• Aviel (7/5): מחיר טוב, אבל החוויה הייתה קצת חסרה - דירה מרווחת במיקום מעולה במרכז העיר. תמורה טובה ביחס למחיר. יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש ואפילו טבליות למכונת כביסה צ'ק אין מסורבל מכיוון שזו דירה, לא קיבלנו שירות מהקבלה של המלון. אין אפשרות לאחסון מטען במלון, ונדרשנו לשלם 7 דולר עבור כל מזוודה בשמירת חפצים. היינו שלושה לילות וקיבלנו רק שני בקבוקונים קטנים של שמפו ומרכך עבור שנינו, נאלצנו לקנות סבון ושמפו בסופר. קיבלנו שתי מגבות גוף בלבד לכל התקופה. בדירה יש כספת שלא עבדה, והבעלים אמר שהיא לא חלק מהחבילה. הקומקום גם לא עבד למרות שנסינו לחבר בכמה נקודות חשמל.
• Wouter (10/5): Better than what we expected! - Location is excellent. Nice view! The property is convenient with a master bedroom and in a the living there is a couch that can turn into a decent bed. We liked the kitchen that is fully equipped. We also liked the washer and dryer in a closed. The gym and the pool were great! If there is something… We stayed with a family of four and the plates were in sets of 3. But we could use 3 small plates and one large.

• Bianca (10/5): Excellent option in Miami Downtow - The host John was helpful and quick to assist with anything we need. A lovely property located close to great restaurants and close to the port. The property is well equipped and large with beautiful views.
• Eleftheria (5/5): Nice apartment in a great location, but poorly managed with unprofessional communication and issues with cleanliness. - The apartment was modern, comfortable and in an excellent location, very close to everything we needed. The view and the overall layout were also great. The management was very unprofessional. Although we didn’t request early check-in, we were informed at the last minute that the room would not be ready at the official check-in time, but 30 minutes later. This was disappointing. The amenities provided were completely insufficient for three people staying four nights — only one small shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. We also received fewer towels than expected, and while additional ones were sent later, they arrived smelling bad and were clearly not washed despite having their tags on. This was unacceptable for the price and standard of the apartment.

• Diana (10/5): Cómodo, seguro y hermoso - El apartamento es hermoso y muy cuidado. Está muy céntrico y la zona es segura. Nos sentíamos en un edificio cuidado y lujoso. La cama era muy cómoda y grande. La bañera es perfecta, muy fácil de usar. Las vistas son hermosas desde el piso 30. Cocinamos y lavamos ropa y nos sentimos como en casa. Nos proporcionó jabón para la lavadora, para el lavavajillas y todo lo necesario para poder cocinar. A 5 minutos del transporte público que te lleva vía directa a Miami Beach!! Volveremos acá sin dudarlo cuando volvamos a Miami!

• Arrieta de Francia (10/5): PERFECTO PARA UNA ESTANCIA DE 4 DIAS - Ubicación excelente, en el downtown de Miami, a dos calles del Bayfront Park, estación de metromover al lado. Limpio y espacioso. Ideal para una pareja, con comedor-cocina, baño completo y una habitación. Nosotros éramos 4 y los adolescentes durmieron en el sofá cama, ideal para 3-4 noches. Piso 30 con magnificas vistas. Fácil comunicación con el anfitrión, respondía rápidamente mis mensajes. Cocina equipada Para mi gusto faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina, más vasos y platos y cubiertos

• Traveling Puggle (10/5): Love it! - I love the condo itself it is very clean, has laundry which is important), comfortable bed and great views we are on the 30th floor. One has to download an app called Staymyway so we can accessed the elevators and our condo doors to enter, we just need to learn how to use it, very safe and secure. The facilities are also good. The location is perfect close to shops and tours within walking distance. Let us not forget the great breakfast they serve every morning we did not know that the breakfast is not included in our package but you can still purchase it for $25 each. The staff at the yotel are great too especially the bartenders and servers who are engaging and entertaining. All in all our experienced in Miami is the best. There is no parking. We parked at a parking facility just across the street it is very expensive at $45/day we stayed there for 6 days.

• Efrain (10/5): BEAUTIFUL And PEACEFUL 🥰 - Worth it. The view is Spectacular. The bed and sofa bed was very comfortable. LOVE IT! The host is super cool, he message me to make sure we are doing good and if we have any questions. I'll definitely will book this place again.

• Kylee (1/5): Not cleaned. Rude customer service - The location When I arrive to the room, the whole unit was disheveled and lived in. I had to wait four hours for cleaners to come clean at 10 o’clock at night. And then when the cleaners left. The oven would not stop beeping all night all morning. Hoping the host would be considerate they offered me no money off until I complained over and over again and they waived the cleaning fee. Terrible customer experience. Hotel is a great place. It is a perfect location and a very nice place to stay, but this particular owner does not care about their customers.

No sheets on the pull out bed. No service at the desk. Cannot get in the elevators half the time. Not enough towers. Need I say more. The blanket in the bedroom has Kool-Aid stains. Just so disappointed

• Shannon (8/5): Modern, upscale apartment in great locatoon. - Door code was easy and convenient Listing said property would be available at 3pm but door code was not active until 4pm. Front desk controlled entry into building so couldn’t enter freely.

• Love2dance (6/5): Room not cleaned for check-in with no compensation. - I liked the location. I didn't like that.We had to wait until 3 pm to check in. Then, when we did check in, the room had not been cleaned. We had to wait 2 more hours for the room to be cleaned. The owner never offered any compensation. I feel like that is just bad business. I would not rent here again.

• Kristina (4/5): Disappointing description - The apartment was clean, modern and very close to transportation and Bayside. The property description on the site was totally misleading. There was NO microwave, NO bathtub, NO ocean view, NO large balcony (not even wide enough for a chair). When queried with host he replied that the photos show the property. In other words, disregard the written description. Only one TV was working as the power source was missing for the other one. We had to purchase batteries for the remote as this wasn't working. However the price was much cheaper than the closest hotel - you get what you pay for!!

• Molly (8/5): Yotel 1 bedroom condo - Location was perfect close to Bayside Markets and local amenities Communication was poor with the owner of the property. Emailed him day 1 that living room TV was not working. So we could not watch TV in the living room only in the bedroom. We were there for 4 nights and he decides to reply on our last night that he can send someone out to have a look. I told him no point we were checking out the next day. There was also no manual for the apartment as to where the pool/gym is or where to take the trash out to I had to message him to ask. He was very slow to reply to issues .Most hotels/ airbnbs have manuals to show or say where things are or what to do in the area. The bed was very comfy however the shower pressure was very very weak and it wasn't even the correct shower holder for the shower head so you could not adjust it towards you which was extremely annoying. The day we checked out he asked if we could give him a 5 star review and a heart. Yeah right!!
