• jean-Philippe (5/5): Mauvais rapport qualité / prix - Taille appartement Literie du salon de mauvaise qualité : deux canapés-lits très inconfortables, ne permettant pas de dormir correctement à quatre (on sent la structure métallique pour l’un). En revanche, la literie de la chambre est correcte. Plusieurs équipements étaient défectueux : machine à café hors service, tringles à rideaux cassées dans le salon, portes du buffet qui ne ferment pas (maintenues avec un pouf), ainsi qu’une table de chevet dont la porte est cassée et se détache lorsqu’on l’ouvre. Enfin, un supplément de 20€/heure m’a été demandé pour décaler le check-out de 2 heures (soit 40€), ce qui est inhabituel. J’ai refusé au vu du tarif très élevé déjà payé. Je ne recommande pas.
• Maciej (10/5): Spacious - The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, perfect for a larger group. We really appreciated the big terrace, which was a great bonus. A big plus for the free parking as well – it made everything much more convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend it!

Everything we needed was provided, and the attention to detail really made a difference. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and we felt very welcome. The location was also great, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. • Pakize (10/5): - Daire temiz ve genişti. Mahalle çok sevimliydi. Tramvaya 10 dk yürüyüş mesafedi, market ve fırına 2-3 dk yürüyüş mesafesi. Otoparkı olması çok iyiydi rahat ettik. 4 kişilik aile olarak gittik. 2 banyo 2 yatak odası ve tüm beyaz eşyalar vardı. Uzun süre kalınacaksa kesinlikle çok rahat.

• Gabriele (5/5): Buona posizione ma difficile riposare visto lo stato dei letti. - Buona posizione in un quartiere tranquillo, facile trovare parcheggio in strada. Letti scomodissimi, sia il letto matrimoniale che i due divani letto. Il divano letto del soggiorno in particolare e' inutilizzabile, con un materassino da pochi cm di spessore che vi separa dalla struttura in ferro piena di spuntoni... adatto solo ad aspiranti fachiri. Avrei apprezzato un detersivo per piatti in cucina. La procedura obbligatoria di check in online e' invasiva oltre ogni limite arrivando a chiedere un selfie dei minori presenti. Non ci tornero'.

• Nataša (8/5): Plesent stay. - The apartment is large, two bedrooms and two bathrooms...a large terrace. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The owner is kind, we arrived very late, but there were no problems with the check-in. Transportation is not very close.

• Ruslan (5/5): - Большая кухня, большие комнаты удобное расположение Мы ожидали заселение с 14 до 15, мы приехали раньше времени заселения, нам сказали" ждите 15 и тогда подходите мы вам откроем", потом когда мы в 15 подошли нам долго не открывали, ключей в ящике не было, оказалось что уборщица ещё внутри, и когда мы спрашивали "сколько ещё осталось вам убрать?" Она говорила "чуть чуть" в итоге мы заселились только в 17.30, кондиционер очень слабый и плохо работает, результат был от него только на второй день, душевая в плесени...нет запасной туалетной бумаги

• Mullerpetr76 (10/5): Very nice flat - Very big flat with all what you could imagine you need for your stay. We felt like we were at home. Night arrival is problem. We expected self check in, but it is not true :( Main entrance to the hause is with locked 2 doors. Only after is box with the key. We didnt expected so long way from the airport, therefore we arrived much later then we expected (long after 1am!) and we cannot access the house, means the flet. Atfer less than hour we succed. Please inform the ownere about exact time of your arrivel!

• Moloney (7/5): Other than one poor quality mattress, stay was perfect. - Definitely need to update mattress on the couch as way too thin and springs sticking in your back. Otherwise no issues.
• Sony (10/5): Comfortable and safe stay - Excellent location and well maintained apartment. The rooms were well cleaned on arrival and the manager gave us all the help we needed during the stay. The apartment is located in a safe neighbourhood, hence i would recommend the apartment to all tourists or students staying for more than a week in and around Milan Felt the cost was on the high side, the electric iron provided was not working properly, and the water temperature in bathrooms were either too hot or too cold.

• Alin (6/5): Pleasant - At arrival, we asked the host to prepare the sofa bed for the 4th guest, but we received the answer that the apartment was already prepared for 4 persons (2 x 2 double beds). 2 adults could not sleep together in the same bed, but the host did nothing.
• C (4/5): Not a good value for the price we paid. - Apartment size Floor bedrooms was not clean, dust everywhere, not enough towels, no parking available, coffee maker was not working, oven when is on the whole electricity of the apartment shuts down, patio was not clean. I tried to contact the stuff regarding these issues I was ignored, no one acknowledged me. I do not recommend this place, not a good value for the price honestly.

• Gabrielė (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment had an artsy vibe, it was plenty of space for all of us (6 people). It had a nice terrace, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment and some coffee :) it's great that the apartment is within walking distance from the Fondazione Prada. The apartment is not in the city centre, so it took us some time to get there. One of the toilets was stucked (we couldn't use it), the beds were super uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than that it was ok, but not worth the price.

• Assaf (3/5): Very disappointed - The apartment was not clean. The balcony was dirty. There was no handles on the balcony door from outside. So you couldn't close the door if you wsnt to go out for a smoke without disturbing everyone else inside the apartment. There was no kettle to boil water for coffee. There was only 1 small air-conditioning for the entire apartment. Electricity went off if you try to use 2 electric instruments at the same time. There were no bads in the living room. It was a metal chip sofa that yu can open.

The staff is very kind. - It looks very pretty, there is a lot of space, the staff is very kind, they respond to every message asap, help with advice, etc. 2 out of 3 beds are actually sofas, which were quite uncomfortable and the 3rd bed was also not really comfortable. There is not enough functional dishes, some of the dishes were not clean (lipstick on wine glasses, water stone on some dishes,…), no instructuons for the coffee machine.
