• Maxine (10/5): I enjoyed my stay - It was lovely staying here and the host, Syed, made me feel very welcomed, and was also very helpful - a very pleasant man. You have sole use of a kitchen and washing machine, lots of local shops and restaurants, transport and tube trains are very close-by, I would definitely recommend staying here.

• Mala (5/5): OK for a night - Private access, basic stuff, clean bathroom and room, free WiFi Bed not comfortable and creeky, tv not working and set up on a different language. No guidance on how to operate. Owner not friendly. Loud neighbours, the house is divided from inside. The other side of the door was super loud and noisy. It was ok for 1 night and accessible location.

• Livio Boragine (7/5): Ottima soluzione per soggiornare a Londra e dintorni - La struttura è dotata di ogni comfort. Cucinino con frigorifero grande, forno microonde e bollitore e tutto l'occorrente ancheper cucinare qualcosa in casa. Bagno grande con doccia grande. Riscaldamento per tutta la struttura. Camera da letto con televisore e letto con 3 cassettoni grandi comodi per sistemare i vestiti e le cose. Tutto comodo e funzionale. La struttura è a pochi minuti dalla fermata metro Ruislip Manor da cui partono treni della Metropolitan e Piccadilly line entrambi diretti a Londra. Attenzione! Sabato e domenica la Metropolitan line non funziona e funzionano mezzi sostitutivi che comunque consentono di raggiungere tranquillamente Londra a tutte le ore. Si segnala infine Wifi velocissimo. Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa da migliorare direi eventualmente un materasso più alto ed una tenda sul vetro della porta di ingresso. Ma comunque ripeto ci siamo trovati bene e di sicuro ci ritornerei.

But overall a nice area to go and the kitchen was useful.

The entire space was spotless, from the spacious and very clean bathroom to the cozy bedroom, which had a TV with Netflix for relaxing evenings. The host was incredibly caring and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay — they truly deserve all the praise. I would definitely stay here again!

• Chloe (1/5): horrible. do not recommend. - Nothing DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IF YOU LIKE PEACE. Pulled blind to try and open locked window with no provided key, didn’t use any unnecessary force and whole blind fell off the ceiling, had to cover window with the two towels provided by hanging them from christmas lights on the outside of the house as we had no privacy the window was facing the main street. messaged and called the lister. He didn’t pick up so we knocked on the next door and that was when he called us back to say we were disturbing people. He then proceeded to be racist, threatened to call the police and was extremely rude. Two out of 4 lights work, the kitchen has water damage on the ceiling. None of these have been explained in the listing. Have all of this recorded and video taped. Asked for a refund as we had no privacy at all, he was sarcastic and laughed in our faces.

• Jones (4/5): Not only was the accomodation space inadequate but the condition was unsatisfactory if not dangerous - The price was cheap, but not cheerful! No breakfast was available. No on-site parking was available although it was stated as provided. We were given the wrong address which we queried with the owner? and were then given the correct address. We were initially unable to access the property because the keycase code could not be clearly understood. We asked the owner? if he would let us in to the property but he said that he was too busy. In the bedroom there were no curtains at the window, only very thin venitian blinds which did not keep the street lights or sunlight out. The mattress was extremely thin and the top cover even thinner however, it was just warm enough. The entrance and surrounds were a mess with loose wiring and plumbing pipes with just a bit of wood to cover them. If you tripped going out of the door you would have gone face first into a high brick wall which was only 2 feet away.

• Julieta (10/5): Exceptional - He waited for us to arrive until late night and the room was very warm ready for us to sleep. The location is fantastic! Is safe and clean. Looks like a nice neighborhood. We only stay one night but we would recommend it. You can hear everything that happens around.
• Dee (4/5): Okay for a night - It has a large bathroom with a good shower. Tea and coffee available. Very close to where we went in the evening. And close to Ruislip Manor railway station. The bedroom is very small, barely big eniugh for the bed, but it is cheap for London. It could do with some TLC. Blackout blinds are needed with a street light right outside the window. And better pillows.

Good value for money if you are looking for something quick/short stay No reserved parking so had to park far away. A lot smaller than advertised. Barely space for 2 people. Can hear neighbours every move as it is attached to their home
