• Rita (3/5): Mala experiencia. No vuelvo! - La ubicación. La cama solo tenía sábanas. No había edredón o mantas para abrigar . Había algo que en su día fue de un edredón sintético, sucio. (En el ropero) también una funda sucia y olía mal. La cocina vitro cerámica no funcionó. Avisamos para que nos solucionaran el problema. No obtuvimos respuesta ni visita. En el baño la taza WC rota, al sentarte te enganchabas la piel. De la ducha, el agua cae al suelo y el “teléfono ducha” estaba suelto. No tienen calefacción. Un jabón de ducha y un champú para dos personas y 3 noches.
• Alexander (2/5): complete shitshow from start to finish. - Location is good, right next to a metro/tram station The washing machine is moldy. Washing Powder/Pods are not provided (not like it would mattered) and the clothing rack is a ladder. When I got into the shower, after about 2 minutes, the shower mount fell off because the screw/nail was rusted and broke. The drainage system is insufficient and the glass panel that serves as splash protection is too small, as a result of this the bathroom ended up slightly flooded. The air conditioning is very loud, even when on a low setting. The toilet is cracked. The walls are dirty. The bed sheet was dirty, there was a shoe print on it. The sound isolation is very poor, the water sounds from showering and flushing the toilet are very audible. One small handsoap was provided, however there is not place to put it. We did not test any other kitchen appliances (out if fear something else might fall on our heads). We communicated these failings to the company operating the apartment rental, however we got no response. Pictures are attached and were, aside from the shower, taken immediately after we arrived.

• Karolina (9/5): Superb - Very cosy and nice apartment, small but enough for a couple. Clean, very well equipped. 15 minutes walk from the Duomo, very close to the Metro Tricolore. No coffee
• Stephen (7/5): Cozy studio near centre - Not far from metro line 4. Cozy and well furnished. Neighbourhood has local market on street outside, (not sure how frequent). Drop box was in the next street. If window is open car garages are one floor below and can become noisy early in the morning. Walls are very thin and when neighbour takes a shower or uses water it sounds like in your room.
• Melanie (8/5): Great location, practical and clean apartment - Great location, cleanliness and modern apartment that has everything needed. Communication with the owner was a bit difficult from organizational and language perspective. However he was friendly and everything worked out. In the hall of the building it smells of smoke.

• Kathryn (10/5): Exceptional - Nice size, well-lit apartment. The bathroom is large, walk-in shower with good water pressure. Walking to the end of the block to collect the keys was somewhat inconvenient, although the owner provided very detailed pictures with arrows. The hallway was very dark - difficult to find the door lock. A comfortable chair would have been nice - only seating options were the bed or plastic bar-height chairs by the kitchen island.

• Ignacio (7/5): Good - The flat is generally OK. The flat has plenty of cooking utensils for the small kitchen. The bathroom is quite good. Good location. The apartment is small and after three nights I felt like leaving (up to 3 nights, no problem), also taking into account that I have not spent much time in the apartment. The bed is not up to standard. If the bed is important to you, in my opinion the apartment is not for you. It is also not your apartment if you need to work because you would not be comfortable at a high table (the one you see in the pictures) sitting on a stool.
