• Ifeoma (5/5): Good location. Some rooms don’t have windows that open at all so cannot get fresh air. Bathrooms have a bad smell. - Location is excellent for the price you pay. Our room smelt when we entered (from the bathroom) and the windows didn’t open at all which we were only informed about after we checked into our room and were confronted by the smell.

• Shuyue (8/5): Gute Lage, schönes Zimmer, das Essen in Restaurant ist auch nicht schlecht. Insgesamt würde ich diese Hotel empfehlen. - Sehr gute Lage. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein (ich weiß schon, als ich das gebucht habe), aber sehr gut ausgestattet! Alle unsere Sachen hat reingepasst. Rezeption Leute sind auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist ein bisschen komisch. 1. Keine Auswahl von Kaffee, das war ok, aber der Filter Kaffee schmeckt zu leicht. 2. Englisch Breakfast kann man nur mit Vegan Fleisch bestellen. Das ist doch schade, dass die Gäste die traditionelle Küche nicht richtig probieren können. 3. Set-Menu Frühstück muss auch ein Tag vorher gebucht werden, sonst kann man nicht essen, sondern normale Menu bestellen (relativ deutlich Preis Unterschied, das kann man merken). 4. Wir waren spät Abend noch mal zu Restaurant gekommen für Dessert. Die Bedingungen (ein Mädchen und ein Jung) waren sehr freundlich. Aber ein Bedingung für Frühstück hat uns mit Absicht ignoriert, sondern unsere Nachbartisch, der deutlich später als wir gekommen sind, zuerst bedient und bezahlen lassen. Das finden wir nicht so schön.

Very close to Paddington and to lots of transport but in a quiet, beautiful square The cafe downstairs is separate from the hotel. Delicious food but just be aware it’s not ‘in house’ so when I asked for milk to have in my room with tea they wanted me to pay for it which I found annoying.

We wanted to change room for bigger one and 2 beds but they offered us only double room in the lower floor.

Buona la proposta ' plastic free' ma allora si devono dotare i punti distribuzione acqua nei corridoi con anche 'acqua frizzante'. Punto personale...la stanza 319 ha un piumone piccolo e per chi come me supera il 1.80 ha disagio durante la notte in periodi con temperature ancora 'fresche'.
• Jessica (8/5): Comfortable and clean room in great location. - Great location, about a 8-10 minute walk to paddington station. Lovely reception area. Clean and comfortable room with AC. The rainfall shower-head. Luckily there was the hand held shower head but it’s quite low on the wall.

I love how the place is really about sustainable living from decoration, bedding, lighting, yoga classes, sauna and minimalism in the rooms. Amazing food options and the place is close to paddington underground station makes it easy for commuting. I am happy. Only wish I stayed longer :)

She was friendly, helpful, and provided good suggestions and ideas for our visit. The restaurant did not have consistent service and you were not able to charge food to your room.

Especially one gentleman, I do not know his name but he was older than the other staff members. Very abrupt. We travelled with friends also and they thought the same. The location is perfect, close to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate. The beds were very comfortable, and the on-site restaurant offers high quality dishes, also good vegan selection. The bathroom could have been a bit more thoroughly cleaned. Depending on preference I personally would recommend rooms on the upper floors, as ground-floor rooms are darker and have more limited views.

Limited choices at breakfast, small portions, eg toast but no butter. Overall I felt that 'Scandinavian chic' equals basic and clinical eg, no biscuits in room, no carpet, hard bed, limited breakfast, tiny sink, cold room - not good value for money.

L’hôtel est vraiment très beau, on a adoré les matières, les couleurs et l’ambiance générale très chaleureuse. 📍Le quartier est calme et très joli. Le métro et le bus sont à 5mn à pied, très pratique pour se déplacer dans les autres quartiers de Londres. 🥳 Le personnel est adorable et on a eu la chance d’être surclassés pour l’anniversaire de ma copine. 💰Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment top pour un hôtel comme celui-ci au cœur de Londres Superbe découverte !

• Valeria (10/5): Exceptional and marvellous - The property offers a super nice design. The whole concept in both the hotel facilities and the rooms had a warm tone that wants you to stay longer. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was amazing and always kind. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London. Plus, it’s super close to Paddington Station and many buses routes, so it’s super quick to move in any type of transportation. Thank you for making our first married anniversary fantastic :)

• Vasilena (9/5): Calm place in the center of London - The hotel is great, and a block away from Kensington Gardens, which is my favorite part of town to stay in. The whole place feels very welcoming and calm, staff is polite and helpful, and the aroma set in the room was a nice perk I didn't really know I'd love before trying it. I'm nitpicking here, since it was a great stay overall, but I feel the breakfast could've had a couple more options. Having said that, we'd probably repeat our stay here, we loved the place!

• Rebecca (9/5): Lovely little hotel and great value - The staff were absolutely superb throughout my stay and couldn't have been more helpful. For the price of the room, the facilities (sauna, yoga studio, gym) are excellent, and the hotel itself is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely stay here again for work trips in the future.

Although the rooms are on the smaller side, we still found ourselves with plenty of space during our stay. Our room was rather chilly and we struggled to regulate the temperature throughout our stay. There was also an unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom pipes. We noticed two smoke detectors in the room with blinking lights and raised this with staff, however only one was replaced, leaving the issue partially unresolved.

• Daria (8/5): Immaculate wellness stay with lovely staff - breakfast could be improved for vegans - We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculate: everything felt brand new and was absolutely spotless, which made it really comfortable and relaxing. We especially loved the complimentary spa access and the salt cave - it was such a great added bonus and really elevated the whole experience. The staff were also fantastic: friendly, helpful, caring, and genuinely keen to assist with anything we needed. It made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We had breakfast included in our stay and, given the strong focus on wellness and environmental awareness, we found it a little underwhelming from a vegan perspective. The vegan version of the English breakfast appeared to simply be the vegetarian option with the eggs removed, rather than offering a thoughtful plant-based alternative (for example, something like a tofu scramble would have been a nice addition!). We were also surprised that cold-pressed juices came with an additional charge (£7). Aside from tea or coffee, the only included option available to us was a lemon and ginger shot - not even a basic orange juice was included. Additionally, we were told that meat options have recently been added to the menu, whereas the hotel had been described as plant-centric. This was one of the reasons we chose to book, so it was a little disappointing to learn that the concept had slightly changed.

Zona onde se encontra o hotel é muito tranquila. O hotel é muito recente. Os quartos apesar de pequenos, eram muito acolhedores. O pequeno almoço era por carta, mas tudo com muita qualidade e excelente sabor. A cerca de 15min a pé, estamos no bairro de Nothing Hill, Hide Park, Oxford Street. Nada a apontar
• Luisa (4/5): Würde nicht mehr dort übernachten. - Ich habe das Hotel mit Frühstück gebucht und war vom Angebot sehr enttäuscht. Pro Person durfte man lediglich eine von vier oder fünf Optionen auswählen. Die Portionen waren extrem klein und machen definitiv nicht satt. Geschmeckt haben sie auch nicht gut, alles trocken und geschmacklos. Zudem mussten selbst einfache Getränke wie Orangensaft oder Cappuccino extra bezahlt werden, bei einem gebuchten Frühstück absolut unverständlich. Für mich steht das in keinem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ausserdem war das Waschbecken sehr dreckig. Siehe Foto.
