not the one we booked, had the feel of somewhere contractors stay, strange basin in the hallway ! And lots of coats and shoes hung up in hallway, wasn’t cleaned on arrival with no sign of promised parking permit, sofa bed tiny, bathroom light not working, needs major improvement, the pictures are not really representative of the actual property
• Emma (8/5): Very good - Perfect location for Wembley. Lots of food and drink options in the area. Parking right outside the apartment. If I had to find a "didnt like" it would be the size of the bathroom. Sink squeezed into the corner, shower cubicle tiny. Larger people would struggle. It's London though and sadly, we expect this. Didn't affect my stay!
• Samantha (3/5): Served a purpose but would not use again - N/A breakfast Good location Very very dirty, loads of dust in all corners of floors, fan in bathroom black with dust. Bathroom very poor,bad damp and the smell of damp very overpowering. Property run down and anxious when another couple in the building had a massive row!! Security could have been better
• Harvey (4/5): great location nice hosts broken bed and damp smell - The properly was brilliantly located and had everything you needed for 1 night The host was very friendly and had good communication the bed was broken and had collapsed on one side meaning i barley slept and my back has still not recovered The host did turn up quickly but could not fix and suggested I slept on the sofa bed I'm disabled plus it didn't look that clean so don't The place had a horrible and extremely strong smell of damp Not great when I have asthma I have been offered £40 compensation But for over £185 a night plus £100 damage insurance that's takes up 12 days to return The lease you should be able to expect is a bed you can actually sleep of and fresh air
• Hannah (10/5): Amazing service, great location - The property was very neat and had everything you need to have a comfortable stay! The bedroom was very light and airy and the area was quiet, a quick walk away from the OVO. There was a Brita filter in the fridge and tea and coffee provided. The main thing I liked was the service, Prince was on hand to help with any questions or issues that could have popped up, checking in on our stay and replying quickly to any messages. All in all, I felt really taken care of during my stay as everyone was so kind and helpful! Would definitely stay here again if I’m returning to London for any concerts at Wembley!! Bit confusing to get in, but the owners are so helpful so it wasn’t really a problem

• Gill (7/5): Just what we needed for our weekend stay. - Location good, host very helpful. Exceptionally clean! Good to have all amenities available plus tea, coffee, milk, jams! Sofa bed used by my adult son was not comfy. Main double bed was very comfy though! Bedding was fully provided for both beds.

• Katherinejayne (10/5): Great location - The staff were very helpful giving us full check-in support. The location was amazing. We were within walking distance of everything we needed. The shower wasn't very powerful, but that was more a preference than a fault with the shower itself.
• Connie (7/5): A decent room with a few issues - The main bed was fantastic, very quiet location that was nice and clean! Working washing machine as well as an Espresso machine, fridge/freezer and little boxes of cereal was a nice touch. A good price for what it was. The sofa bed wasn't the best. My friend stayed on it, said it was hard and had a weird bump in the middle, maybe it was on its last legs? While it was in a nice, quiet location it was a bit of a hike from the tube station! It's a good distance from Wembley and Wembley Station, but not if you're using the tube. The shower was temperamental and kept going hot/cold constantly, but did the job. Very appreciative of the fan as we stayed during a heatwave, but it was incredibly loud and we couldnt use it overnight which was a shame! What concerned me the most was the water tasted a little off from the kitchen sink? Maybe there was some built up limescale in it!

• Vahane (8/5): Very good - Apartment is good neat and clean but it is not for 4 people it's is good for 2 people I say. For four persons these apartment is so crowded. As it have small rooms. Property was neat and clean. Perfect, close place to the central Wembley. Bathroom is so small.
