- Sara (2/5): Lacking cleanliness and not as advertised - The style of the apartment and decoration were nice but it was let down massively by the cleanliness. The apartment was filthy. There was a used towel left on the back of bedroom door, dirty tissues on the floor, a used water bottle and socks under the bed. Hairs on the pillow and the sofa was covered in stains. However, the worst thing was that the bathroom stunk of sewage. I am unsure if it was the toilet of the shower drains getting blocked but the smell was so bad that we couldn't wash in the bathroom and resorted to cleaning our teeth in the sink in the kitchen. We called the owner about all of these issues and he didn't even apologise just said ' I don't know how that happened the cleaner was in on a Friday'. He said he would get a plumber to come round about the smell but it was worse when we came back later that day. Finally, the apartment was advertised as having a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and another bedroom with twin beds, however, this was not the case and resulted in us bring a blow up bed for the fifth person in our group to sleep on.
