• Giovani (8/5): Acogedor y limpio - Estaba limpio, el anfitrión amable. Se extrañó que no dejaran nada como cortesía. Cápsulas de café( las que habían no le hacían a la cafetera) papel toalla en la cocina, agua, el colchón no tenía protector las sábanas iban sobre el colchón directamente. El día de nuestra salida pedí salir 30mn después y aceptaron ( se agradece) el chico de limpieza llega incluso un poco antes y al salir entro filmando supongo para mostrar cómo se dejaba el departamento y se sintió incómodo. Por lo demás todos estuvo muy bien. Fácil ingreso.

La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere la nuova fermata della metropolitana Gelsomini ed è ben servita per tutti i servizi essenziali.
• Adrian (10/5): - Lovely modern and clean apartment. Relatively quiet area especially at night. Had a lift upto the second floor where the apartment is so good for taking luggage and shopping up. Water bottles in the fridge and fresh dishwasher supplies and coffee and tea supplies given. Good communication. Metro round the corner but we used uber as the people so similar cost to city center. Oh and folks out bed in living room was comfy and robust. Nothing. All good.

• Ljix (10/5): Safe, nice, you'll feel like a real Milanese.. - The area is very safe and you will feel like a real Milanese staying here..The apartment is spacey, comfortable, clean and nicely designed, enough for a family/3-4 people..2 air-conditions in each room. The location is good, next to Metro station Gelsomini (line M4) so you are close to everything. There's a big Coirfure market down the street that works 24/7 where you have everything you need, also- a bakery by the apartment, several restaurants and smaller supermarket across the street. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back. The communication with a host was good and quick. We even got approved an earlier check-in and that was really kind. /

Chenc in with no problem according instructions from the owner. Great location close to metro station (new blue line) - good connection to city center and also to San Siro Stadium directly by BUS.

We with the family had to stay in Milan for just one night this time, but when in the morning, we decided to spend one more day in the city, we without any problems contacted the owner and prolonged the rent for one more day. The location is calm with shops, bakeries, and everything you need in 2 minutes distance. Regarding the parking: it's easy to find the free parking place in front of the building, but in the evening and night it could be challenging.
