- Stefanie (1/5): Rude and unprofessional host, not suitable for foreign guests - The apartment is close to Paulista Avenue and even though it's not in the safest area, the neighbourhood is ok with cafes, supermarkets and a bakery. They do not send you the exact adress or access code until the stated check in time and only over WhatsApp. They have a rude and unprofessional local host (messages he sent me in the photos attached). The apartment door was open when I arrived and it seems someone had left it in a hurry. Since the local host refused to clean the unclean things in the apartment, I hired a cleaning lady myself for 70BRL and then 300 BRL.The apartment is only superficially clean and needs a deep clean up, especially the kitchen. The sinks in the kitchen and bathroom are heavily clogged and the water drains very slowly. The receptionists of the building often let me wait outside the building for a longer time until they let me in as the apartment management doesn't register you for the facial recognition system - they speak Portuguese only. This is not good when you return late at night as the area is not the safest. Many guests in this bulding complain about this too.
