- Whitelaw (6/5): We had a comfortable stay at the house for what we needed - No breakfast provided No enough cooking equipment and some parts of the house were run down
No outdoor facilities available
Parking was a tight spot and couldn't park on the street
- Yong (10/5): -
- Kim (8/5): Had such a great stay due to super comfortable accomodation. Clean and stylish. Super close to town. -
- Lynn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jenny (5/5): Convenient, but average. - No breakfast provided, view was excellent, shower was nice and hot. Footpath on property was dangerous, my son tripped over on the uneven concrete.
Kitchen PowerPoints failed.
Bed was not comfortable
- Joan (10/5): Exceptional - Marcus is very kind. He found our leftover hoodies and immediately messaged us before we headed to another place. He also kept the house warm and clean. We are all very satisfied with our stay:)
- Chuan (8/5): Very good - location, close to amenities and shop.
good facilities. parking inadequate. small
- Renee (8/5): Very good -
- Stav (8/5): Very good - As I was visiting Hobart for the first time, I found the location perfect.
- Aashma (9/5): Superb - Nice view, easy to find location, clean and tidied up
- Darryl (7/5): Good -
- Lyn (9/5): Only 1 night , but clean and comfortable - Good location, only stayed 1 night but everything we needed was there. The garden area
- David (9/5): Fantastic comfortable spacious stay - Fantastic view, spaciousness, washing machine AND dryer, very comfortable beds, cleanliness. Nothing
- Asad (7/5): Good -
- Sue (10/5): Exceptional - We had a lovely stay! The place was very clean and well-kept, which made it feel so comfortable. Check-in was simple and easy, with clear instructions provided. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed.
- Carolyn (3/5): Worst accommodation and definitely will not recommend anyone to eat money on this property - Only the view from the kitchen window was ok and from the corner of the front porch which were not blocked by the filthy looking property next door. The advertising for the property on booking.com was extremely misleading. The property was split in two levels with what seemed to be an entry to the bedroom.s a d 10 steps to get down to the living space and kitchens. The house in its entirety was filthy and was nit vacummed especially under tge couches. The fire mantle is a big hazard for tripping over by every individual staying at the property. The concrete as you walk into the front hard is a broken and very dangerous for children and elderly. The only toilet available ses to be from the 50s and stinks as is the showerroom. The carpets stink and are extremely old and stinks like the rest of the property. There is absolutely no air-conditioning in the bedroom.s snd to can't leave the dates windows open because there are no fly screens anywhere in the property and you can guarantee there are lots of bugs especially small cocroaches both inside and out. Not too mention you can't park outside the property because of the tide neighbour next door and you are told by the house owner to keep quite on the property because they have tenants downstairs who hear all the creaking noises whilst you are walking around in the house. You definitely do not want to be looking in the gardens in the backyard or the next next door neighbour because they are disgusting..
- Kelly (8/5): Very good -
- Fiona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jessie (8/5): Very good -
- Waterbouy (7/5): Adequate for short stsy - Facilities were very good Information about parking - only one car space no mention of potential issues with neighbour or time constraint on parking in street also consideration to persons living below early and late in day - no mention until arrival. Apartment was fine for our stay
- Chase (7/5): Good - Comfy beds, nice view, roomy. Tenants live below makes it not ideal for staying with kids
- Sajin (9/5): Stay with a View - The view of Hobart from the living room and dining room. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The toilet door won’t close from outside as a result it would open and shut in the nighttime due to the wind. Not a big deal though.
- Jjay (9/5): Superb -
- Ninky (9/5): Superb - Beautiful house Bed is too soft and it’s cold inside the house
- Arpit (9/5): Superb -
- Clemence (6/5): Pleasant - Suggest a high chair and plastic plates etc to make it more child friendly
- Jude (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melanie (7/5): Good -

The area is also peaceful and VERY close to the city, it was a easy stroll to the CBD for the family.
Great value for money and we will definitely come back again next time.
- Evangelia (6/5): Stunning views but not stunning west hobart home - Great location
Comfortable beds
Good heating
Great views Difficult parking and unsafe cracked paths
Dated bathroom facilities and disappointing garden surrounds.
- Marcus (10/5): Excellent experience and very nice place for a group! - Wonderful city close location with great east side facing lounge room and dining room which gives you great morning view of the city and water. The property is thoughtfully furnished and spacious with massive king beds. We are a large family of 6 and suited our family perfectly we had a comfortable stay
Very responsive to messages would highly recommend this place and stay again. Nothing
- Nicole (7/5): Good - Location
House was clean No steak knife's
Utensils were light on, no potato masher or peeler.
No bowls for salads.
- Rhonda (5/5): It was an adequate experience for one night. I wouldn't have liked to spend 2 or 3 nights. - Good location. House had interesting mid-century bones. Front garden was overgrown and not cared for.
