• Gill (7/5): Good location and spacious but not the easiest for check in or parking. - Location was good and the apartment was comfortable and spacious. Picking up the key is a real pain if you have a car as it’s a busy street and can be difficult to park. Residents don’t like you using the parking space and are quite rude about it. We had a man stand and watch us park in case we got too close to his wife’s car. We tried to be friendly but he didn’t want know. There is no direct access from the car park to the apartment which was a pain with our bags. We had an issue with the balcony but it was dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction.

• Phillip (10/5): For the amount of money we paid the place could have been a lot cleaner. Very disappointing with the - Brought our own breakfast & the location was good & close to everything . Parking and security was good The kitchen was dirty with cockroaches. Had to pull everything out and clean it all before use. The balcony was dirty and spider webs everywhere. We were left 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in both toilets. The stove needs a good clean including the hot plate. It looks like you might need new cleaning staff

• Carlin (7/5): Good location-not prime -but great spacious, well appointed apartment stingy with toilet paper. - Location was good. Not the most beautiful part of town but only about a 15 minute walk from Salamancar Square. Great spacious, well appointed apartment. More than half a roll of toilet paper for 3 days between 2 people would have been handy, particularly with no convenience stores nearby. Everything was at least a 10 minute walk-unless there was some store that I wasn't aware of. Picking up the keys from a downtown security box in Friday peak hour was a bit of a pain. Same too returning them in Monday peak hour.

• Shammi (5/5): Not my preferred stay - Location was handy Host response very poor. Called many times with no response regarding some amenities. Stay was for 4 nights. Did not find this as value for money.
• Kathy (10/5): We had 4 fantastic nights in Hobart, we could walk to nearly everywhere we wanted to go, so convenient. - Great location, very roomy, everything you needed was supplied. Was a much longer walk to get the key from the lock box. We had a hire car so we needed to find a park and then walk and get the key.
• Anne (10/5): The proximity of the apartment to all the highlights of Hobart made our holiday there very special. - The location was excellent - walking distance to waterfront, MONA ferry, Salamanca market, restaurants, bars and Woolworths! Great having a car park available.

• Sandra (9/5): Superbly located, comfortable apartment - It was well located, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were very responsive and helpful.

The apartment was let down by its lack of maintenance and cleaning. If these issues where addressed it would be ideal! - Whole apartment is not well maintained and is grubby, needs a good clean. The rug in the lounge room is a major trip hazard and needs to be replaced. - Kitchen is grubby- splash back was not cleaned - Kettle, dirty, bad odour come from Kettle, could not use. - Kitchen wear is very old, some items are chipped. Would not use. - There where 2 water jugs in fridge, one looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quiet a while, the water inside was yellow and smelt - Coffee table was not cleaned and had cup marks over it. - The cleanliness of the property is a major problem for me. - Entertainment unit is all chipped - Verandah and windows don't look have been cleaned for a while - given the lack of maintenance to the property the price was way too much - Instructions for key pick up and apartment entry need refining and simplifying as they are a little confusing - Only 1 key supplied which doesn't work when you have more than 2ppl

• Shaista (8/5): Excellently located, comfortable apartment a short walk from the waterfront - Spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location, with parking. The office area is particularly useful as a private space. The kitchenware is a bit old (e.g. some chipped mugs etc), although still functional. The appliances (dishwasher, washing machine etc) work well.
• Mark (7/5): A good property marred by key arrangements that suited the host but not the guest. - Apartment was spacious and well appointed. The key collection instructions were incorrect and the host stated that these would be corrected. Key collection was totally unacceptable: guests were expected to drive to the other end of the city to collect and return the key (which was located in a building servicing a number of properties). If the host is not to be present to welcome guests, the key should be available in a location very near to the accommodation - not in a place merely convenient to the host but grossly inconvenient to the guest.
• Julie (6/5): Stressful - It was very comfortable and spacious the ammenities were terrific It was an absolute nightmare trying to get the key to get in plus a very complicated stressful experience to get into the car park. Then we had the same experience in reverse when we left. It spoilt what should have been great. I was so stressed I felt ill

• Tara (7/5): Good facilities, spacious but needs a decent hot water system and heating for the price it’s asking. - Spacious, great location and very clean Heater didn’t work and had to use small heater provided. Hot water was enough for one 5 minute shower. So the three of has had to time our one shower per day accordingly. Had to use kettle to have a bath as no hot water. Considering we were paying almost $400 a night, this was not acceptable for that price.

