• Gastone (9/5): It was clean very spacious and cozy warm for our stay in early December - Very close proximity to the Colosseo and an easy walk to all the other attractions ie. the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, pantheon, piazza Navona and of course St Peter’s basilica. Some extra thick pillows for beds would have been great

Safe location with police station on the road . Lovely restaurants on nearby streets .

• Mark (9/5): A beautiful clean apartment literally right at the Coloseum. Great place! - The locations literally is a 1 minute walk to the end of the street and you're looking at the Coloseum! It has a lift to make the baggage easier to manage, beautiful clean bathrooms and lovely clean apartment all round. Our family of 5 fitted in their nicely and its very close to numerous restaurants, as supermarker and more importantly 8 mins walk from the Metro so very easy to get around. A great stay! A microwave would be handy. The wifi was a bit slow.

• Melanie (8/5): Great location near the colosseum! We had 3 couples and fit well into this unit. Although the living room furniture is - Location was great. Decorated beautifully. Living area not comfortable for 6 Adults to sit. The chairs at the table are very uncomfortable.

Not thrilled with the air conditioning (but knew the a/c was different in Europe than what we are used to, and we packed usb portable fans to help). Would have been better if there was a washer/dryer combo instead of washer only.

• Mike (8/5): A great property and in a fabulous location. - The location is amazing. Okay, it might be more than 10 steps to the Colosseum but it's not much more. And you have everything you need on your doorstep, some fabulous restaurants, a supermarket, and the metro all close by. The apartment is a modern conversion with everything you might need. It needs a tiny bit of maintenance and there was only one set of towels per room (rather than per person) but these are minor complaints.

• Chryso (8/5): Very good - Everything was really nice. The apartment was really luxurious. Close to shops taxis and, of course, colosseum. We had a really nice time. The host was really nice and explained everything to us. She also gave us a manual that helped a lot, especially during blackouts. The only thing that i didn't like it was the regular blackouts. We were only allowed to use three electronic devices at the same time. So one room didn't use the air-conditioning. And it was 40 degrees Celsius during the day and 30 degrees during the night time.
• Manohar (10/5): Excellent vacation home in the heart of Rome. Would gladly stay here again! - Excellent location, close to the Colosseum, metro and bus stops. Apartment is very spacious and has luxury upgrades in all rooms. The apartment and building itself was very clean. We stayed as a family and felt very safe and secure. All amenities are provided as listed. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting the top spots of Rome.
• Peter (8/5): 5 days in Rome - Location great for most popular site seeing hot spots.. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and most everything provided. Could do with more wall mirrors. Several wall sockets were thin pin while others were older large pin type so travel adapters would not fit all sockets. Very few places to dry towels. Wash basin plug in ensuite did not work. Need new cork screw (essential- ha ha). These things did not spoil our time there.

• Sam (10/5): Perfect. Was a perfect place to stay for me and my family. Highly recommend! - The apartment is fabulous. Really clean with lovely touches throughout which make it really comfortable and the host has thought of everything in terms of facilities. The power showers are particularly great and the beds are very comfortable. The location is about a 3 min walk from the Colloseam and is a perfect location for tourists (although its not too noisy) The host is also very helpful. Not a dislike- just an FYI , that those with very small children might like to know that there are some windows which open and look down onto a courtyard/drive in the middle of the apt - but these are very easily locked.

We wouldn't hesitate to rebook - The apartment and the location was amazing We didn't know there wouldn't be an oven or microwave - it was a little restrictive for self catering - however there is a fantastic 24/7 shop close by and we managed fine.
