- Douglas Henrique (1/5): O pior apartamento de Alphaville - O condomínio é bom mas este apartamento nunca mais! Frequento o condomínio desde quando era administrado por uma rede e foi a primeira vez que aluguei apartamento “de proprietario” e nunca mais faço isso. Aluguei por 4 dias, no segundo quando pedi a troca de toalha o administrador teve a capacidade de me cobrar 50,00 reais. Como se fosse pouco anunciou que o horário de checkout era às 9h da manhã do último dia. Meu curso terminaria às 2h da manhã. Fui para um apartamento do hotel no terceiro dia de hospedagem e perdi o último, ai sim instalações decentes e conservadas. O apartamento está caindo aos pedaços a barra de apoio do banheiro está pendurada com um parafuso pode machucar alguém. A cadeira de madeira está quebrada.