• matt (10/5): Fantastic apartment and great location. - Put key lock box location into Google Maps but couldn't find it for some time until we walked around the corner to the next street. Also we could not find the location of the bins/rubbish/refuse in the building even with the details next to the door. Could not find it at all and had to leave the rubbish in the kitchen. I walked the entire property in and out and could not find a refuse bin. The details next to the doors are not accurate. It says to find it located near the lobby entrance.
• Mary (9/5): Great location and fantastic apartment spotlessly clean ! - It was very clean, it had everything you needed. The location was really good close to everything and it had parking. The remote for the for the car park only opened the entrance gate, and this was a little unsettling when you had to leave through the entrance again.

• Mervyn (9/5): Would have been great except for poor maintenance. - Size and layout suited Mats were a trip hazard. Wasn’t as clean as expected. Ensuite sink was blocked and toilet seat was loose and had to be fixed by guest. Power circuit kept tripping when using two heaters.
• Diana (9/5): Clean, warm and comfortable apartment which is well located . - The property was clean, comfortable, well equipped and warm. The location is convenient to both the wharf and shopping area. Getting the keys and accessing the building took a little organising.

Communication with property managers was very responsive. The location is within an easy walk of the waterfront and shopping area. Collecting keys and accessing the apartment was a little complicated at first.
• Riddhi (8/5): Very good - Centrally located and secure building. Convenient car park. Right in front of the hospital so when the helicopters land and take off it gets very loud as the seal is not good on the balcony doors.

• Lori (7/5): Love Hobart. Great location. - Positive points: Spacious apartment in a great location with easy access to the Waterfront. The area was quiet. Negative points: Lock box is located away from site-15min walk with out a car. Entry to garage also a bit tricky. Lucky you can leave keys on bench at the end. Apartment was not clean on arrival , I had to clean cupboards, surfaces and kitchen floor before use. Well equipped but shower rose in main bath leaked so needs repairing.

Also, it was difficult to unlock the door, key kept jamming & #1 remote for garage only opened the entry door not the exit door. There was no tea towel and no chux or similar to wipe the benches. Otherwise was really good. Living room needs some sort of lamp.

• Goneaway (9/5): Lovely condo! - We were self catering. The location was perfect to see the CBD and get to restaurants. We could walk to everything we needed. It was good to have a dedicated parking space in garage as parking is a premium and problematic in the city. Also good to have lifts when traveling with multiple bags.Give yourself Give yourself plenty of time to figure out the key pick up, garage, and door location. Read the instructions carefully. Only one key and entry fob, and garage fob are given , so guests basically have to tour together and/or be organized in order to have access to the condo.

• Sandra (9/5): Excellent location, very comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable experience. - Location was fantastic, walking distance to where we wanted to go. Restaurants, wharf, museums, hop-on-hop-off red bus, Hobart CBD. Secure parking for the hire car was a blessing. We liked the security of the building as well. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Washing machine was a bonus. Beds and lounge chairs comfortable. The balcony was good. Just a few minor things that could be helpful when doing maintenance updates. The pantry door was a little temperamental as we had to make sure it was closed near the top otherwise the light would stay on. Our friends slept in the main bedroom. They said the on-suite toilet seat was a little wobbly. The door into the second bedroom was a little hard to close so we left it open. A suggestion for the shower/laundry room to have a shower caddy in the shower to put the shampoo/conditioner and soap bottles in instead of on the floor. Also the ironing board needs a thicker felt cover on it.

• Christiansen (10/5): If we visit Hobart again we'll certainly book this apartment. - Location was excellent. A short walk to restaurants, supermarket and the harbour. The parking was a very pleasant surprise. A designated secure parking spot within the apartment complex.
