• rituparna (10/5): Amazing! - The hosts were super welcoming and warm. They were also very helpful with tips around things to do in Melbourne. The apartment is both well situated and well appointed. The balcony is huge and a massive plus in the evenings as you can see the sun set by the Eureka building and enjoy a glass of wine as the lights on Flinders Street Station come up.

• ching chang (10/5): An Unforgettable Stay for our Australian Open Trip – 100/100! - We stayed at this apartment two weeks ago for the Australian Open, and it was simply perfect. The location was incredibly convenient for accessing the tennis venues. The host was exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. Even before we arrived, they reached out to ask about our group and the purpose of our trip, which made us feel very cared for. Upon arrival, we were touched to find a gift of an Australian Open-themed shopping bag—such a kind gesture since they knew we were there for the tennis! The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you could need. The host provided delicious local snacks and even prepared olive oil for us when they knew we planned to cook. My family and I have been traveling independently for over 10 years, and this is honestly the most thoughtful service we have ever experienced. Communication was seamless; the host always responded quickly to any questions we had. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Melbourne. A perfect score from us! Nope

Then hosts were fantastic. They were very communicative and helped us whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay here again. The close proximity to the train station allowed for some nighttime noises, but the hosts provided ear plugs and it wasn’t a big issue.

• Paul (10/5): We absolutely loved our stay! Very cool apartment in a great location. Amazing balcony with view of Flinders St Station. - The apartment was fantastic! Very clean & modern. The big balcony overlooking Flinders St station was a highlight. The hosts were great! Communication regarding everything we needed to know about the apartment including check-in/check out was excellent. We also really appreciated the welcome pack, such a nice surprise! The beds were very comfortable too.
• Claire (8/5): We has a great weekend and couldn’t fault the property. A great place to come back to after a day exploring - Location was great and the hosts were very responsive It was a tad noisy at night, but given the central location it is to be expected. Plus ear plugs were provided.
• Amanda (8/5): Great location and the apartment was nice and spacious - Location was perfect for what we were in Melbourne for. Everything at your doorstep. The hosts had thought of everything you would need for your stay. It was the little things that made it great, like extra towels and bathroom accessories, snacks etc It was a shame we couldn't use the balcony due to work being done. We knew this before we arrived as the hosts were excellent in communicating with us.

• Wh (10/5): Exceptional - The location is just unbelievable and we loved it to be able to just walk to many of the destinations we wanted to visit, to have public transport right in front of the apartment, to have a ton of great restaurants around the corner or to just take the tram to the beach in 25 mins! The design and style of the apartment is amazing, very thoughtful, a lot of attention to design and to detail. We were greeted with some cold drinks in the fridge and a bottle of Australian wine and snacks. The hosts Rusty and Rove communicated very nicely and very well and were always reachable over WhatsApp. For us everything worked exactly as planned or even better. Thanks for a great stay in the vibrant heart of Melbourne!

Highly recommended. - Location was ideal for access to attractions (galleries, art centre, casino,sporting facilities etc) and immediate access, to public transport. Also close to supermarket and food services. Only issue we found was getting an elderly man with mobility problems into the shower, but the hosts had thoughtfully supplied a solution
• Hbjpops! (10/5): Exceptional - From the start, we had great communication with our hosts. They were so lovely and very accommodating the entire time - which we were very thankful for. It was super easy to find the apartment and the location was amazing, so central and close to everything. The hosts were delightful and so kind. We were there for 4 nights and it was perfect for us a family of 3 (with a teen) to go to a concert at Marvel Stadium (Greenday) and walking distance to the NGV (Kusama). We made the most of the free tram zone and walked from the edge of the zone to some of our restaurant finds up Lygon Street etc. So much to offer in the zone too! The beds and living spaces were comfy, the balcony was fab, and we enjoyed watching the world go by, being right in the bustling heart of the city - so much happening all the time. The apartment was very comfortable, stylish, and very clean. The kitchen seemed to have everything you would need if you wanted to self-cater but we just had snacks and drinks, it was perfect for us. Total bonus learning we were staying in a historically significant building in Melbourne - (it was built as one of two modern hotels for the Olympics back in the 50s) and the original mosaic mural on the side of the building is so cool! All in all, we would happily stay there again if we pop back over to Melbourne. We were comfortable and happy there. Thank you so much for our stay!
• Mick (10/5): Sensational - The property was very well staged and presented with quality fixtures and fittings. The little details mattered to the host with the provision of a lovely note, some drinks and chocolate on arrival. The location is second to none. I can’t wait to stay again. The bathroom is raised up three quite steep steps. It wasn’t an issue for us but would be an issue for anyone with mobility issues
• Elizabeth (10/5): An elegant apartment perfect for Iconic shots. The Panoramic views of Flinders St Station is Epic - The location is right in the heart of Melbourne. This apartment is the perfect for those who want convenience and style. It steps directly to public transport and top-rated restaurants, it's elegant and spacious as the photos show. There wasn't much to fault. The lack of parking might be a downside, but with everything so conveniently located, a car isn't really necessary.
