Marc (7/5): Great location and ok overall but too complicated and overrated considering all, specially the price/quality ratio. - Location is superb. Very fast response time and friendly, supportive personnel (Roxy). No Nespresso/coffee machine, not enough crockery, Aircon not working, very complicated check in process, confusing key recovery and access description (I sent a better proposal), duplicated eMails and booking.com messages, double charge for prepayment / safety deposits and no reply about refunds yet (I asked several times but with no reply!), AUD 500 for cleaning is completely unacceptable as nobody ever cleaned except once after checkout (I hope). Some of the interior and installations look run down.
Micha (8/5): Perfekte Lage aber laut in der Nacht - Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr Zentral in Sydney. Der Preis ist ok und die Ausstattung in dieser Wohnung reicht vollkommen. In der Nacht ist es sehr laut bei diesem Zimmer.
Pierre (8/5): Hôtel super bien situé pour quelques jours à Sydney. - L'établissement est TRES TRES bien situé. C'est sa qualité principale. Il est proche de commerces de toutes sortes (alimentation, souvenirs, restaurants). ainsi que d'attractions telles que le port (ferries), les musées, l'opéra et le pont de Sydney. Il est également très proche des transports en commun. A part ça, il est spacieux et lumineux. Nous avons eu la chance d'arriver pour le week-end de la gay pride : EXTRAORDINAIRE ! La personne qui s'est occupée de nous était très prompte à répondre mais sans aucune capacité d'ACTION : il n'y avait pas de poêle dans la cuisine à notre arrivée et la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. En six nuits de notre séjour, rien n'a changé : pas de poêle et pas de télé pendant tout le séjour. Pendant deux nuits, nous avons été réveillés à quatre heures du matin par des ouvriers intervenant avec un chariot élévateur très bruyant dans la ruelle qui longe notre immeuble. Les "travaux" ont duré 1,5 heure les deux nuits, de 4 heures à 5h30 environ. C'est la première fois que je dois laisser une caution pour une chambre d'hôtel. Celle-ci nous a été restituée VINGT jours après notre départ !

sharon (7/5): Not happy with the apartment service. - Very central Very disappointed with The apartment service where I paid $400 for a deposit for any damages etc. When they returned the deposit they left me short of £21.00 with no explanation why and never answered when I questioned. I left the apartment immaculate as I was only there to sleep.
