• Andreas (10/5): Ich war zu 100% zufrieden und kann dieses sehr zentral gelegene Apartment jedem weiterempfehlen. - Sauberkeit und sehr sympathischer und seriöser Vermieter. es war alles ok.
• Magdalena (10/5): Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!!! - Wirklich ein sehr, sehr netter Gastgeber! Wir konnten fast 2 Stunden früher in die Wohnung, was nicht selbstverständlich und daher umsomehr geschätzt wurde. Auch aufgrund der Lage und des inkludierten Parkplatzes kann diese Unterkunft nur empfohlen werden! Wir hätten uns über einen Fernseher gefreut, aber es war auch ohne auszuhalten.

• Mainenti (10/5): - Appartamento molto pulito e confortevole, era presente tutto il necessario anche per cucinare. L’host è stato molto carino a permetterci di lasciare la macchina nel posto auto dedicato agli ospiti anche dopo il nostro check-out. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno a Graz, vicinissimo al centro

• Sabine (9/5): - Gute Lage. Alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Wir durften unser Auto sogar nach dem Check out noch den ganzen Tag am Parkplatz stehen lassen, da an diesem Tag keine neuen Gäste anreisten. Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

• Francesca Bassi (9/5): - Appartamento efficente, dotato di cucina con due fuochi a induzione, forno, lavastoviglie, frigo, bollitore, macchina caffè americano. A disposizione caffè solubile, the, zucchero, sale olio. Detersivi per pavimenti, bagno, piatti, sgrassatore, per lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Mobilio nuovo. Parcheggio riservato per l'appartamento. Non c'è la TV, sì il wifi. Sono da fare due rampe di scale. Riscaldamento regolabile con valvola termosifoni. Ambiente caldo. Molto silenzioso. Si raggiunge il Centro di Graz in pochi minuti

• Jiří (10/5): - A srozumitelný návod trasy na parkování i ubytování. Apartmán velice pěkný čistý útulný, velmi blízko od centra. Přivítal bych pohodlnější židle a úterka na nádobí…..

• Petra (8/5): Schnell, unkompliziert und sehr gemütlich…sowas heimeliges bekommt man im Hotel nicht so schnell! - Das Check In war sehr unkompliziert und schnell, also wenn man alles nach Anleitung macht dann wird man den Host nie sehen müssen. Lage ist perfekt und die Ausstattung super, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. wir kommen gerne beim nächsten Aufenthalt wieder!
• Karin (7/5): Sehr gute Innenstadtlage - die restlichen Erwartungen wurden leider nicht ganz erfüllt - Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir durften den Parkplatz, der zwei Gehminuten entfernt ist, früher nutzen. Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Apartment ist ganz gut ausgestattet. Dh in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Verschiedenste Kosmetikprodukte (Shampoo, Duschgel, Cremen, Parfum...) standen zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Das Haus und der Innenhof wirken nicht sehr einladend. Im Haus selber gibt es anscheinend verschiedenste mietbare Wohnungen (eher nicht so gut durchschaubar, wer da aller ist bzw. sein darf). Die Holztreppe erfordert höchste Konzentration, da die Stufen nicht ganz gerade sind und viele davon überwunden werden mussten (2. Obergeschoss). An der Sauberkeit im Bad und an der Bettwäsche muss leider etwas geschraubt werden. In den Ecken und an der Wäsche fanden wir sehr viele Haare und Staub. Die Lage der Wohnung wäre ruhig, jedoch wird die Nachtruhe durch ein Heavy Metal Lokal gestört (bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen, ist eher schwierig). Der Geruch in der Wohnung ist auch eher schlecht. Eine Kombination aus Muffel und altem Zigarettenrauch war deutlich wahrnehmbar. Die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte leider gar nicht; daher blieb/bleibt die Feuchtigkeit in den Räumen.

• Birgit (10/5): Super 👍. Immer wieder. - Wunderbar gelegene, neu eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete kleine Wohnung mit Sitzgelegenheit im Freien. Sehr gute Kommunikation.
• ELENI (1/5): ΔΕΝ ΥΠΗΡΞΕ ΔΙΑΜΟΝΗ - ΑΝΑΓΚΑΣΤΗΚΑΜΕ ΝΑ ΑΝΑΖΗΤΗΣΟΥΜΕ ΑΛΛΟ ΚΑΤΑΛΥΜΑ - Δεν κατέστη δυνατή η διαμονή μας και ενώ πληρώθηκε η κράτηση , αναγκαστήκαμε να φύγουμε και να αναζητήσουμε άλλο κατάλυμα. Τελευταία ημέρα ενημερωθήκαμε ότι το δωμάτιο μας ήταν στον τρίτο όροφο χωρίς ασανσερ χωρίς αυτό να αναφέρετε στην διαφήμιση αλλά ούτε και στην επικοινωνία μας.. Επίσης και το παρκινγκ είναι απομακρυσμένο ενώ αναφέρεται ότι είναι στο χώρο του καταλύματος. Οι προαναφερόμενοι παράγοντες ήταν πολύ σημαντικοί λόγω κινητικών δυσκολιών.
• Borut (10/5): - Izjemno lepo stanovanje, ki je novo, zares zelo čisto in z vso potrebno opremo. Navdušen, da so nas pričakali voda, čaji, kava in geli za tuširanje. Zasebno parkirišče v bližini je top, odzivnost lastnika z informacijami vrhunska. Med poletnimi meseci, ko so temperature zelo visoke, bi zelo prijala klimatska naprava.

• Zheqiang (8/5): A great place to stay during F1 Austrian GP - Location is very close to Graz city center, easy to walk there. Room is clean and well equipped with various utensils. Check-in was smooth, very good value for money with free parking space. Great for rental car trip! There's a bar/club next door so sometimes it's a bit noisy at night. The whole building is for Airbnb. No elevator and the stairway is quite narrow, so it will take some effort if you carry a big suicase.

• Alexey (9/5): Nice balcony, good location - Nice small balcony. Reasonable location within walk distance to the main sightseens.Well-equiped. Unfortunately, we had some problems finding the room. At our instructions the word "room" was written in Deutch, that's why we were confused a little bit and couldn't quite catch what our room was :)
• ___daulet___ (10/5): Exceptional - The private room was a fantastic choice. It offered the perfect balance between the social vibe of a hostel and the privacy of a hotel. The bed was super comfy, and the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a bit of extra comfort during their trip!

• Martina (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay, easy check in, perfect location, quiet place, clean, cozy, the kitchen perfectly equipped, bed comfortable, nice balcony. The owner caring, helpful, simply everything was amazing 😍 Nothing we we did not like, just a little suggestion, even more useful in summer - installing darker or blackout curtains as well.
