• Stefanie (2/5): Don’t stay here - The pictures don’t match the property. The living room and bedroom are fine but the kitchen and bathroom are unacceptable. Also the thermostat is not adjustable so the description is incorrect The bathroom is so so small you can’t even access the bathroom sink. Something seems to be wrong with the kitchen it almost seems under construction? Half of the sink is covered by a huge self made wooden box and on the other side there is a big self made metal box? The thermostat was not adjustable and the owner refused to give me the remote for the heat pump to adjust the airflow - even when I asked him to and reminded him that in the description it does say air conditioning and heat. I posted some photos as proof that you don’t want to stay in this place for the price that it is listed. I was not offered a partial refund despite the fact that the description didn’t match what we were offered. At any other hotel if you had these issues you would ask to switch rooms or receive compensation

• Sindhur (8/5): Met my expectations. - Fantastic location! Access to the apartment has a lot of steps and with luggage it can be quite hard.

• DARIO (5/5): Solo ubicación. - La ubicación muy próxima al muelle para la ida y salida de la ciudad es muy cómoda. Además de los principales atractivos turísticos de la ciudad. Justo debajo está el restaurante Piccolo Martini en el que se come muy bien y bien de precio. El espacio dispone de un aire acondicionado común para todo el piso en el pasillo que en ola de calor es un salvavidas. El edificio tiene 2 tramos de escaleras pronunciadas antes de llegar al ascensor. Se trata de un piso de estudiantes con algunos apaños, baño muy justo, cocina con el motor del aire acondicionado en mitad de la habitación, mal resuelto. No dispone de lugar donde tender. Dada la situación y la oferta/demanda de la ciudad el espacio cumple mínimos pero la sensación es que el precio está muy por encima del servicio que presta. Viajamos a Venecia con ola de calor y esto también condiciona la experiencia.