Cleaning left a little to be desired.
Various opened food packs left - I think this looked unprofessional.
No coffee or milk
Furniture was tired
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Susan (9/5): Amazing views, comfy beds and great location. - The views from the house are amazing and it is walking distance from great attractions. The beds were really comfy and the heating system works well for the winter visits. The basic supplies were a little lacking. There was 3 of us that booked in and there was 1 teabag available. Also some information about how to operate the induction stove top would have saved us lots of googling.
- Kathryn (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect for our stay
Clean and well stocked with all the essentials 😊
- Craig (8/5): Great location and very comfortable home for a small family holiday. - Position to city and views. Only 1 bathroom.
- Anonymous (10/5): Absolutely perfect house for our family of 6! Everything you possibly need, stylish, modern and clean! we would’ve loved - Absolutely perfect house for our family of 6! Everything you possibly need, stylish, modern and clean! we would’ve loved to extend our stay if it wasn’t already fully booked! Extremely comfortable beds, great kitchen! We would’ve liked to have had a fire with the fire place
- Camila (10/5): Warm and cozy house with beautiful views! - The house was absolutely amazing. Clean and warm. I love the heated blankets on the beds and all the heating throghout the house.
The view to the city was amazing! The toilet room window couldnt be closed and it was a bit cold.
- Stephanie (10/5): Cosy, clean and comfortable. Stunning views and comfy beds! - It’s was a cosy, funky little place I can’t think of anything
- Vicki (8/5): it was a good clean house on a quiet street which made our holiday unchanged more enjoyable. - it was very clean and comfortable, with a good size kitchen and bathroom. supplies of toilet paper, tissues and paper towels was excellent. the beds were very comfortable with great pillows which made the stay even better. it took a long time to warm the house with the small heaters but once we had it warmed it was much more comfortable
- Kim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sally (10/5): Would book again! - Simple booking, clean, tidy and comfortable, fantastic price :)
- Zhou (5/5): Good location but constantly cold - Location was good. Room was clean and spacious. Amenities were good Insulation is terrible, do not book in the winter as there is limited heating available and does not sufficiently heat up the room.
Parking is very tight and would challenge drivers if their cars are larger in nature.
Bathroom were extremely cold.
- Zijun (10/5): Exceptional -
- Febian (9/5): Superb -
- Yamuna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rhys (5/5): We loved our stay the views - Views The railings in the property were not safe for young kids.
- Shawn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Xuesong (10/5): Great stay! Feels like home! - Such a lovely place, great views over Hobart and the bay. Light filled modern kitchen dining and lounge, everything we needed, excellent for relaxing and 15mins from town centre or a short walk to North Hobart cafe’s and restaurants. Marcus was excellent at communications and check in was very easy. Thanks so much we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
- Leanne (5/5): Just wished that what is advertised is what you book, disappointing when it is not. - The views of Hobart were amazing - that was the only amazing thing about the property Property is dated (old carpet, bathroom not well renovated, smell in bedrooms). Path to front door is cracked so be careful. Nowhere outdoors to sit together. Be careful when going into the laundry as the floor slopes downward. Back door does not lock or stay closed. Thought we had booked the whole house (advertised as a whole house), but turned out that there was a studio apartment under the house.
- Di (8/5): Very good -
- Caitlin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kuhnemann (9/5): Must stay here! - Marcus the host was very considerate.
The house was fresh and clean.
Access to all household equipment eg: laundry. Everything met my expectations,.
There is nothing I didn't like.
- Glenn (9/5): Superb - Great location, clean modernised facilities The artificial scents
- Zongzheng (8/5): Overall, it's an good experience. - Clean. Big kitchen. The bathroom floor is super slippery. My two sons both fall over when taking the shower. Please please put a non-slip mat on the floor.
- Hanako (10/5): Exceptional -
- Micah (8/5): Very good - Clean, comfortable house, spacious and well equipped. Even though it is an older house in an older area, trouble has been taken to refurbish and make it a comfortable, clean stay. Host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. My father accidentally took an adapter plug home in error but our host was kind and generous in all his responses.
- Thirunanthini (5/5): Passable - The house was clean No air condition and it was too hot and not able to sleep at night
- Jerene (9/5): The place was just right for 5 of us. My friends like this place as is clean and comfortable. - The place is very clean and spacious. Good for a group of 5 of us. The view is good. Is easy to find the place. The road leading to the house is on quite a steep slope. You need a car to get there.
- Kimberleigh (10/5): Exceptional - Great views of the city. Close to town only a $10 taxi ride to the docs. Was clean and tidy Nothing
- Stacie (9/5): Great house in a good location for a large group of people - Great location! Newly renovated. Owners we’re easy to deal with. Very spacious house for a large family or big group of friends. Had an issue with the dryer which was mentioned got he owner who is going to fix it.
