• 本田 (10/5): 最高でした。また利用したいです。 - 3家族でディズニーリゾートへ行きました。5歳と10歳の子供達は広くて初めての掘り炬燵、はしゃぎ回っていました。中も清潔でトテモ良かったです。セルフチェックインだったので時間も気にすることなくたのしめました。 贅沢を言えば駐車場が隣接していたらもっと良かったと思います。

• Thomas (6/5): Pleasant - The house is very spacious, with three Western-style bedrooms on the third floor, two tatami rooms on the second floor, and a large shared space with a TV. There were plenty of plates, bowls, and cooking utensils available. The location is convenient for Tokyo Disney Resort; a taxi ride takes about 15 minutes and costs around 2,500 yen. There’s a business on the ground floor, but we never heard any noise from it. The host met us in person for check-in and was polite and helpful, even though he spoke very little English. All host communication was in Japanese, which was a bit inconvenient for non-Japanese speakers. The house wasn’t very clean—there was visible dust and hair in corners and under furniture, and some surfaces and mirrors had noticeable stains. Although the kitchen had many utensils, the actual equipment (like pans and appliances) was in poor condition for cooking. Street noise from passing cars is noticeable, and wind noise from the windows can be quite loud on breezy nights. It's about a 14-minute walk to the nearest metro station (Urayasu), which might feel long after a day at the parks.
• Pakarti (10/5): Perfect choice if you love to stay with groups or family with a neighborhood environment. - The property is cozy for living in a short period for a trip or vacation and near the Disney Resort and railway station. The staff is friendly too. It’s a bit too far from the downtown of Tokyo.
• Vasilii (10/5): Good choice for a large family or two families. - Number of rooms (3 western-styles rooms 2 beds in each, 2 Japanese-style rooms with futons), number of towels, washing machine with drying function, nespresso coffee machine, 8-bit console with games, good kitchen. Owner replies in Japanese in messages (not a big issue actually, but need to copy and past between booking app and google translate).

• Amy (9/5): Superb - The location was nice and it was very spacious. The heated table was fun. Having a whole house was very convenient. Only having one shower was a bit challenging with so many people. But it was still a wonderful stay.

• Alexis (1/5): Not close to Disney land - This is actually not very close to Disney land and the public transport is difficult so they should have not said it is ‘within’ Disney land resort. It is over an hour walk and over 30 minutes by public transport.
