• Kim (8/5): Great family stay, location was perfect. - Loved the location, the washing machine was excellent & our family if 4 adults very comfortable. No full length mirror (not a deal breaker maybe for our daughter) a musty smell in the bathroom & toilet area I think k it’s a damn smell. Other than that nothing was perfect for us.
• GABRIELA-MIHAELA (9/5): Amazing location, good size apartment - Great location. Could walk to a lot of touristic spots. Good size apartment for Japan. Indeed 2 bedroom and lounge which very unusual for Japan. Host communicated well and promptly Was not charged extra ( town tax was included) I would stay again if ever back to Japan A bit of a mouldy smell in the bath. Not much natural light or view. But I was well aware of these when booked and the location and the price overrides that( so not as much as a negative). A bit unhappy with the very late check-in (4pm) and not allowed to check- in early or at least luggage storage, but managed

• Ciaran (10/5): Great place to base yourself to explore Osaka. - Clean, good beds, easy to access, good access to subways and Dotonbori. A couple spots in need of maintenance, e.g. drawers that didn't quite close properly. Nothing major.

• Qi (8/5): - The accommodation is quite satisfactory, with convenient access to Kuromon Market at Nipponbashi. There are many homestays in the surrounding area, and a Family Mart is located right downstairs. I left a T-shirt in the room, but the host has stopped responding to all messages after check-out, which prevented me from going back to retrieve it.
• Mariam (1/5): No Natural Light, Unsafe Atmosphere, and Disrespectful Host - Nothing If you enjoy living without any natural light, then go ahead and book this place. The living room has absolutely no daylight, you genuinely can’t tell whether it’s morning or night. One bedroom’s window is completely blocked by a neighboring building with literally only about 5 cm of space, so zero light comes in. The other room has a so-called “balcony”, but it’s covered with translucent panels that block both the view and the light. I honestly felt like I was living in a rat hole. The neighborhood is dirty and unpleasant. You’re greeted by garbage as soon as you enter the building, and it’s the same situation with the surrounding buildings. The area is made up almost entirely of short-term rental properties, so it feels inauthentic and neglected, definitely the bad side of the city center. The landlord was rude and dismissive. When I told him I didn’t feel safe in the apartment because a neighbor was violently knocking on the wall due to my 2-year-old crying briefly, his response was to tell me “until now I am respecting you.” As a mother traveling alone, I felt scared and unsupported. He refused to listen or take my concerns seriously. I ended up spending three weeks feeling extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. While the apartment may look clean at first glance, once you move furniture or look behind things, it’s packed with dust, showing that cleanliness is very superficial. Overall, this stay was deeply uncomfortable, emotionally stressful, and absolutely not suitable for solo mothers, or anyone who values light, cleanliness, safety, and basic respect.
• Bunzo (8/5): でも感謝。 - 部屋が広いのは強調したい。これだけの広さはなかなか見つからない。なんでも揃っていた。 まず、見つけにくかった。だいぶ苦労してやっと見つけた感じ。上の住人の足音が異常にうるさかった。騒音の欠点さえなければ、最高点をあげたい。

• Woodfield (10/5): Easy family stay - Easy to get in and out. Loved the location and comfortable beds. Very clean. Nothing!
• DANIEL (6/5): Overall the stay was fine and it was comfortable! - Location is a 15 minute walk to Dotonbori and Kuromon Market, had good wifi, air conditioning, comfortable beds and a washing machine. There were some racks to hang the clothes. Self check-in was simple and there is an elevator to the unit. Bathroom toiletries smelled nice. The unit is also spacious. Unit smelled musty, which similarly made our clothes smell the same. When we went to our next location, we had to wash all of our clothes as the smell was quite strong. The paint was chipping off some of the walls, it was dusty in the bathroom and kitchen and there was some mold in the bathroom and kitchen. Location was slightly far from subways (15 minutes to Saikaisuji Line and 20 minutes to Midosuji line).

• Erum (1/5): - Nothing The property was very very smelly like cigarettes, kids couldn’t able to sleep at all in all three nights. Indoor slippers are extremely dirty check the pictures. I got rash wearing them. No one able to wear indoor slippers. Please please do not take this room if you have more than two days and kids. Such a regretful stay

• Krzysztof (9/5): Excellent visit to Japan! - Excellent location, close to restaurants, shops and attractions. Metro stations are a few minutes away. The apartment was clean, equipped with useful appliances, air conditioning and comfortable beds. It was quiet during the nights. Liked the stay very much!

• Daniel (9/5): Great stay a short distance from Dotonbori. - Instructions to obtain access were very easy to follow. Apartment was a very nice size and clean. Apartment is a little dated but still very functional and very clean.
• Leta (1/5): THE WORST PLACE YOU CANIMAGINE - Nothing this place was worse than you can imagine there was literally garbage overflowing at the entrance and the building was a SLUM it was so run down it was unbelievable and was so mouldy we left immediately and the owner WOULD NOT REFUND. It is in a terrible location and was the literally the worst place we ever stayed! You have been warned EVERYTHING KEEP AWAY this was an absolutely traumatic terrible experience… and booking.con also didn’t help at all , this place is horrific and absolute scam the mould is so strong. There are so many other nice places in Osaka and cheaper than this awful place. He stole our money run run far away from here
