• Domnic (2/5): Very unpleasant, last option of stay in JB. Poor host. Tons of issues. - Location was alright and conducive, quick exit from highway. There was a host of problem with the place and we would not recommend a stay until the owner makes the relevant changes. Firstly, the wifi and the router was giving issues (username appearing on phone/ smart tv - which requires wifi) but no internet connection on it. At the same time, we found a high pool of water stagnating in the dry bathroom of one of the toilets, which prevented us from using it. The air-conditioner in the hall also could not managed to be turned on, and the solution given by the owner/team was to open up the main switch box and turn off the main switch before turning it on again. This was very unprofessional and could cause harm for those staying. There was also a lot of mold found in the bathroom of the unit, and small stray hairs found in the cutleries/mugs container in the kitchen. Very bad service. All these issues were not informed to us prior to our stay by the management/owner. Despite us being a contact to report these issues, when I tried to contact them, they were also unsure on the issues, and were not prompt in reporting back to us on resolving the issues, saying that they would need to request the respective technicians on resolving the issue, and did not get back to us. However, since it was only 1 night, we did not bother on the issues, and made do with our stay. The team did not apologize to us on the issues but were in the dark on it. Please do not stay in this unit until all the issues can be rectified. The pictures did not do justice to our stay.
• Ming Wei (1/5): - If about the house, there is nothing I like. A very bad conditions of the facilities. Maintenance also bad. I booked for 3 nights stay. But, I just stayed for 1 night and moved out on the next. Hope the property agent can take this matter seriously.

• Sally (4/5): Disappointing stay - Good location, good sized apartment One of the toilets is flooded, the whole flat needs general repair and upgrade. Cupboards are falling apart and there are cockroaches. Bedrooms need black out curtains for sleeping comfort.
• nor (5/5): spacious house, strategic location. cleanliness is not good, wifi cannot be used - Location is strategic next to paradigm mall. Easy to get grab service unsatisfactory level of hygiene. there are cockroaches roaming on the floor. Toilet bowl is dirty. the air conditioner is leaking. water comes out and stagnates on the floor & windows. I only stayed for one night. had to check out the next day. Refunds given are only 50% for the second day. not worth it at all

• Foh Fong (7/5): - Strategic location beside Paradigm Mall Swimming pool was clean Apartment was clean & spacious for 3 of us Windy at night 2-in-1 shower gel provided Toilet could be better upkeep - leaky shower head/pipe ... Stained walls . The host messaged that check in for PH was from 4pm but didn't inform when the room was ready. Communication could be improved ~ Fridge was not working really well, drinks kept overnight were not really chilled either. TV isn't responsive too and shows black screen after watching a while -.- No tissue paper provided only toilet paper. The master room toilet shower was cloggy, water didn't go down as fast and flowed out of the shower area. Curtains are not black out ones & quite translucent...

• yougeswaran (1/5): - I didn't receive the QR code even after requesting it many times. The bedsheets are unclean. Room 60 is very high for cleaning services; it is a hidden cost that wasn't mentioned before making the booking payment.
• Ann Mael (5/5): - The location, the apartment itself & the security was good The unit I stayed was dirty. The toilet was dirty with water stain, moldy like it was not cleaned properly. The internet connection was bad, unable to connect at all. The iron provided was spoiled, almost burned my shirt. At least provide 2 access card, easier for guest/family to move around separately.

• Nor Hidayati (6/5): - Location. Helpful guards. Comfortable beds The parking card is not working. The sofa isn't in good condition. The shower head in the bathroom (outside of master bedroom ) is broken. The toilet seat in the master bathroom is yellowish & the wall glass is not clean.

• Eiyla (9/5): - The comfortable house. Balcony in front of the kids pool. Huge space The parking where the owner prepares is not exactly for the customer car cause the guard gives another parking for visitors and the house lacks a mirror.
