• Grainne (10/5): We had a fabulous few days in Venice in a fabulous apartment! - Location was perfect! Apartment was very spacious and clean. Would highly recommend. The bed was a bit hard to be honest but that was the only fault I had with the property. Everything else was superb.

It didn’t have a “warm, home” vibe. More of a modern, “very little in a big room” feel. Round bed was odd in one room that you had to walk through to get to another bedroom.

• Vipin (5/5): Definitely not a 3-bedroom with full privacy. Master and Living area is good. Stairs without light. - Living room and master bedroom was good. This property should never be advertised as "3-bedroom". One round bed is located in the hallway leading to the second bedroom. This round bed does not have any privacy or door. The Round bedroom may be okay for small children sleeping next door, however an adult's legs overhangs the bed. The place does not have elevator, so you will have to carry suitcases up one flight of stairs. The kitchen had two coffee mugs, 2 coffee pods for 6-people's booking. There are minimum cooking pots, however enough wine glasses. The stairwell had no working light bulb & during our stay so we had to use phone's light. The aprtment power went out in the middle of our last night and nobody was able to help before our checked out that morning= No A/C, Cold showers and work in dark. The circuit breaker in the unit was not tripped but something else was an issue.

• Roseanne (9/5): Great modern apartment in wonderful location - Wonderful location and very spacious Had some trouble with the AC after asking they said maintenance would come but don’t think they did however seemed to cool off. The back bedroom however still seemed to lack ventilation but we just slept with the door open and used our portable fan.

• Elpida (8/5): Very good - A modern clean, furnished and minimalist apartment with an excellent location nearby to St Mark’s square. Easy walking access to all of Venice. Lots of shops and bistros just down stairs. Helpful host with friendly and easy check-in. However there are two bedrooms instead of three. There is just a third bed in the middle of the apartment without the basic amenities (wardrobe etc) and without any privacy. It is not suitable for three couples. Ιdeal for family.

Niccolo met us at our boat stop around midnight to walk us to the apartment, hand over the keys, and document all the paperwork. He was very friendly and helpful. We loved the apartment, very well laid out with three separate bathrooms. Would love to stay here again.

The apartment was very new, modern, and very spacious for our family of 4 in very very good price. This is one of our best apartment stays ever. The only thing disappointing is that we only stayed for 2 nights - if we know the place is this comfortable, we’ll plan to spend more days. Very minor things - with 3 full bathrooms, would be nice to have a set of shampoos/body wash in each bathroom; a few plates/utensils would be nice (though we mainly eat out as there are so many great restaurants, bakeries, coffee bars super close by).
• Grant (10/5): Beautiful, well located apartment - Location is right near St Marks square and a short walk to Rialto bridge for water bus connection to the train station. Apartment is amazing, high-end furniture and appliances with outstanding interior design. Big rooms, comfy beds, three bathrooms/toilets. Can’t rate this place highly enough. Venice is an expensive city and packed with tourists. Most food and drink options are twice the price of nearby Verona - especially anything located on the square. Our tip, wake up early and explore the sights before lunchtime when people from outside the historical centre descend. Escape the crowds during the afternoon and come back out at sunset to see the city at night.

• Natalie (10/5): Perfect location in the heart of the city - The location cannot be beaten, it is so central, a few minutes walk to st Marks square, about 6 minutes to Rialto Bridge. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, it was just the perfect location. The decor is lovely and modern. Great communication with the host from initial booking. They were brilliant at providing information about the check in and where to ask the water taxi to dock and we were met at the property upon check in with the key. The only slight downside is that two of the bedrooms are interconnected so you have to walk through one room to get to the other so can be a little awkward for privacy. Two of the rooms are en suite and there is also a separate bathroom so all in all 3 bathrooms so as 3 couples we all got a bathroom each. We were only provided with 1 set of keys for the stay, I would recommend the host provides an additional set of keys as when travelling in a group/couples, there are occasions when you need to go back to the room separately so it was a little inconvenient.
• David (10/5): Beautiful apartment right next to Piazza San Marco - Perfect location in a completely renovated space with a huge amount of space, especially given the location. Host was personable and responsive. The round bed was a bit small and wasn't really in its own bedroom; it had a partition to give minimal privacy. En suite bathroom in one room was tiny enough to basically not be usable.
