Eu e meu filho adoramos a localização ao lado do shopping Curitiba. Anfitrião Fábio sempre disponível. Infraestrutura maravilhosa com Lazer e lavanderia ☺️ voltaremos mais vezes nesta locação.
• Lucas (9/5): - O estúdio fica bem localizado perto do shopping Curitiba. Para quem busca proximidade com esse shopping e com o centro, é excelente. Para quem busca proximidade com os parques, como Tanguá e Barigui, não é tão perto, precisando ir de uber. Eu, que particularmente gosto de corrida de rua, cheguei a ir correndo até o Barigui e foi OK. Para explorar os parques e demais atrações, sugiro pegar o ônibus de turisno de curitiba na rua das flores, ponto mais próximo. Sobre a instalação, ótima: piscina boa, academia boa Para exercícios de membros superiores (não tinha aparelhos de membros inferiores), áreas comuns no alto do prédio com bela vista. Minha biometria facial não funcionou em algumas portas, mas consegui acessar tudo assim mesmo. Sobre o estudio: tudo muito bem limpo e arrumado, com uma boa vista da janela, apesar de não ter sacada. O ponto que tenho a reclamar é que basicamente não consegui cozinhar nada sem disparar o alarme de fumaça. Qualquer fumaça disparava o alarme e a coifa não era suficiente. Achei curioso que, apesar do alarme disparar por horas, ninguém apareceu, nem bombeiros, nem porteiro ou outras pessoas do serviço. A administração muito boa, o dono sempre em contato, tirou todas as dúvidas e deu suporte durante a estadia. Em geral, é um estúdio para o qual eu voltaria e indicaria. Alarme disparando sempre, com coifa insuficiente.

• André (10/5): - Apartamento bem novo e bem cuidado, equipado com todos os itens de cozinha. Ar condicionado com função quente, essencial para o frio de Curitiba. Janelas com vidro antirruído que funcionam de verdade. Cama e sofá cama excelentes com endredons e colchas. Iluminação também muito boa. Localização excelente. Perto de tudo, supermercado, padaria, farmácia, shoppings, de fácil deslocamento para toda a cidade. Bem na divisa entre o Centro e o Batel. Wi-Fi também muito boa. Estável e veloz.
• Grace (10/5): Super clean piece of modern paradise - The apartment was INCREDIBLE. Pictures didn’t do it justice. 11/10 for cleanliness and facilities, the staff in the building were lovely and the hosts were incredibly helpful. The location was good and only 10mins walk to the city centre, the shopping centre is literally over the road. Plenty of pans and kitchen utensils were available to use and the hosts even provided me a reusable makeup remover towel. The apartment was not only absolutely spotless but super modern and very high quality, I loved it so much that I didn’t want to leave! The building facilities were amazing too. 11/10 would recommend. If I had to pick a negative it would be that the facial recognition on the outside door didn’t work very well as it never recognised me, but this was easily solved with the use of the card key for the apartment. The only time it took longer was on check in but after a quick conversation with the doorman it was resolved easily.
