• Weisscher (6/5): - De metro om de hoek en de locatie Slechte ontvangst, onjuiste code en andere kamer , Wifi code onjuist terwijl eigenaar zei dat wifi werkte . Na enkele keer contact geen oplossing ,moet zorgen dat alles klopt . Bed klein en vies matras , moet beter kunnen . Appartement verder ok

• SimonaDana (9/5): - Apartamentul este la 2 minute de statia de metrou Clapham Common, cu multe magazine si restaurante in jur. Este bine compartimentat si bine utilat. Cu siguranță ar trebui ca proprietarul sa găsească altă firma de curățenie! Toasterul si tava din cuptor nu cred ca au fost curățate vreodată ! Lenjeria pentru canapea nu era pregătită, cu toate ca am anunțat ca vom fi 3 persoane. Canapeaua este degradata.

• Kelsey (7/5): We would stay there again, owner was nice and it is close to everything - The property is in a good location, with shops, restaurants and everything all very much on your doorstep. The shower and bathroom is really good and there is plenty of space to store clothes, fast internet too. It’s not super clean and has elements of it that could do with an update. We were a bit disappointed with the very uncomfortable sofa and the bedding was quite flat and could do with new pillows.
• eimantas (1/5): AVOID !!!! - AVOID ! AVOID ! It’s absolutely horrible ! The flat smells of cigarettes. There is a bag on the fire alarm system. It’s dirty and not clean. Bedding sheets were not changed had someone else’s hair. It’s on a high street so the noises are horrible hard to sleep at night. When asked about new bedsheeting I have been ignored. Says private parking, which is not you have to pay 30£ for 4hours maximum stay until 8pm due to needing a permit. Very misleading stay away ! AVOID ! AVOID ! It’s absolutely horrible ! • Roland (8/5): Sehr gute Unterkunft in Zentraler Lage und bester Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. - U-Bahn und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe, nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Wohnung insgesamt komplett und sauber ausgestattet. Heizung arbeitet bestens. Direkt nebenan Supermarkt und viele weitere Geschäfte wo man alles nötige bekommt, auch mehr als ausreichend Gastronomie in vielfältiger Auswahl. Der dicke Teppich im Flur und Treppenhaus, sollte dringend mal gewechselt oder gereinigt werden, sehr unangenehmer Geruch. (In der Wohnung selbst kein unangenehmer Geruch!) Waschbecken im Bad läuft sehr schlecht ab, die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen zum lüften, zumindest haben wir uns das nicht getraut ;-) Bett ist absolut OK ... die Couch ist durch ;-) Toaster nur unter Abluft auf Herd einschalten, der Feuermelder geht unglaublich schnell los, schaltet aber nach wenigen Sekunden selbst wieder ab. In der Dusche sind Schimmelflecken.

• Nigel (3/5): not that great - good location A bad smell in the hallway leading to the apartment, sheets worn out, sofa was broken. Management didn't tell me the right lock box and couldn't remember which one and took a while to find
• Thomas (1/5): Non existant, cancelled at the last minute with no warning - Wouldn’t know - we couldn’t get in! Not being able to get in and being left with no accommodation in London at 5pm on a Friday night.
• Tatiana (7/5): - The location is great. Right next to one of the Northen line stations that can bring you to most tourist attractions. The appartment is well equipped and very fairly priced for London. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. The host was responsive. WIFI was good. Apartment has most of the things that you need. That being said a few things can be easily improved to leave a much better impression. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. Carpets badly need cleaning. Some dishes were dirty. The fridge needs deicing.
• wilma (5/5): Matig - De grootte van de studio en de indeling. De ligging nabij de metro was ook fijn De wasbak in de badkamer was verstopt en kon niet gebruikt worden. We hebben de beheerder geïnformeerd maar die reageerde niet

