Guest Reviews
- Melanie (8/5): Very good. Host was very good - The property was clean and tidy, the steam room was an added bonus Nothing major. The property itself was great. Hidden Gem
- Stephen (6/5): -
- Julie (10/5): Only a short walk from Brixton and Loughborough stations a, - A beautiful unit. Which is uncommonly large for london
- ליהי (10/5): - We had an amazing time , for almost two weeks of holiday. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. All fully equipped, pleasant vibe and host!
High recommended ! Definitely gonna come back. Thank you 🙏 Nothing :)
- Jaye (9/5): Beautiful space and great location - Had an incredible stay at this stunning Brixton apartment. It genuinely feels like a boutique spa suite in the middle of London. Quiet, private and lovely garden.
The standout is 100% the steam room and luxury bathroom. After long days exploring the city, coming back to unwind in the steam shower was amazing. The underfloor heating and deep soaking in the huge bath made it feel far more premium than most hotels.
The apartment itself is beautifully designed, very clean and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept brilliantly. Being lower ground actually made it peaceful and cool, which was perfect during warmer days. The private patio garden is a real bonus and catches the sun nicely, ideal for morning coffee or a relaxed evening drink.
Location couldn’t be better. Less than five minutes to Brixton tube and right by Brixton Village, with fantastic restaurants, cafés and bars on your doorstep. It’s vibrant outside but calm and quiet once you’re inside.
The hosts were excellent, quick communication and very helpful. Check-in was smooth and everything was exactly as described.
For the space, facilities and location, this is exceptional value compared to central London hotels. I paid a quarter of the price of a mayfair hotel with a spa and great value! We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it. Nothing really

- Dennis (9/5): Location, steam, walking distance to tube - Location was perfect. We loved the steam room/shower, and laundry in kitchen. easy to get to, easy to depart. Dryer took longer than we would have hoped, however, it eventually dried jeans.

- Steven (9/5): A stunning apartment in a brilliant area. Loved it. - Chose to stay at the accommodation as we were attending a gig at the Brixton Academy. Was a little apprehensive as there were only a few reviews of the apartment and we were unfamiliar with the area. Any concern we had was completely unwarranted as the apartment far exceeded our expectations in terms of the facilities, the amount of space, cleanliness and lovely outdoor area. Less than five minutes walk from Brixton tube station and the absolutely fantastic Brixton Village. Hosts were a pleasure to deal with and will absolutely stay here again on our return to London.
- Yasmin (7/5): Nice stay. - Liked the proximity to Brixton with everything you need on the doorstep.
It was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Has a lovely little terrace that catches the sun for the best part of the day and being able to sit there enjoying the evening sun was lovely. It could however do with a little maintenance as was overgrown when I stayed. Loved seeing the foxes that live there and meeting the dog from 2 floors up was a definite bonus for me, but could have done without watching her being walked in the communal garden.
Unfortunately the flat did smell of drainage when I arrived which I noticed came from the bathroom.
With the bathroom door closed the flat is fine. However it did deter me from using the steam room or bath as it smelt quite bad. And that was something I was really looking forward to.
It is a basement flat which wasn’t a problem for me however do feel that should be mentioned for people who are less able. Neighbours looking into the flat from the communal garden whilst in bed enjoying the sun watching tv wasn’t great. Might be an idea to move the tv across from the bed to face the sofa. And the people/person living above the flat stamping around in the evenings and early morning was quite annoying. But understandably is not something the host can control.
- Amanda (10/5): Perfect location and gorgeous apartment - So lovely! Really thoughtfully done, thank you
- Nancy (7/5): Overall, a stylish and comfortable space, but best suited for guests prepared forhese practicalities - Beautifully decorated and very clean, but a few practical drawbacks
The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully decorated — clearly a lot of care and investment has gone into the interior. However, there were a few things we wish we’d known in advance. The apartment is located in a basement, which made access a bit tricky, especially with multiple fire doors. Parking was also an issue — it’s permit holders only in the area, and the nearest public car park was over a mile away, which wasn’t clearly stated beforehand. The surrounding area is mostly social housing, which we were aware of, but there was some noise from the flat above (footsteps early in the morning and late at night). There was also a patch of damp on the wall near the front door. Overall, a stylish and comfortable space, but best suited for guests prepared for these practicalities. - Phyllis (9/5): Superb - Good facilities, unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to use the steam room. But the shower and shower gel were very good. The staff were amazing and helpful with providing additional items that we asked for to enable us to have a better experience.
