• Valerie (8/5): We enjoyed our stay it is a good neighborhood quiet and. The house was comfortable with lots of room for the different g - It was large enough to accommodate our large family gathering We were supposed to get in at 4 couldn’t get in until 5. Infact we asked to get I at 3 and they said they would let us know at 5 we were there the code we got didn’t open the door thankfully the cleaning lady was there to let us in. We were told there was enough supplies to last 7 days however there was only a half roll of paper towel. No toilet paper holder in the main floor bathroom which wasn’t good for the small children. No dust pan to sweep up with.
• Philippe (1/5): - The place is big and the beds are comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. First off, we asked if it was possible to check in 2 hours early as we miscalculated our trip time and we arrived in Edmonton 2 hours earlier then expected. They said they would let us know when the cleaners would be done and if they could accommodate. We arrived at the property 2 hours early and I contacted them to see if we could check in. They responded the cleaners are still in the house cleaning. So we parked outside. 1,5 hours later they responded the cleaners are almost done and we would be able to check in at the pre assigned time. We continued to wait and entered the property at 4. Unless the cleaners magically disappeared, they had lied and used the cleaners as excuses for us not to check in. We rather them have been honest and say no early check in allowed, instead of blaming cleaners. Next, no AC. it was 27 degress inside the house, and no way to cool it. The rooms don't even have ceiling fans. They have cheap fans in every room that do absolutely nothing to cool it down. Around 11pm with all the windows open, it finally started to cool down. Terrible! How does a new house not have AC? Multiple items are broken or do not work. One of the "bedrooms" downstairs is illegal. Major fire hazard. No windows or escape if a fire broke out. They are not allowed to say or use this as a bedroom, yet they do.

• Karen (9/5): Superb - excellent communication with the property before we arrived. They were very quick to provide answers to all questions I had. On day of arrival, the cleaning staff was still cleaning the home when we were supposed to check in, but it only delayed us by one half hour. We did notice during.the stay that some areas of the home were not fully cleaned We found a pair of water goggles and some q-tips in couch cushions; candy wrappers under a bed; open bag of chips in a bedside table. The food wrappers were not products that anyone in our family brought along. The food wrappers were not products that anyone in our family brought along. After we checked out of the home; I was contacted by the property and informed that the coffee carafe was broken. There were no imperfections of any kind when I rinsed it out. They sent me a picture of a pot that had a huge crack on the bottom. I would have admitted it if I had broken the pot. They did not believe me and charged me the price of a new coffee machine, which was fortunately only 40.00. Lesson learned: Next time, I will need to take pictures before I leave.