• Tommaso (2/5): Terribile - La posizione rispetto alla metro e al centro città. La pulizia, le tapparelle rotte e la luce che entrava nella struttura, un piede rotto del divano-letto, l'appartamento situato su un incrocio su strada principale dove ogni minuto, 24 ore su 24, passavano ambulanze e polizia con sirene spiegate, nonché un pub di fronte (Simmons) con musica fino alle 03.30 del mattino. Assenza di un ventilatore che mi è stato consegnato, dopo varie richieste, a due giorni dalla fine della vacanza.
• Anna-Marie (7/5): Great location and good base for a stay. - Location - Central to bars, restaurants, grocery, green space and tube/bus links. Great to have the option to eat in, especially with kids as London can get expensive if always dining out. Main bed was comfy. When we had niggles the owner was responsive. Ok - so central has a price, sound insulation. It was hot and there were no fans/ac so we had windows open and the street noise was hectic. Niggles - Alan (property manager) was kind and responsive and did try to work to solve issues as they arose, some could be fixed and others not. With some additional maintenance and periodic deep cleaning routines these niggles could be smoothed out. The bed sofa is not great and probably just needs replacing, if you’re not using it then this won’t affect you & the main bed is comfortable.

• David (9/5): - Location was superb for our needs and the apartment was great. Accessibility was great with instructions clear and simple. The iron did not work. As the weather was really hot (30 degrees) would have benefitted having a fan.
• Suzie (4/5): Convenient but would look to find somewhere quieter next time. - Tube, cafes and restaurants literally on your doorstep. Combination of drilling outside all night or bars open till 2am, along with very hot weather meant we didn’t get a lot of sleep was the apartment was hot and noisy but admit this is out of control of the property owner. Also concerning no lock to main front door to apartment block so anyone could walk in. Apartment was ok but signs of wear and tear. There was an issue for the first night with our booking so they had to find us somewhere else for the first night which was a bit difficult.

• Kyle (10/5): Perfectly located stay in Clapham; I doubt you could find better - The property is at an exceptional location. You quite literally exit the front door onto a pedestrian crossing that leads to Clapham Common station. The flat is very modern and appealing. The decor is super cool. The tv is quite new, so your connection opportunities are plenty. The bathroom is very big. The host is an exceptionally responsive and helpful guy who made every effort to assist me in transferring to another property when i needed to extend my stay by a few days but his property had already been booked. I sometimes found that the internet choked up a little. Disruptions weren’t long enough for it to affect me negatively but it was noticeable. I got the sense the speed and quality of the line could be notched up a bit. That being said it was very reliable for our purposes.
• Rob (4/5): Disappointed with level of finish expected more for the money. - property located right next to transport links and right in the middle of eateries and shops. Buzzin atmosphere and something going on all the time. Lots of street noise 24hrs. Couldn't connect to Wifi with password. Lots of annoying snags from leaking taps to extractor not working in bathroom and poor decoration. Nothing serious but also all quite easy to fix so why not get fixed.
• Lotus (4/5): Nice location but needs a few touch ups. - Perfect location, super close metro / nice park / shops and pubs. The check in system and key fob system was great!! Lots of things in the apartment were broken, window shutters, toilet seat, toilet paper handle etc. No warm water. And it just wasn't very clean unfortunately. Had to hand wash glasses before use because they were so dirty among other things. The couch bed is really uncomfortable. And in the pictures on booking.com, it has a curtain between the living room and the bedroom - which was not there.
• Richard (9/5): A lovely and very fairly priced property in a superb location from which to tour, explore or work. - This is a very quaint discovery in Clapham Town at an extremely fair price. Lovely little Studio suite on Clapham High Street, seconds form the Tube Station and the great buzz Clapham has to offer after work. The Common is a superb area to take a run in and has an outdoor gym, basketball area and lots going on. A great offer of bars and restaurants for all needs easily reached. Loved it! I will book again, definatley. There was an issue with the cleaners contracted to service the property and it was not ready upon my arrival. However, the manager Alan was on it immediatley, came and ammended the discrepencies in person!! I have to say, I travel a lot and this guy not only takes pride in his work, he took customer care to a whole new level. He asked me to leave it to him for an hour and when I returned the apartment was absolutely spotless. I cannot praise his efforts enough, honestly. Thank you
• Gwyneth (9/5): Superb - Great location - close to tube & hub-bub of Clapham Common. Good communication with host - quick friendly responses to questions about stay. Flat was clean, spacious (for 2 people), comfortable & secure.
• Frintu (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed the place. We found everything we needed at the accommodation. Also the location is really close to bus and metro station. The host was answering really quick to my issues.
