Guest Reviews
- Kirra (7/5): -
- Daryl (10/5): Would definitely return again - Central location and all Nothing. It was great
- Connie (7/5): Great location, good place to stay overnight. - Close to Suncorp stadium. Air conditioner was noisy. Shower not clean.
- Mandy (4/5): -
- Curley (9/5): I had a great time. - The privacy and access to a dryer was amazing. The fridge was set super cold and it froze my food..
- David (4/5): room fine distance to lock box from property was a joke - the room was fine it did what I needed it to do it was close enough to the exhibition center the distance from the lock box to the property was a joke, also the lighting where the lock box was made it very difficult to see the numbers on the lock box, I fumbled my way through this but if anyone over 60 was looking to use this it would be a problem it's too low to the ground and too hard to use
- Gail (6/5): Nice location and perfect property pool - Great poolside area Hardly any kitchen utensils and crockery
- Nguyen (7/5): Good -
- Henry (8/5): Very good - Location, pools and sauna The geocache check in method of having ro walk a couple of blocks to get your key.
Also, mentioning that the front of the towers is on boundary St will help people locate the correct entrance to the tower.
- Michelle (8/5): Very good - The place was well set up and clean. Bed was comfortable The place next door had people coming and going a lot. They knocked loudly and when the door opened and closed it made a whistling sound and the door to our apartment rattled. Sounded like the door was going to open. The people were still coming and going after 10.30 & they woke us up
- Romee (9/5): Great place, true to the pictures - Good bed, clean, and true to the photos. Plus the pool was amazing, and we could check out a bit later upon request. And also great location, approx 8 minute walk from the train station. You could very well hear it when people left the adjoining apartment, almost feeling like they opened your door. We could’ve used a couple more utensils.
- Ray (8/5): Very good - Had everything a solo traveller required including washing machine and dryer. Pool and sauna downstairs was a big relief after doing some hikes! Instructions to get the key and find the car park were clear enough, mildly confusing trying to find the tower 3 lifts from the instructions (could have been clearer) however I got there in the end.
- Tony (1/5): Bad - Room and bathroom were clean, just like new. No There is no staff to assist with anything.
Foraging for keys that are in a box clamped to a fence around a vacant block across the road very low down. Very
difficult for old or infirm persons. Can't imagine doing it at night or in wet weather. Advertised as next door to South Brisbane station. It’s half a km away, a long way for oldies to drag luggage. The address is not correct. The telephone help line was manned by a Chinese person who was impossible to understand until a Chinese girl took over and spoke in Mandarin for me. She was an angel. Spending more than an hour assisting us ovr all.
The cramped room had no table, only one chair and a miniscule TV positioned BESIDE the bed. Very impractical. We arrived at the premises at 3.00pm and finally got into the room at 6.00pm. THREE HOURS out of the 19 hours paid for. Finally, Tower 3 is located at the bottom of a steep hill.
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Justin (3/5): Poor - The location was convenient. Transport was easily accessible The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was so uncomfortable it hindered sleep. No tea or coffee, however there was milk in the fridge.
- Eleanor (8/5): Room is big enough for a couple, closed to everything. - Close to everything Everything is really good, except when you have something to eat there’s no table.
- Wang (2/5): Very poor - it is so tiny… I thought it’s have a balcony like the photo but it’s not.
- Tracy (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kate (5/5): Don't bring your cat if you like to swing it around! - Free parking next door but challenging to get to the correct building from the car park if you have a lot of stuff. The room wasn't all that pristine (found reading glasses on the floor next to the bed and can only conclude not exceptional cleaning. Very very small and unworkable if you wanted to stay for more than a night. No table to work from or desk, so wouldn't suit a worker. TV on the wall next to the bed on the right side so if you like watching TV from your bed not able to. No bedside lamps. Crappy side table, still with old IKEA sticker half stuck to the top of it.
