They were really old and dusty. The mattress and pillows were too thin. Room was quite stuffy even after adjusting the room temperature and ventilation.

Немного показался неуютным холл, там, где ресепшн. Можно бы там немного поработать над дизайном интерьера

Kurzer Fussweg von der Unterkunft zum Park des Himmelstempel, weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten rasch per Bus oder U-Bahn zu erreichen; verschiedene authentische Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung und entspannte Atmoshäre auf der Strasse vermitten reale Eindrücke vom chinesischen Alltag. Schade dass Swimmingpool und Fitnesscenter gerade renoviert wurden, das ist bald wieder ein unschlagbares Plus in diesem Hotel. Beim Frühstück könnte eine grössere Auswahl an Tee angeboten werden, die jede(r) frisch aufbrühen kann. Dass der Kaffe besser ist als der Tee, ist selten für ein Hotel in China.

Pillows soft or firm. I really was positively surprised by this hotel. My dislike is staff that doesn’t speak English at all and those that pretend to and still don’t understand.

First, free breakfast was already included in our stay when I booked the hotel but when we checked in they said that we did not have free breakfast but that they would give it to us if we gave them a good review...after they re-checked they acknowledged the mistake. The place is old and smells of smoke. The air conditioning in our room did not work properly and as a result I had a very hard time sleeping.

Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Es wurde für jeden Geschmack etwas angeboten. Das Personal hat uns immer weitergeholfen. Leider lag es etwas außerhalb und wir waren immer auf ein Taxi angewiesen. Jedoch sind Taxis günstig - also kein Problem.

- SERGEI (10/5): - Отличный отель с комфортным номером. Во-первых, удобное расположение, в 10-15 минут ходьбы, две станции метро разных веток пекинского метрополитена. Во-вторых, сам номер очень уютный, чистый и удобный. В номере есть всё необходимое: телевизор, холодильник, не говоря уже о принадлежностях гигиены и т.п. Очень тепло, нет каких-либо неприятных запахов и т.п. Персонал отзывчивый, хотя это должно быть, наверное, по умолчанию, но всегда приятно, когда к туристам относятся с теплотой и пониманием. На первом этаже есть ресторан якинику, поэтому можно немного вкусить японской кухни. Поблизости очень много всяких ресторанчиков и чифанек, где можно вкусно поесть и выпить. Кстати, также удобное расположение по отношению к аэропорту Дасин. В общем, только позитивные впечатления от проживания.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a tea kettle in the room, which I really appreciated. The staff are extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful, which truly makes a difference, and the location is quite convenient, relatively close to a metro station, making it easy to get around the city.

This type of laundry is normally at 5 star hotel only. Therefore, this hotel should provide washing and dryer machines for free of charge.

The housekeeper was friendly and cleaned really well, thanks Then, when we arrived at 2:30 PM, the room should have been ready at 2:00 PM. It wasn't, the woman said it would take about 45-60 minutes. We had a reservation for a room on the top floor. I asked if there was another room, could I pay more if we got it right away, long trip we are tired. There wasn't, the hotel was full, I heard. Well, we finally got a room, it was a ground floor room on the 4th floor, cheaper than I paid! I went back and told the man that we had booked the wrong room on the top floor. The man immediately found a room on the 14th floor, strange even though the hotel was supposedly full, judging by the number of residents it certainly wasn't full. I left a really bad taste right after checking in. Unfortunately, I won't stay at this hotel again.

Maria Lu- przemiła i bardzo pomocna z dobrą znajomością języka angielskiego recepcjonistka. W wyposażeniu pokoju mógłby być talerzyk z widelcem. Pokoje są stare i przydałby się remont (Są czyste!).

- Marie Laure (9/5): Super séjour dans cet hôtel je reviendrai ! - J’ai aimé la proximité avec le centre de Pékin , il y a deux stations de métro proches (10-15 mîn) . J’ai aimé le petit déjeuner : il est dingue à la fois continental et local. J’ai hyper bien dormi durant le séjour grâce a la qualité de la literie . Nous avons pu profité de la piscine, ce qui est fort agréable au vu des fortes chaleurs. Et un super rapport qualité prix !! Parfois une légère odeur de cigarette dans les parties communes .
- Lucy (10/5): A very pleasant place to stay when visiting Beijing - I have stayed in the hotel a number of times now. The hotel was close to the public transport ie the railway station and the buses. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. There were many restaurants nearby that you could try out for lunch and dinner.
